Great location The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The rooms are a bit worn and could use some TLC. But with the fantastic location and the cheap price it's easy to overlook.

We booked the Queen Bed with Balcony Room just because we can't be in no-window room. Be sure to check before you book. The room is small for 3 of us (me, wife and 3 yo son). If you looking for budget hotel, I would say it is affordable. But be ready to bring your toothbrush as they charge RM5 per toothbrush. We've been more than please with the house. 4 quite big bedrooms which took the 7 of us. The piscine was a bonus and the kids had great fun. A lot of flowers all around which gives a good vibe. We really enjoyed it and we would go back. We had an issue with closing the door but help was offered.

A hidden gem located 5 minutes drive from KLCC and smack nearby other important locations in KL. Serene surroundings, excellent service from the staff who go all out to ensure you have a great stay . I like this place for the location and cleanliness. But the issue is the noise. Noise isolation is bad. Throughout the night you can hear vehicles from outside. So would not recommend if you are a medium-light sleeper.

For one person stay, the room quite spacious! Booked a single room. Was a bit small but was clean although you have to buy your own toiletries. Was within walking distance of Petaling Street so no lack of good food and convenience stores. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is very supportive, and the Hotel is very well-located. In a few minutes, you can easily reach the central market, Chinatown, subway station, and various places for eating. From this hotel to Petronas Tower, there are just two subway stations. I highly recommend this hotel. Since the entrance the staff welcomes you with a great smile.

Excellent service. Excellent location for mass rail transport. However the ambience outside the hotel is not presentable. Important note is the front of the hotel is not accessible by car. You need to walk at least 30 feet to the road for your taxi. However the excellent service compensates these inconveniences.

If you want a budget hotel just for sleeping at night, you can book this hotel. It is about 900 m from the LRT station, and there are many shops nearby. You can easily find Indian food and other restaurants around the area. Please do not book a room with a shared bathroom, as they are usually not clean. My suggestion is to book a room with an attached bathroom and air conditioning in good condition

Great location, withina a 10-minute walk to Imbi monorail, Times square and the night market. The staff provided great helpful when I arrived with heavy luggage. For a budget hotel, it delivers outstanding value, I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

It has Air Con - in a room of 2x2m it would be blowing right to your head. In cooling mode that’s not just comfortable, but risky. In fan mode, for the room with no access of fresh air and and unmaintained filters it makes not comfortable...

Very disappointing stay. There was a construction/ door repair noise  during my stay and the hotel did not inform guests in advance. The noise started early and made it impossible to rest properly. Guests should be notified beforehand so they can decide whether to proceed with the booking.

Regularly stay here but this time unexpectedly system maintenance in progress with very short notice given. I have to stay in the room without electricity from 10:00am after my morning run. Ruined my day. Hotel should tell guests earlier not 1 hour before by sending a note under the door. Please take note.

Large clean rooms with friendly service

Fantastic location close to LRT and MRT stations. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was expansive, modernly furnished and stunning city views. Pool is amazing, again with wonderful city views, especially at night. Only criticism is that this place is so busy with only a small number of lifts so you often had long wait times but a minor inconvenience given how lovely the rest of the complex is.

The rooms are spacious, with amazing views of KL. The 52 level infinity pool view was amazing overlooking KL tower and Merdeka 118. Service is average. The breakfast lacks international options but was good as well. We enjoyed our stay overall.
