Room is clean and spacious for a quick night. Very good value for impromptu stay. Have the basic amenities such as electric kettle, 32" TV, aircond, mirror, makeup desk, hanger, tissue, towel and shower gel which is sufficient for short stay. But they do not have mini fridge.

This small, Chinese-run guesthouse's biggest draw is its excellent location. It's just a short walk to numerous restaurants, shops, and Malacca's Old Town. However, the facilities are quite dated. The air conditioning in my first room kept leaking, so I had to switch rooms. The AC in the second room also didn't cool well, but I just put up with it. I figured all their rooms probably had similar issues...

I don't know about other rooms, but mine was great. I booked through booking.com, room with balcony. Highest floor (3rd floor). Quite expensive though. RM321/night, but really worth it. 2 kids, 2 adults, room with 1 large bed and 1 single bed. Can see river cruise, walkable to cafes, restaurants, and even night market. That is the only reason we booked this hotel. We don't want to drive in Melaka...

Very friendly uncle and auntie taking care of the hotel. Perfect location! Poor security that other room guests can come knocking ur door and disturb you. Also, poor noise proof, better if get 3rd floor room.

Location is just perfect, very close to jonker street and within a walking distance to many spots. And most fortunately our room was pretty quite in the night- also spacious and clean. One thing that I was disappointed about is the ‘view’. Because we had a huge wall right in front of our face when we opened the window. Staff at the reception counter was very friendly as well.

OK... in the heart of jonker street

Spent a night here because most hotels were sold out/not available. Got the family room for around RM228, for 2 king beds and 1 single bed. Room was very spacious, with 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Equipped with 3 air conditioners (mildly functional i would say), and also 3 wall fans if AC are not too cold. Fridge and TV also included. Roadside parking right in front of our room. Overall 8/10 experience

Ok laaaa... for a short vacation—only RM 60 per night, but u need to bring ur own soap and toiletries. The place is pretty basic, just somewhere to sleep, but still better than camping in a tent.

It's better not to stay here. The Malaysian on the night shift is a bit grumpy.

Stay for 2 days on 12th & 13th Niv 2023. Took family suite with 2 king bed. Reasonable price. Toilet was clean. Parking is easy. Since its PH there were no charge for parking. The only cons there was no mirror in the room which supposed to be at the table. We have to use mirror in bathroom. Receptionist En.Muaz was very friendly. The location is not really in center but not too far from the city....

unexpected stay at this hotel which turn out to be super pleasant. rooms on weekdays are only RM90 whilst weekend is RM120. for 3 persons you have bigger room at RM140 on weekdays and RM170 on weekends (Friday & Saturdays). I have visited this place several times for Toastmasters meetings at the conference room downstairs. I even managed to organize an event here. Very helpful & accomodating staff. Clean and well organized environment. Audio-visual support provided. Dining area outside. Useful place to hold meetings of events for less than 60pax. Very reasonably priced. Prior booking adviced.

The room condition completely exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried when I saw it was a renovated old house, fearing small rooms and outdated facilities. Don't go on weekends if you're looking for a cheaper stay. Also, be careful of the people selling SIM cards at Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. They speak Chinese, but they'll trick you. They'll tell you it has 100GB, but it's only 1GB free. What kind of people are they? They'll sell it to you for 38 MYR – a complete rip-off.

It was an okay hotel for us to stay as a family. The rooms are clean and toiletries are replaced daily. However, there are no facilities such as swimming pool and gym.

First off, loved that there was a bathtub. The water dispenser was a nice touch! The location was great too, highly recommend! It was clean and pleasant, definitely recommend.

Great location which is nearby the Jonker street, good choice of accomodation if you are looking for budget stay. Amenities and cleanliness can be improved. Deposit policy needs to be improved, giving customer impression that they are finding way to deduct money from the deposit which I did not experience it at anywhere else. Hope management team can handle this concern.

The TV in my room wasn't working. In the morning, before I left, I saw the housekeepers cleaning other rooms and I even put out the 'make up room' sign. I was really surprised to find my room hadn't been cleaned when I came back in the evening 😞. Although check-out is at 11 am, the receptionist was very kind and extended it by an hour for me 🙏😊!

The location facing Jonker Street is perfect, but the building has no elevator, so carrying luggage to the room was a struggle. The power went out just after 9 PM, and the front desk staff had already gone home before the electricity was restored. Waiting for the power to come back in a hot room was a tough experience.

The hotel management is very supportive of requests and listens to feedback with actions. Some electrical appliances may need to be upgraded though.

We did not stay at Jetty Suites, but at another part of the Mahkota Hotel complex. It is very much a family place, the pool is cool and refreshing. Ample parking, though a bit of a maze. Affordable service apartment in the heart of Malacca. Run by Mahkota Hotel next to it. Units are well maintained and amenities are good. Kids will love the swimming pool. You can choose between sea view our city view, but I'd suggest the sea view if you can. Plenty of parking space for guest but the parking area looks a bit run down, like much of the exterior of the apartment blocks. It's a shame...

The room just ok. The hotel near to Menara Taming sari and shopping mall. Staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and drinks by walking distance. deposit rm50 required when you check in to the hotel.

Everything is very nice except WiFi speed.

Great location a few minutes walk to the ship museum and melaka ferry. There is also a hawker nearby that opens in the evening. Towels and body wash is provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel room without TV Channel is too boring to stay with family. The access card is difficult to use especially for my room No 19. Maybe the hotel need to improve on TV channels and other facilities for guests such as breakfast and drinking water.

The tv is not working, and the hot water does not really work. There is no lift, and we need to use the staircase to the room in level 2. The room is big enough for King's siza bed, but the day bed is broken in the room.

Small room with a comfy bed. Didn't have a hot shower but the water pressure was good enough. Good location. City's attractions are within the walking range. If you are driving here, be reminded to buy the parking coupon or you can park at the adjacent parking complex.

I didnt stay here, just stopped by for tea and coffee. Really love the atmosphere and relaxing it feels. My dad's hometown is in melaka, so i frequently visit the area, but im surprised to find such a lovely place. From the furniture choices, to the music, its a hidden gem. The coffee and tea is pretty excellent too!

Can smoke outside but ashtray is not available so you are asked to through your buttends in the plants. They don't care and they don't clean !!!

They required a 100 MYR cash deposit and insisted I go get cash, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine. The environment was nice too, but only the suites had river views.

The location is excellent, on the river short walk to Jonker St yet quiet. We had a balcony room. You need to stand to see the view but it was good to have outside space to watch the boats go by. We also saw a monitor lizard swimming.The room was really stylish and the bed was really comfy with lovely  cotton sheets. We stayed 2 nights and there was no cleaning. We didnt manage to go there from Johor Bahru as we couldnt get return tickets from Malacca back to JB. We wrote to owner for 50% cancellation, they rejected. This is not helpful at all. In fact we lost our 3 tickets  to Malacca, as we didnt board the bus after knowing no more return ticket the next day
