Front office staffs are very polite and helpful.
Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks available at lobby area. Theres is small oven where you can warm up your food. Night Market on every Friday night just one lane behind the hotel.
Disappointed that the room has no clothes hangers, box of tissue paper and hand wash in the bathroom. Brought all these from Cheras Leisure Mall, 3 minutes walk from the...

Front desk staff Moris Service is damn rude
Keep challenge customer and collect the money is not reasonable. I hope hotel Manager call back me for this issue.
The room is big but there is smell in the room
Sound insulation is no good
For a night still acceptable . Good eatery nearby with walking distance .

The room was great with a good view and good staff. Recommended
Great location. My 2nd stay on this hotmail. The location is simply great. Kl sentral is just a stone's throw away, from the hotel entrance, walk a few steps, turn left again, 2-3 mins walk straight, turn riight, Take the lift press 1 out, go straight a few steps, see the cafe " illy" walk around, enjoy your shopping .
This was my 2nd time booked this hotel because of good location, very near to KL Sentral. I was quite happy with the room booked in Jan 26, however, this time, look like there were some room for improvement in cleanliness and bathroom space.
Please see the photo taken for details:
1) Dirty headboard.
2) Torn bedsheet.
3) Bathroom was small approx at a arm's length.
Clean, comfortable, and central location. Staff were friendly and very kind and accomodating. Easy access to Nu Sentral Station and Mall and the Monorail. There are plenty of food options around.
Quick and easy access for commuting by train, bus or Grab.
Our only issue was the shower because it didn't have a hand-held shower head, and the bathroom got very wet since there isn't a door.

strategic location for traveller. easy and very convenient sightseeing Kuala Lumpur using LRT/MRT

Good stay. Checked in for work related travel. Overall nice experience.
Cozy and convenient hotel especially for those wanted to visit Hospital Pakar Kanak-Kanak UKM.
i like the smell of the hotel, very refreshing, very clean and comfortable for your stay. stayed here for exam purpose . really comfortable to study too
The hotel is very near HUKM, very convenient if seaking medical treatment
However the hotel is a bit old, carpet dusty, tap leaking.
The location is ideal for someone who planned visit to Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz UKM, didn't get the chance to pay visit to the swimming pool and gym. I am certain it should be great.
The hotel room is quite spacious, but there was a strong odor of urine or feces coming from the carpet. The area was damp, as if it had recently been cleaned, but the smell was very strong. We asked to change rooms, but our request was not acknowledged. It was really disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

I woke up late and the staff came to wake me up! It was 12:50- the hotel allowed me to check out no issues and no fees.
I checked out at 1:05 and they did not charge me a fee. I really appreciate the kindness.
Please rectify your window knob at Room 407 because it cover up with binding tape. Its unsafe and insecure. Also, make sure the water pressure for fixed shower head in optimum condition pressure.
The location is good near all types amenities like matro station and food market
Great location, super close to KL Sentral and transit. Clean, modern, efficient. Great service.
I know Alaxis is one of the cheaper budget hotel at KL Sentral - I found out why.
Booked a Twin Room more than a month in advance, only to be told sorry, our Twin Room has technical issues, we will be giving you a Room with 1 Queen bed instead. We don't have a Twin Room, if you want we give you refund.

This is a really nice hotel right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It's super convenient to get to from the airport; the airport coach takes about an hour and only costs 15 MYR. The young lady at the front desk was so welcoming and had a great attitude – I think she was a local Malay. She even let me check out a few rooms before I decided which one to take, which was a nice touch. There are tons of restaurants...

Overall, it's not bad, but the cleanliness could be improved. The pillows had a slight odor and were dusty. The hotel's free parking spaces are limited.
Great food at ‘Kopi’ shops round the hotel. Wet market near by and quiet neighbourhood. Not crowded and no traffic jam.. haha
Suwara Hotel Kepong. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location is great with so much delicious food nearby. Definitely staying here again!
This hotel has a great value for a short stay. Location is good as well. the only thing you need to worry is the parking slot may not enough
I love the room so much. Tak besar sangat but okey jer. Ada iron & hairdryer. Water pressure dy mantappp. Netflix also ada. Lurveee
I’m really satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Strategic place, walk distance to TRX, BTS and Pavilion. Next to laundry and also pharmacy.
Unexpectedly, this hotel is very strategic and close to night culinary spots. The room is also quite comfortable
wifi is very unstable here. Either lags or super slow so its not advisable for those with work from home arrangement. The hotel is right in front of the jalan imbi which is a severly traffic area. not good when booking grab as they have to make a lot of u turns to get to you. Overall if food is your main itenerary this would be a convenient location as most michelin style resto are very walkable from...

Room was clean and comfortable. During check in they found out it was husband and I 5th year anniversary, their Manager Elaine Audrey had curated personal gifts for us that includes gift for me, my husband and our 3yo son! It was really thoughtful. Location is good too.
My stay at the W Kuala Lumpur was absolutely outstanding and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern, stylish, and immaculately CLEAN the entire hotel is. Everything felt fresh, new, and thoughtfully designed.

We stayed at the hotel only for a night during new year (after spending some time a another hotel.)
Since it was my kid's birthday and also our anniversary, the hotel upgraded the room to have Petronas twin tower view.

They prepared a surprized small birthday cake at the room and the anniversary message card from the manager (Ms. "S").

We had an exceptional experience with the staff at W Kuala Lumpur. After arriving on a red-eye flight, we were warmly welcomed from the moment we entered the lobby. Senthil at the front desk checked us in with a genuine smile and made us feel immediately at ease.

This is my second time staying at W Kuala Lumpur, and it’s still a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to.

It was a magnificent 2 day experience at this hotel. I had only once stayed at a W, in Dubai and it was a fab experience too. I was apprehensive if it could be as good as that at the beginning. Hotel room is cheap. Good for solo stay.
Facilities are very good. Do add some hooks in the room & bathroom to hang clothes & towels. Also it would be good to install a small shampoo rack in the bathroom.
We stayed at Metro Hotel @ KL Sentral from 4th to 7th November 2025, and this was our 2nd time staying here. The location is excellent, just a 4–5 minute walk from KL Sentral, making it very convenient for travelers. A nice place to stay in the heart of KL. The major tourist places are just a few metres away. The view from the roof-top swimming pool on the 18th floor, esp in the evening is quite good. Breakfast option is widespread and food is good. Fancy restaurants are all around this building. All the amenities are well maintained. House keeping staff are professional and friendly.
I have stayed at Fraser Place multiple times and I'm always impressed by the high level of customer service and friendliness of the staff. Very nice apartment and reasonably priced. Service is great too. Have always been here for short stay whenever in KL.
Location is terrific, walking distance from Beach club, Twin Towers and malls. Right downstairs, there are great pubs for chilling.
Nice place with all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. The building is situated centrally to the main sites of KL. The room was extremely comfortable. The pool has some nice views over the city and well equipped with a heap of sun beds.

Consider it only if you are very tight on your budget and can’t afford anything more than $25 per single bed room.
The room I took has all facilities states - very true.
It has Air Con - in a room of 2x2m it would be blowing right to your head. In cooling mode that’s not just comfortable, but risky. In fan mode, for the room with no access of fresh air and and unmaintained filters it makes not comfortable...

Really love our stay. They upgraded our room and it was satisfying.
The location is about a 10-minute walk from the station. There's a Hwa Morning Market/food court nearby. Remember to bring cash as they only accept cash for the deposit. It's very suitable for travelers with early morning flights.
Location is near the Sentral station and the price is optimum for budget travellers.Thete are convenient stores and street booths nearby.

The hotel is quite good, especially for Mayday fans. It's a bit crowded, but everything else is fine. I hope the hotel can improve its service next time. The surroundings are also very convenient with lots of food options.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the concierge staff were very welcoming. Everything in the minibar could be consumed, which was a nice touch.

The environment is elegant and quiet, and the service is excellent. It's much better than the accommodation across the street. We even extended our stay after the first night. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one offers great value for money.
First time stay at Accord Hotel, room size still acceptable, but the sound proves in the room can be improve.. cos can easily hear the outdoor activities sound.. Location is near to local food stalls and convenient to look for nice local food.. If the room rate is good, can consider to come back again next time..
Close to Jalan Alor, and the soundproofing is decent – you might hear a motorcycle occasionally, but my friend and I slept really well. The service is good, and it's clean and hygienic. I especially liked their grapefruit-scented toiletries.

Everything about this hotel is good… clean & worth the money. You can’t expect more at that price. Honestly good except the smell of curry from the neighbor’s cooking.
The staff at the front desk was nice and polite, and checked in fast and smoothly. The room looked clean but the toilet got cockroaches, we had to catch it ourselves, it's quite scary.
