The rooms are nice and the overall scenery as well as the places nearby are excellent. The swimming pool is well maintained and flawless however. It is a shame that some of the provided facilities are run down and rustic as they are not cared for. Things like the gym and squash court show really bleak spots throughout this establishment and the construction as well as the walls and floors throughout the place are not too maintained. But overall the rooms provided are one of the best selling points here. Would reccomend for a stay

The hotel management is very supportive of requests and listens to feedback with actions. Some electrical appliances may need to be upgraded though.

My room was at block 2 level 10, the place was run down. Wall paper peeling, freezer full of frost, shower head hose was broken, iron board looks dirty and mouldy, there was a big lizard. The access card couldn’t open the side gate and we had to ask for it. One of the electrical plug in the room was not working. The gym aircon is broken and couldn’t be on. Location is good as it is near to the shopping mall and massage parlours.

the apartment is ok, there is free wifi, suitable for families, if you want to be romantic, it is also suitable for easy car parking, there is a pool for those who like to soak and sink and surface and there is a mini mart nearby and close to the city of Melaka

We did not stay at Jetty Suites, but at another part of the Mahkota Hotel complex. It is very much a family place, the pool is cool and refreshing. Ample parking, though a bit of a maze. Not quite as well suited if you are walking, because the roads are tricky to cross. Not far to the centre, and the large malls are closer

Affordable service apartment in the heart of Malacca. Run by Mahkota Hotel next to it. Units are well maintained and amenities are good. Kids will love the swimming pool. You can choose between sea view our city view, but I'd suggest the sea view if you can.

Plenty of parking space for guest but the parking area looks a bit run down, like much of the exterior of the apartment blocks. It's a shame cos the units are clean and well maintained.

It’s with the shopping mall, there’s indoor and outdoor sitting and good place to take a rest. BUT the wall plugs are all spoilt hence u can’t charge your laptop and etc as u take a work on your devices ? it’s been down for at least half a year.

Recommended by a friend to try Nadeje because of its mille crêpe.

Each slice will cost you RM13-15. There's many choices which made me hard to decide. It also serves heavier dishes - Western and Japanese.

I ordered Malacca and Double Chocolate.

This crêpe cake was soft and sweet. Appreciated cream at every layer though I felt "muak" after a few bites. The Malacca tasted nicer than Double Chocolate (didn't quite find any significant taste with this).

I only consume sweets at times, price isn't so nice because I know some mille crêpe with cheaper price than this with almost similar taste.

Thumbs up for different choice though.

A very cosy cafe that specializes in mille crêpe. The food hre is absolutly great I especially liked the salmon carbonara here but the main star here is without a doubt the crêpe. There are a variaty of crêpe to be tasted and most of them are fused with alcahol but for muslims don't worry there are also crěpe that are not made with alcahol. The menu here will already make a segregation on which crêpe has alcahol.
The staff here is also very courteous and friendly. Seating is also comfortable and portions are also quite reasonable. As for the pricing I find it as reasonable with the food.
