We stayed here overnight after a doctors appointment and while we were happy with the location, security and cleanliness of the hotel we did not enjoy the mattress. Neither of us really slept. The pillows are small square pillows, a very thin top blanket is all you have against the AC and just no support in the mattress. While we did not need it, the kitchenette has no utensils or pots and pans. However it appears via the signage at check-in you can rent or buy it.

Staff was super courteous and there was plenty of parking.

This place was great for staying near the airport. The rooms were clean and you can see that they update the hotel as needed. They were even painting the lobby on the day that I entered, so things looked fresh. I only stayed one night, but I would absolutely stay here again for longer if I needed to be in this area. My son said the gym was simple, but he was able to complete a workout there.

This accommodation is a practical choice for a short stay, particularly before or after a trip to the Yucatan Peninsula. While it adequately meets the needs for a one-night stay, guests seeking a longer visit may want to explore other options. Its proximity to the airport was a key factor in our selection, as well as its accessibility to nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and it was an excellent experience. The property was clean and well-connected to the airport and the hotel zone. The staff’s attention was outstanding, and I would love to return soon.

The staff was kind. However, even though the air conditioner was working, the room smelled a bit bad, probably due to humidity.

Water is not provided in the room, you need to buy it yourself
There is a stove but no kettle
There is a refrigerator but no electricity
There is a microwave, but there is still no power
There is a shower head, but there is no uniform direction of water flow. Water jets are scattered everywhere, making bathing feel like there is no water.
No shower gel, just a bottle of shampoo with no foam
The photos look good, but it's really not that good to live in.
