Clean and modern rooms with excellent housekeeping. This is a great value hotel.
The room was adequate, but three out of four days I had no hot water. The hotel is right next to the road, and there's very little soundproofing; I could hear the cars and buses quite a bit.
Also, they said breakfast would be included, but it wasn't, and they just took my payment. I would like a refund from the hotel.
Shampoo, conditioner, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc. are not provided, so it is better to bring them with you. Hot water is available, but the water pressure is quite weak. On the other hand, the air pressure of the hair dryer was quite strong. It took some skill and power to open and close the door. They came to clean the room and arranged the towels cutely, which made me feel good.
There are also several delicious taco restaurants nearby that are frequented by locals, as well as convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, which is convenient. Overall, I think it is good value for money!
There was no explanation of how to use the in-room safe, so I called the housekeeper, but he didn't speak English, so I had to use a translation app. He still didn't understand, so he came twice. It was good that he came without hesitation, but it wasn't just one visit, so some people might find that annoying.
The most disappointing thing was that when I went there expecting breakfast to be 6 pesos, I was told it was 150 pesos. The price may have gone up, or it may have been a mistake and it was 6 dollars, but I trusted the information written on the website and applied, but it was completely different, and I thought, "I've been tricked, I've been scammed." I hope this will be fixed soon.
