This is the BEST budget hotel 💕 😘 I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in very good condition compared to other budget hotels 😢. The room is very clean, and the bed is especially comfortable,!!!! — excellent for a budget hotel."
The room and hotel is fabulous. Clean and fragrance. With friendly and helpful staff. Will surely choose this hotel again whenever I visit around here.
Friendly n helpful front desk. Facility is great with the price. Will come again😊
The aircond took a bit time to cool. But once cool is ok already. No problem.
Room is clean and spacious for a quick night. Very good value for impromptu stay. Have the basic amenities such as electric kettle, 32" TV, aircond, mirror, makeup desk, hanger, tissue, towel and shower gel which is sufficient for short stay. But they do not have mini fridge.
In general, the hotel is normal, there is everything you need and a very comfortable bed. However, there are disadvantages that slightly spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. Everything in the bathroom and bedroom was clean, but the bedding was stained. In the morning (at 9 o'clock) I was woken up by the sound of a vacuum cleaner in the corridor or the next room. At night there was an unpleasant...
Friendly receptionist. Good breakfast and Thai food and Vietnamese good and massage next door

Great budget hotel for a short stay!
The price and location are very good.
The service is as expected for the price, and there are no problems.
This small, Chinese-run guesthouse's biggest draw is its excellent location. It's just a short walk to numerous restaurants, shops, and Malacca's Old Town. However, the facilities are quite dated. The air conditioning in my first room kept leaking, so I had to switch rooms. The AC in the second room also didn't cool well, but I just put up with it. I figured all their rooms probably had similar issues...
Nice room nice aircond nice toilet good service strategic location affordable price and good for short stay
Over all, super value of money hotel in the city. Strongly recommend this in Melacca.

I don't know about other rooms, but mine was great. I booked through booking.com, room with balcony. Highest floor (3rd floor). Quite expensive though. RM321/night, but really worth it. 2 kids, 2 adults, room with 1 large bed and 1 single bed. Can see river cruise, walkable to cafes, restaurants, and even night market. That is the only reason we booked this hotel. We don't want to drive in Melaka...
The receptionist is really sweet, I think she also has her grandson or son working with her. The room is overall nice the air conditioning works well and the beds are all alright. There is a kettle which is really nice and can cook cup noodles at night. It's also really really near the lu LA La store there's some good stuff there incase you need anything. At the lobby there is a restaurant with a few...
Near to jonker street, for me is easy go to every where.
And beside have a cocktailsbar, the vibe over there is cool and fun
Clean and tide, have a good experience
Very friendly uncle and auntie taking care of the hotel. Perfect location! Poor security that other room guests can come knocking ur door and disturb you. Also, poor noise proof, better if get 3rd floor room.
Location is just perfect, very close to jonker street and within a walking distance to many spots. And most fortunately our room was pretty quite in the night- also spacious and clean. One thing that I was disappointed about is the ‘view’. Because we had a huge wall right in front of our face when we opened the window. Staff at the reception counter was very friendly as well.

Spent a night here because most hotels were sold out/not available. Got the family room for around RM228, for 2 king beds and 1 single bed.
Room was very spacious, with 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Equipped with 3 air conditioners (mildly functional i would say), and also 3 wall fans if AC are not too cold. Fridge and TV also included.
Roadside parking right in front of our room.
Overall 8/10 experience
Ok laaaa... for a short vacation—only RM 60 per night, but u need to bring ur own soap and toiletries. The place is pretty basic, just somewhere to sleep, but still better than camping in a tent.
It's better not to stay here. The Malaysian on the night shift is a bit grumpy.
Very quiet place and great for sleep. Most car packed near the road and relocate early morning.
Nice n clean service r gd food r fresh
A quiet place to stay overnight but cheap n reasonable

Stay for 2 days on 12th & 13th Niv 2023. Took family suite with 2 king bed. Reasonable price. Toilet was clean. Parking is easy. Since its PH there were no charge for parking. The only cons there was no mirror in the room which supposed to be at the table. We have to use mirror in bathroom. Receptionist En.Muaz was very friendly. The location is not really in center but not too far from the city....
Clean rooms, comfy bed and high flow hot shower 🥰🥰👍👍👍
My 1st time staying here. Check in was fast, room was very clean & working condition. Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, instructions were clear & the housekeeping person sent us our extra pillows, iron & ironing board few mins after we came into our room 👍👍👍
unexpected stay at this hotel which turn out to be super pleasant. rooms on weekdays are only RM90 whilst weekend is RM120. for 3 persons you have bigger room at RM140 on weekdays and RM170 on weekends (Friday & Saturdays). Hotel parking is at the back whilst you can park Infront but has to pay the MBMB parking fees. There are shops around for your meals and even speed 99 Supermart. The room is quite...
The room and bathroom is clean . No smell of smoke. Bed and pillow is comfortable to sleep on. Overall the hotel environment is simple, clean and inviting.
I have visited this place several times for Toastmasters meetings at the conference room downstairs. I even managed to organize an event here. Very helpful & accomodating staff. Clean and well organized environment. Audio-visual support provided. Dining area outside. Useful place to hold meetings of events for less than 60pax. Very reasonably priced. Prior booking adviced.

The room condition completely exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried when I saw it was a renovated old house, fearing small rooms and outdated facilities. Turns out, my worries were completely unnecessary! Both the room and facilities are very new, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also fantastic. Just like Melaka itself, this hotel was a big surprise...
Don't go on weekends if you're looking for a cheaper stay. Also, be careful of the people selling SIM cards at Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. They speak Chinese, but they'll trick you. They'll tell you it has 100GB, but it's only 1GB free. What kind of people are they? They'll sell it to you for 38 MYR – a complete rip-off.
Water dispencer outsid
Iron ironboard dryer inside
Lovely lobby
Lovely corridor
Nice place
The location is very convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel has a European-style feel. It's also a cultural heritage site.
It was an okay hotel for us to stay as a family. The rooms are clean and toiletries are replaced daily. However, there are no facilities such as swimming pool and gym.
First off, loved that there was a bathtub. The water dispenser was a nice touch! The location was great too, highly recommend! It was clean and pleasant, definitely recommend.
Great location which is nearby the Jonker street, good choice of accomodation if you are looking for budget stay. Amenities and cleanliness can be improved. Deposit policy needs to be improved, giving customer impression that they are finding way to deduct money from the deposit which I did not experience it at anywhere else. Hope management team can handle this concern.
Location is good, just next to the shopping mall and walkable to Jonker Street. Room is ok and come with free private parking.
The TV in my room wasn't working. In the morning, before I left, I saw the housekeepers cleaning other rooms and I even put out the 'make up room' sign. I was really surprised to find my room hadn't been cleaned when I came back in the evening 😞. Although check-out is at 11 am, the receptionist was very kind and extended it by an hour for me 🙏😊!
Overall a good hotel and pleasant experience. Will come again.
Booked this hotel for family stay when first time visiting Melaka, not very far from Jonker Street if driving, so far so good. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
Ok. Drop by and short stay.
Environment and room is clean.
good location for tourists, good stay with good rooms , good service with umbrella to borrrow for rainy day. Good good good , well done.
The location facing Jonker Street is perfect, but the building has no elevator, so carrying luggage to the room was a struggle. The power went out just after 9 PM, and the front desk staff had already gone home before the electricity was restored. Waiting for the power to come back in a hot room was a tough experience.
Extremely satisfied. I accidentally booked the wrong dates; I arrived on the 23rd, but my reservation was for the 21st-23rd. The front desk staff didn't hesitate at all. After confirming there were rooms available for both nights in Melaka, they immediately checked me in. I found this incredibly kind – she didn't even ask me to leave a good review. The hotel's location is also excellent, and the price...
Good location and nice environment.
Just a bit noise on the floor sounds .
Great hotel location right in the heart of Jonker Street, ample parking space and friendly hotel team members 👍🏻
I like the secured gated carpark provided by the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious and general cleanliness was good. Location is right in the heart of Jonker street with all the amenities within walking distance.
It would be great if there is a lift available as the narrow staircase is difficult to use especially when carrying my suitcase. A safe was provided but faulty...

The hotel management is very supportive of requests and listens to feedback with actions. Some electrical appliances may need to be upgraded though.
the apartment is ok, there is free wifi, suitable for families, if you want to be romantic, it is also suitable for easy car parking, there is a pool for those who like to soak and sink and surface and there is a mini mart nearby and close to the city of Melaka
The host is very friendly and helpful, making the check in and out very convenient
We did not stay at Jetty Suites, but at another part of the Mahkota Hotel complex. It is very much a family place, the pool is cool and refreshing. Ample parking, though a bit of a maze. Not quite as well suited if you are walking, because the roads are tricky to cross. Not far to the centre, and the large malls are closer
The rooms are nice and the overall scenery as well as the places nearby are excellent. The swimming pool is well maintained and flawless however. It is a shame that some of the provided facilities are run down and rustic as they are not cared for. Things like the gym and squash court show really bleak spots throughout this establishment and the construction as well as the walls and floors throughout...
Affordable service apartment in the heart of Malacca. Run by Mahkota Hotel next to it. Units are well maintained and amenities are good. Kids will love the swimming pool. You can choose between sea view our city view, but I'd suggest the sea view if you can.
Plenty of parking space for guest but the parking area looks a bit run down, like much of the exterior of the apartment blocks. It's a shame...

Easy to access town, hotel room bigger but quite noisy coz near maid road
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were a few things that could be improved
Great options for travelers. Helpful staff and good locations, nearby main street jonker. However the cleanliness is just average.
The location is perfect! Walking distance to Jonker Walk. Pleasant stay for a family.
Great location, quiet yet close to all the action, with tons of amazing food options nearby.
Good location since very close to Jonker street.
But buildings felt old, and very noisy at late night.
Can’t sleep cause the loud sounds when vehicles passing by, especially motorcycles.

Can be improve , bed was so dirty
I think it would be nice if the hotel can provide guests with a basic toothbrush kit & slippers for convenience and comfort.
TV quality is bad.
Location:
Walking distance to Jonker street is not so near or accessible as mentioned. I think there are other good 3-Star hotels nearby Jonker Street and Dutch Square to consider if you wish to go places and good foods by walking…
The room just ok. The hotel near to Menara Taming sari and shopping mall. Staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and drinks by walking distance. deposit rm50 required when you check in to the hotel.
Everything is very nice except WiFi speed.
Great location a few minutes walk to the ship museum and melaka ferry. There is also a hawker nearby that opens in the evening. Towels and body wash is provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

A comfortable room with flexible entry, perfect for short-term business stays.
Good, but floor got a bit sticky
It is quite convenient location and efficient
Close to the mall, but it gets really noisy at night with a lot of street racers.
The hotel room without TV Channel is too boring to stay with family. The access card is difficult to use especially for my room No 19. Maybe the hotel need to improve on TV channels and other facilities for guests such as breakfast and drinking water.
The tv is not working, and the hot water does not really work. There is no lift, and we need to use the staircase to the room in level 2. The room is big enough for King's siza bed, but the day bed is broken in the room.

Excellent location and a nice place to stay
Great location in walking distance to all main attractions, attentive and helpful staff, nice atmosphere
Enjoyed our stay. Friendly service. Great location.
Location very near jonker street.
Good location
Room is small as to price point. no place to put luggage
Water pressure was not good
check in with my wife for a 2 nights stay. Location is good as very close to Jonker street by walk. We spent most of our time walking around the streets exploring the cultural streets around it.
Receptionist n service staffs are very polite, friendly and patient. Room is clean.
As boutique hotel, nothing to ask for on Facilities. so , it is ok to us.
for those who are driving will need a little...
Very convenient. Have a private parking space too.

The food was amazing! The spaghetti bolognese and lunch set rice with fried chicken is a MUST TRY! The ambience and the old school music are truly nostalgic. Price wise is affordable. Highly recommended to come here!
Small room with a comfy bed. Didn't have a hot shower but the water pressure was good enough. Good location. City's attractions are within the walking range. If you are driving here, be reminded to buy the parking coupon or you can park at the adjacent parking complex.
I didnt stay here, just stopped by for tea and coffee. Really love the atmosphere and relaxing it feels. My dad's hometown is in melaka, so i frequently visit the area, but im surprised to find such a lovely place. From the furniture choices, to the music, its a hidden gem. The coffee and tea is pretty excellent too!
Indoor or outdoor seating. Only went there for coffee. Nice place but lack of smile from the staff. The girl at the cashier is slow to understand your order. Can smoke outside but ashtray is not available so you are asked to through your buttends in the plants. They don't care and they don't clean !!!
This place is almost a perfect stay. Strategically located (100 meters to Pahlawan shopping mall) yet well priced at S$45/night. I'll definitely be back. Also recommends to everyone. They have a nice conjoined room I heard, which is perfect for family or group.

Need to mark the soap and shampoo so guest can safely use the product. Service ok but need more smile from the staff since most staff less friendly such as the security guard.
clean, comfortable and friendly service .
Need to fix their water pump level. The staff are all very helpful. The bed needs quality very low. Go very deep when I sleep.
The problem here is the limited car parks. Lucky I'm able to parked near to hotel. Also, there's a mosque VERY near the hotel. So for non Muslim like me will get an early wake up call...

They required a 100 MYR cash deposit and insisted I go get cash, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine. The environment was nice too, but only the suites had river views.
The location is excellent, on the river short walk to Jonker St yet quiet. We had a balcony room. You need to stand to see the view but it was good to have outside space to watch the boats go by. We also saw a monitor lizard swimming. The room was really stylish and the bed was really comfy with lovely cotton sheets. We stayed 2 nights and there was no cleaning. Wild coriander restaurant next door...
Overall, this hotel is pretty good, and the price is relatively cheap. The main advantage is its location, right near Jonker Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The picture I uploaded shows the environment from the hotel's main entrance. The interior room photos match what they advertised. There are various room types; I booked a room facing the street with a balcony, not one...
This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. The access to tourist attractions, the location, the cleanliness, and the sophisticated interior design were all excellent. The amenities were well-stocked, and there were no issues whatsoever. The breeze coming in from the small balcony was delightful and made me feel so elegant. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit...
Hotel is situated next to Malacca river with good view of the river and town. Stay in suite room with balcony overseeing river..nice. Quiet room and comfortable bed.
No coffee spoon provided ? Strange.

Honestly hoping to gate keep this hotel. Hotel Hong is a great choice if u re a down to earth person, who values a humbling short stay around Jonkers area. Location is walkable to Jonkers Street, just nice to keep u away from the noisiness of it for a good night rest - only if u re ok with paper thin, zero sound insulation walls. The room is compact, able to fit 2 pax but honestly just perfect for...
The room is clean, beds are comfortable, shampoo & soap are provided (have to bring your own dental & hair grooming products), the service is warm, friendly & helpful, and checking in & out was very quick. Also, there’s a water dispenser so you can top up water bottles and complimentary luggage storage service is provided to do more sightseeing after check out or waiting to check in. The only downside...
Hotel in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It is also close to a night market which makes it very convenient.
We were provided with the essentials. For the price, it is largely worth it.
Stayed in this hotel just like staying at home. Staffs were all friendly. Location is good, near malacca river and Jonker street. Nearby got many restaurants available many kinds of food. Malacca is a heritage city you can explore it day by day.
The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a short walk to Jonker Street. All the famous local eateries are nearby and easily reachable on foot, as are the main attractions. The staff were also very friendly, and there's a water dispenser available.
We didnt manage to go there from Johor Bahru as we couldnt get return tickets from Malacca back to JB. We wrote to owner for 50% cancellation, they rejected. This is not helpful at all. In fact we lost our 3 tickets to Malacca, as we didnt board the bus after knowing no more return ticket the next day
