The rooms are excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The privacy is excellent. The service is excellent and the location is convenient. The staff is quite friendly, and overall the place is very convenient. It has internet and a smart TV where you can use Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and even open a browser. There is air conditioning and hot water. The place is also very beautiful and clean. I will definitely return if the need arises.

This hotel is not located exactly in the center but is a short walk away. The room we got was calm, comfortable, and had AC. The hotel is next to a supermarket and a pharmacy, you can also find good restaurants around. The personnel in the reception answered all our questions and gave us suggestions for the tours in the city.

If you are looking for good Chinese food without breaking the bank, then this place might be as close as it can get. However, the food is not so delectable. The buffet is a bit expensive, and the price does not include drinks. During peak hours, it gets very crowded and uncomfortable.

The decoration and atmosphere are great, absolutely love it. The staff was friendly, but the food was slightly disappointing. Had the Mole Poblano and the tortillas were a little hard and chewy, while the chicken was fairly dry. Was expecting better given the reviews...

Enjoyed it so much the first time, we went back during our short stay for a second dinner. Lovely at night when they light up the stars and candles. English & Spanish menus, plus staff speaks some English. Beautiful art, setting makes you feel as if you are in a traditional restaurant in historic Mexico. Souveniers from local craftsman and artisans are on display. Wonderful staff and amazing food.
