We have had a delightful stay at this hotel. It is quiet, comfortable, and ideally located for tourists. The staff are friendly and efficient. Victor, ne of the bellboys, went out of his way to help us resolve a transportation problem for our hot air balloon tour to the pyramids; at 4 a.m. he not only accompanied us but also lent us his phone to fix the issue so we were able to take the tour. I should also mention that the breakfast, which was included in our reservation, was very varied and satisfying. The hotel is on a pedestrians-only main street, which was great for people-watching. I highly recommend this hotel.

With the wave of violence happening in Mexico right now. I understand the importance of not putting my family and self at risk since we would be flying out of Reynosa. I contacted the hotel to see if i can change the dates or cancel. All they responded in all caps was “NON REFUNDABLE”. I am not asking because i want to. I plan to visit CDMX again when things are not as dangerous as they are in this moment. But the lack of empathy and customer support is atrocious. I would not recommend anyone staying here at all. There are real risks happening and this management shows they value profit over people

It's an ok Hotel. The rooms are old and a bit rusty. The staff is helpful and nice. The food is not bad at all. It's not exactly quiet but the location is unbeatable.

I loved my time here, highly recommended. Luxury and quiet place, really well located, employees are really friendly.

Short version: only recommended if you don't have any other choice.

-If you book directly in the website, even if you have free cancellation, they will charge you your first night through a convoluted process the day before your check-in. -Room cards deactivate the first hours in the morning the day of checkout. Its their policy.
-Rooms can be really noise. Also very bright at early morning (maybe in porpuse?)
-Location is great.

It is said that it has just been renovated. The room is not small and has a TV. The sheets and towels are clean. There are mineral water and coffee machine in the room. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner in April. Although it is in the downtown area, it is also very quiet. The windows can also be opened for ventilation. There are many restaurants and shops around, and it is quite close to the attractions. There is also a Yunnan rice noodle restaurant within a few minutes' walk, which is also very good. The hotel can help you call a taxi to the airport. 280 pesos is quite cost-effective. It used to cost 380 from the airport to downtown.

This hotel is a very poor value for money. The location is okay, about a ten-minute walk from Syntagma Square. However, the facilities are dated. The shower is separated by a curtain, which makes water splash everywhere easily. The soundproofing is also very poor. I also felt the hotel was dishonest, though it could just be individual staff members. I was absolutely certain I left a dress hanging in the closet at the hotel, but when I called the hotel, they said they couldn't find it. Either they were too embarrassed to serve the customer, or individual staff members took matters into their own hands and refused to acknowledge it. The entire experience was terrible. Highly not recommended.

Location was great! Room lacks basic items such as hook for towels, only one chair for 2 guests, not enough hangers among others.

Located in the central city, safe and reliable. Although it is on the main street, it gradually becomes quiet by 11 o'clock and does not affect rest.

Good ,location, good staff. Highly recommended
