The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier.

Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family. Have frequented other all inclusives in the area and this one is at the top of the list for a family vacation spot.

Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!

The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. I was looking for a reasonably priced, newly built, all-inclusive hotel and decided on this one. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Loved our family trip to Nickelodeon. It was incredible on many levels. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Daniela (the butler who assisted our family most regularl) was especially awesome. My only complaint was that they don’t heat any of pools. This seems to be the norm around Cancun area, but a little tough in the winter time as the pools are chilly.
