The main challenge our room had was the key card was not working the till the 2nd day mid day , and always required spending (wasting) 30 mins for security/hotel staff to get the door opened . I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. It was a place to stay for a night's rest before going to Scarlett. The Mexican food I ate at this lounge was more delicious than I thought, so I remembered it even after coming back to Korea. I bought snacks at a nearby convenience store and had a nice rest. I recommend it.

We had great service at The Avani. Abraham, Erik, Andres and Jose took great care of us at dinner and in the bar. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the check-in process. The girl was very pleasant, but it took forever with the system.

Avani is a beautiful modern hotel. We only stayed for one night. Close to the mall, which was a bonus. On check-in, the staff were gathering in groups, not really interested in checking in guests. We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It is right by the beach. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. Great location, super close to the beach, good facilities, pool, bar and Great Lake view. Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not. Indeed an old hotel. However the good location, affordable, a big communal area with free flow coffee and tea and free breakfast make up for it. The air conditioning is weak. Breakfast is simple and typical Mexican type. Since is free so don’t ask for too much. Happy to see a water dispenser for us to use. We stayed here for 3 nights as we ppa to do day trips.
