It’s ok for in and out in a short visit the staff are nice but the pool had no amenities not even water to drink if you did ask SORRY WE ARE OUT even the front desk was no help and for love of god don’t offer breakfast if it’s like shortage of food in Mexico !??? Let me tell you I have had many hotels breakfast and this one too it ALL first you have to come to front desk and get a TICKET then go next door shabby restaurant and Gus’s what you are entitled to 2white toast 1small package of jam and ball of butter and water down coffee plus few pieces of fruit BUT NO SUBSTITUTE!and no second! Anything else you pay yourself and is more so please don’t bother go somewhere else for breakfast or another hotel with some food the only good thing is that it was close to more food and attractions which so we’re 1000 more hotel in the same area

The Hotel Stay was very good, unfortunately the outside location at night is not very pleasant

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life!! this trip was a nightmare at this hotel. The quality of cleanness was beyond dirty. It was mildew. It was disgusting. I couldn’t sleep because there was so much noise at the hotel. Didn’t care I showed them all the pictures of how disgusting the room was the sheets the pillowcases, the shower and they moved me to a suite where there was no shower curtain or no door on the shower. The floor gets filled with water where I almost slipped and fall the bedsheets on that bed were disgusting the whole night they had a party or some type of show and it was so loud I couldn’t sleep until it ended until after 2 AM all I can tell you is find somewhere else because you’re gonna regret going here.

Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.

Our stay at the hotel was okay, but we were disappointed by the service and some inconvenient technical problems.

The staff we interacted with were not very friendly. A specific example was when we requested an extra key card for our double room, as two people were staying. We were firmly told that only one key per room was allowed, which was an unusual and inflexible policy that created a hassle for us.

Furthermore, the television was a significant frustration. It would default to a "store demo" mode every time we turned it on, forcing us to go through a complete reprogramming process just to watch TV. This was not a one-time glitch, but a recurring issue that we had to deal with multiple times.

Advice for Management: Training staff on more flexible, guest-centered service and ensuring all in-room amenities are in proper working order would greatly improve the experience.

We hope these points are addressed for future guests.

Reataurant have only one mesero. They take over 30 minutes. Also the continental breakfast is very poor . Hotel is old and ruined

The, hotel said it had English speakers at the hotel, that was a lie. The bathroom was dirty the shower, if you call that a shower was so small that you could not even properly shower. When I first arrived, the air conditioner will not start. It took almost 2 hours for it to start. One of the main reasons why I picked this hotel was because the pool. My daughter will be swimming and I will stay at the bar. There was no bar. You would have to call a number and they will come up and bring you a drink. One other thing, it offered continental breakfast, which what I know is limited, but this is the version of a continental Breakfast. You would have to go to the front desk, get a coupon. Go next-door, which is connected to the hotel a restaurant, and get coffee and two pieces of toast with a little tiny butter and jam.

So disappointed breakfast
I originally opted for a dining plan that included continental breakfast. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the so-called “breakfast” provided by the restaurant consisted of nothing more than a single cup of coffee, a few small pieces of fruit, and two slices of bread—with no opportunity for refills or additional servings.

Due to this extremely limited offering, I made the decision to upgrade my dining choice to an American breakfast, expecting a more complete and satisfying meal. Yet upon ordering, I was informed that I could have either ham or sausage, but not both, and only depending on the amount I paid—which was neither clarified beforehand nor aligned with the typical expectations for an American breakfast.

This lack of transparency and inflexibility in breakfast service has led to considerable inconvenience and unmet expectations.

Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.
