Very basic, but very clean. Everything in the room in good condition. Room on the street kind of noisy but there are interior ones that are probably quieter.

it's close to airport and a solid , acceptable, safe place for a short visit. next morning I walked to the airport in about 70 minutes, that's why I wanted this place. room had no window, but didn't matter.

I paid for an eight-night stay from October 1st to 9th, 2025. After the first night, I told the receptionist I'd be leaving for three days to see the volcanoes. When I returned, the hotel evicted me and removed my clothes. They gave me another room and returned some of my clothes, but my A4 copies of my documents and cash pesos were missing. They were with all my other clothes.
The hotel is unsafe.

The room is large and convenient. It is close to the subway station. The price is cheap and the service is good. The facilities are a bit old. The hygiene is OK. It is clean and tidy. There is no breakfast.

Not bad if you want to stay in the heart of México City or near the Airport I recommend this hotel. The only thing I don't like was the área where many homeless people sleep in the street but many policemen are patrolling around this área so I felt relieved a little bit. I had a nice stay after all.

When we went to our room the bed was undone as if someone fell asleep in there
They quickly gave us another room but when we walked by we saw they just fixed the bed. It's kinda gross if they don't know for sure it was just someone who forgot to fix it well.

Once in the new room we saw there was no AC but thankfully they let us borrow the standing fan. 😀 the restoroom.was very classy and it was a very Confortable room. Check out is 20 minutes to 1pm and they do call to remind you.

There is no air conditioning, just a very thin blanket. I woke up in the middle of the night with cold. I had to pay the deposit online in full at the hotel. After paying, the online deposit was not refunded. I paid one-third of the peso first and then the dollar. The exchange rate difference was more than 70 dollars. I didn’t change it to pesos and gave him all the pesos. The next day, I really couldn’t stay there, so I asked to check out. He said he couldn’t refund the money. I said okay, but who knew that the online deposit couldn’t be refunded either. I can only find the platform. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t refunded it.

You can see the hotel sign as soon as you get out of Yunxi Station. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. Water and coffee are free. Many restaurants and convenience stores are open 24 hours a day. The room is just too small. It's hard to turn around.
