When we asked the reception for a solution, they simply said it was against their policy, due to past incidents. But punishing current guests by locking them in with no ventilation is unacceptable.
We asked several times for alternatives (a fan, air purifier, or even a change of room), and they refused every option. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the experience even worse.
The only positive point is the location, but honestly, that doesn’t make up for the lack of basic comfort and the poor service.
I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you care about fresh air, hygiene, or respectful service.
Is this a hotel or a school dormitory? Since when is it not allowed to sit at a table at night in a hotel? Even if it’s a rule, the way it was enforced was unbelievably rude.
I'm in my 40s and have traveled a lot — I’ve never been treated like this at any hotel before. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Not the kind of service you'd expect from a place calling itself a hotel.
