The hotel's location is excellent, five stars! It's right by the Malacca River, making it easy to walk to most of the nearby attractions. There are also many popular restaurants in the vicinity, and it's super convenient for an evening stroll along the river. The only downside is probably that the room didn't have a window. Everything else was quite good.

Stayed at 1825 Hotel Melaka and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable, which made resting easy after a long day. Overall, a simple and comfortable stay.

Strategic location. No buffet bfast. But, a ala carte bfast. We ordered nasi lemak beef rendang and big breakfast.

The hotel is great, with a rustic, natural decor. Even though my room didn't have a window, it felt perfectly fine. A small river runs behind the hotel, so you can enjoy the breeze and the night view by the river in the evening.

I really love the room interior — it’s clean and nicely designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and easily accessible by walking. Definitely recommended!

Cannot expect much as the room design a bit old. Especially the bathroom. But still okay. The iron board is there but cant find the iron. For the breakfast, waiting to get an omelte is too long plus the staff who do it not pratice good hygine.

Location is great, room clealiness average, can be better. Hot shower is not working. Sound proofing is terrible. U can hear people talking, walk from corridor very loud and clear, open and close their room door will affect your sleep too.

Nice stay at hotel that provides free parking. Location is about 20mins walking to Jonker walk. Only issue was central aircon, which was not cold and not well maintained.

Disposable slippers and toothbrushes were not provided. The room had no telephone, so it was impossible to contact the front desk. The facilities were old, and the door could only be locked with a key.

Hotel is great! Room allocated according to my request for a mini-bar. Shower temperature control is one of best I ever encountered in any hotel. Hot/cold control in one tap able to control ideal personal temperature desired. Value of money for price paid. Location is convenient to many facilities nearby.

Great value for money for budget accomodation in the middle of Melaka City.

Have a bad experience here . Wall soundproofing was so bad , the room next to mine baby cry whole night and even the phone msg sound and call also can clearly hear . Aircon explode the ice out at the midnight ... but with this price , nothing can be complain again . You pay what you get .

We chose the hotel based on its free parking, but... we were directed to park on the street and were told we'd need to pay after 8 am. After pointing out the free parking mentioned in our reservation the front desk person took our license plate and said it'd be okay. Luckily the next day was a public holiday, hence free street parking, but... I would not trust this hotel again for their free parking...

Had a one night stay. Although the room is small without windows, but it is clean with mineral water, hair blower provided. The bed is comfortable. Food can be food easily around that area, just opposite the road at the end corner you'll find a mamak restaurant (for those who hunts for food during the mid-night). Overall experiene OK. Stay a night went to Jonker Street for a walk by Grab Car.

Common corridor looked new but room was simple and old. I find Room is too dim, except toilet, as only 1 small light at door entrance and in front of bed, 1 lamp at bedside lamp. No table lamp at the small table. Bath towels are used and floor towel is torn with holes. Provided tooth brush and 3 in 1 shower gel and safe. . hairdryer in room but must scan and pay m$1. My preferred hotel when i came to melaka. Very near to centre of Melaka. At night. You can walk to jonker walker and taming sari from this hotel. I booked 3 rooms with twin bed. Hotel price very cheap and affordable included breakfast for 2 pax. My siblings love their breakfast. 2 main menu like mee goreng and nasi lemak. Also have cereal. Mee sup, porridge and toast.

A nice, clean budget hotel with a very convenient location—close to food options like Pizza Hut and KFC, as well as grocery stores like 99 Speedmart and self-service laundry facilities. It’s one of my favorite places to stay in Melaka, and I highly recommend it to budget travelers.

This hotel offers many conveniences. It's clean and comfortable, and close to a 99 Speedmart and a petrol station.

Hotel was clean and nice for a short stay. Food is within walking distances. If you're driving, avoid the 6-7pm peak hours 😂 since the hotel is above mamak, goodluck finding parking around if you're late.

Not bad. Consider as a budget hotel. Check in check out process was smooth. Nice ambience. The parking is at the back of hotel but still you can park in front of the hotel if there's an empty parking lot. If you need iron facilities, they will ask deposit RM20 and you need to take it from the lobby by yourself, they will not bring this up to your room. The location is strategic, but cleanliness could be improved. It was probably affected by the Chinese New Year public holiday. Overall, I would rank it as the second-best hotel in the small town of Tampin.

This hotel is under renovation right now (Dec 25) but it's still okay to stay there. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel is good. This hotel doesn't have a cafe but you can find many restaurants near the hotel. They also provide a self-service kiosk to check in and check out with simple instructions. 👍

It's more of a B&B setup, conveniently located, but everything else is just average.

Location of the hotel is very good, right next to Jonker Street. However, as a heritage hotel, it has limited facilities ie. no pool, gym or restaurant, but there are plenty of food options nearby. Also, avoid choosing rooms with 2 levels, as toilet is usually on ground level and makes going to toilet at night challenging due to the steep staircase. Staff service is also mediocre and not too helpful

I recently stayed at emperor. The hotel is old for sure however it has amazing nostalgic feeling of the 90's. Not everyone would like it but I loved my stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was totally amazing. Walkable distance to Jonker Street 1.2 KM approx. Also I was at the 19th floor view was breathtaking. I would recommend to people who like old school feel.
