The resort is beautiful and well maintained; the room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony. The beach is gorgeous and great for walking. The activities were enjoyable. The staff was friendly. I disliked the loud music that was piped in everywhere except the beach. While it’s an all inclusive resort make sure to bring plenty of small bills for tips.

Overall everything was decent! Food was decent but very kid friendly. Definitely not a couple trip but more of a family. Maria was texting us through WhatsApp and made life much easier for our group! She was the best!! 10/10 for her service!

5 star in every respect resort. We had great service especially our concierge. Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience. We will definitely return.

We had a really great family vacation at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was always spotless, and we especially want to thank Michael at the Asian restaurant for making my birthday special, and Patricia, the vacation planner, for being so helpful. The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. The service was very poor, both at the reception and from the beach attendants. Waiters only brought drinks if you paid for the sun lounger and tipped them.

Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. It’s a big scale hotel with all the facilities, swimming pools are nice. Service is just standard, welcome snacks are missing and we have to ask to slippers. Thought it’s pretty standard provision for the fees we’re paying. Great views from the rooms.
