Great service, high end hotel. Very clean. Fantastic location.
Only reason for the 4 star was that the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were extremely hard.

Excellent experience. Room and amenities were TOP. Never experienced anything like it. Dyson hairdryer in the room, Le Labo soap and free minibar. Couldn’t ask for more

Gracious boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco
This was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever had. Accommodations were beautiful and every member of staff went out their way to make sure we felt at home. From the amazing team at the front desk to the staff in the dining room to the bell staff and the house keeping staff all exhibited the highest levels of professionalism and service.

One of the best kosher establishments I've been to! This establishment cares about the both the food's presentation and taste. The bread here is wonderful. The reason I'm not giving it five stars, is because the service is kinda all over the place. Well meaning servers, just a bit disorganized.

If you want delicious kosher food you need to look no further than Gaucho Grill...I've enjoyed every time I ate there...A true eating experience!!!

First of all, the service was excellent and the ambience absolutely great! Beyond that, the food was delicious. I highly recommend going for traditional dishes like the tampinquena and the corn and pablano empinadas. I also recommend the gaucho salad. Only thing I didn't love was the bread, but honestly l, who cares. I was in Mexico city for 4 days and I ate here 3 times.

We went for the Taco Bar experience and 9 of the 11 dishes were outstanding, the portions are perfect for the number of dishes you will get. All in all, every dish was strong and distinct on its own. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Worth the hype and the bar menu (which is what we can judge only) is casual yet special

We had high expectations for Pujol and unfortunately left feeling completely underwhelmed and disappointed. For a restaurant that is supposedly one of the best in the world, our experience was far from first class.
To start, we arrived on time for our reservation and our table was not yet ready. We waited 10-15 minutes before we were finally seated. Even once seated, they did not offer to take our coats.
I told the waiter right away as we were ordering that I had a peanut allergy, and he said the mole contained peanuts and he would replace it with something else.
This did not happen.
I was still given the mole and had to ask for the replacement dish while my partner’s mole sat idle getting cold while waiting for my dish to arrive.
For the most part, the food lacked flavour throughout and was often served lukewarm.
I expected way more and would not return. The whole experience was overrated and frustrating. Very disappointed.

Phenomenal experience. This was my favorite dinner to date. The tasting menu and pairings were top notch. We will be dreaming of the octopus with habanero ink and the mole for a time to come!!!

Refined dining experience involving a unique take on Mexican cuisine. Plating is beautiful and techniques sophisticated. Fixed menu price is approximately is ~2,000MXN which is good value compared to similar experiences in the US, but of course, an insane price in Mexico.

Phenomenal food, service and experience. Coming here was one of our main reasons coming to Mexico and it didn't disappoint. Every aspect of this was outstanding. Highly, highly recommended

Great local spot for tacos and other Mexican fare. Go for anything with pork and you can't lose. Service was also fantastic.

It was big party of 10. Food was great. We ordered quesadilla with cheese and tacos with pork. We paired food with a bottle of good mescal. Lastly we had flan for dessert and a caraquillo to finish it off. Service was attentive throughout a relatively quiet night.
