The hotel room is quite spacious, but there was a strong odor of urine or feces coming from the carpet. The area was damp, as if it had recently been cleaned, but the smell was very strong.We asked to change rooms, but our request was not acknowledged. It was really disappointing. This is a really nice hotel right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It's super convenient to get to from the airport; the airport coach takes about an hour and only costs 15 MYR.
