The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself
The staff rarely asked for directions and couldn't ask. Hotel It’s so huge that you have to walk everywhere to get a golf cart. The hotel environment is featureless. It costs 100 per person to go to the grand water park🔪
It is the best place for a vacation with family.
The organization of the paid activities leave much to be desired: after paying over $600 for the dolphin swimming adventure, we were made to wait 30 minutes on the stairs of the expo center like some bums to be picked up
In general very nice resort with a friendly service. On the negative note though:
1. Even after repeated notices, air conditioning in the fitness club have not been fixed until the end of my stay
2
I originally booked a room at the Moon Palace Grand and moved the second day to the Nizuc area of the resort due to the beds, view and location of our room at the Grand (They didn't have any King size beds as requested and the double beds were a bit small in the room that we were assigned)
Cancun, Boulevard Kukulcan, Retorno Chac L-41 (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
There is not much alcohol
🥰 Overall, it is still recommended
If I must say, there are not many activities
Except for the group aerobics in the swimming pool during the day, there are people playing violin in the lobby at night, and I missed the band performance in the bar
And there are no activities
The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient
Booked ocean front on Ctrip
The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️
🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter
Nothing bad to say about my experience at Marriott. We stayed for 8 nights in a partial ocean view room. We were expecting to have a view of the pool but we ended up being on the side of the hotel instead
Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black potato question mark R]
🍴App reservation for dinner
Mo’s fries are very delicious😋 The burger is not juicy. The pizza shop is a bit salty. If you like the fruit inside, you can take it anytime. 🍸Room serice at night asked for more glasses of wine

The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free
The room was fantastic. The staff was awesome. The bartenders at the pool were phenomenal. The resort is beautiful!
Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!
We experienced a warm welcome and continued attention to all our needs during our stay at the Grand Palladium. Such a beautiful and very well cared for setting with attention to even the small details
Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family
The staff was engaging and pleasant throughout our stay. Special kudos to Maria Dorantes (VIP Concierge Grand Palladium) for her caring support during our stay

Me and my wife had a great stay in this property and considerably one of the best… if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere away from the party crowd this hotel is for you… food was delicious and actually one of the best we had compare to other resorts here in mexico and would be one of the best highlights of our stay, secondly the staff here are all nice and very hospitable and lastly the property...
Under construction but it is seen that they will be adequate to stay nothing of luxury not so luxurious rooms are accessible
Beach front resort, isolated from the city. Need uber or taxi to get in and out
The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest
The hotel lived up to our expectations. There was a large variety of different eateries which you could book on line if need be. It was also nice to eat the array of food cooked by the pool side.
The buffet can be hit or miss, but the staff and service are consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a little far from downtown in terms of transportation, but the hotel itself is great for families and kids
Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcan km. 9.5, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The damp walls of the hotel are all water-stained, and the bedding is damp. It is recommended not to wash clothes during your stay, and dry clothes cannot be taken out, as they will get wet
What made our stay special were the friendly staff and how hardworking they were! They always had a smile on and were very kind and helpful. Thanks for welcoming us, I recommend staying at this hotel!
Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact
There is child care, and there are child care next to several restaurants where you eat, full marks!
The sea view is super beautiful, the sea water is very clear, and the beach is white. The sanitation is also very clean
Victor at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free
The ocean view room was absolutely stunning, absolutely gorgeous.
Cancun, Blvd. Costa Mujeres (16 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Other than that the family and I had a great time. There are two water parks in for adults and teller children and one for smaller children along with numerous pools and the beach
Our room had blood on the bathroom wall, half used conditioner and lotion bottles. Water leaked continuously from the shower out onto the main floor. None of the restaurants take reservations
Great place to stay, staff was great they where always on there’s toes to serve everyone. Nice in every way. N all the food was good that we got to taste..would definitely go back for a get away
We had an amazing time at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeris. There was lots to do and there was a lot of dining options for us. The all inclusive property was great
The room was great. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very polite. Loved my swim-out suite.
Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm
Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcán Km.17, Lote 52-04, Zona Hotelera (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This was truly the best value for money trip! The $1 bus tour was fun, and the small Mayan museum, snorkeling, and golf cart tour nearby were short but pretty good too
The resort was nice; great pools, great gym, and helpful reception desk
Honestly, the scenery, the hotel's view, cleanliness, friendly service, and the buffet taste – everything exceeded my expectations and was incredibly satisfying
The pool's cleanliness and the beautiful views were perfect. The stunning beach scenery, fine sandy shores, and the thrill of surfing were all fantastic
There’s shows every night which were ok. The ocean is beautiful and we can see sunrise from our room. There’s yoga classes and sometimes water aerobics and Zumba
The waterpark is tiny and is really for kids under 10 years old. There was a New Year’s Eve celebration which was fun. But I probably won’t go back again

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option
If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference
We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha
The beach is really nice and spacious, you can always find a good spot. There are waves as soon as you come into the water, but you can swim once you get a bit further from the shore. Towel service is open till 10pm(!)
We liked the beach. Clean. All-inclusive with limitations. Room service and restaurants. Bars close at 10 pm.
The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel.
Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.
Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcan, Manzana 51, Lote 7 (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location and ocean view is excellent. There are 8 restaurants and 24hr room service available with a wide variety of food can provided. The staff are nice and helpful. However, the beach is not that clean
Amazing time, food is great and a lot better than the Riu hotel. The stuff is super nice and we enjoy the time there very much. I will definitely book again if I ever go back to Cancun
It was first time to enjoy all-inclusive hotels.
Ocean view from the room was beautiful and inside was clean and big!
Everything inside the refrigerator was complimentary.
The hotel is surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches. The food, drinks and snacks are very good. Staff are very attentive and police. Worth !
At this resort you felt safe, all needs were met within a timely manner, I would have to give a 10 for cleanliness, amenities were amazing, food was great, and last but not least, the staff was very very kind!! Would go back in a "heartbeat!!"
We enjoyed ourselves so much. Good hospitality and nice beautiful beach. The food from the restaurants are very yummy. Wish to return again.

Our experience at Secrets Playa Mujeres was amazing. This is truly one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was exceptional
This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico
The silent disco is always fun but they need to have a better variety of music like 80's on one channel, Rock on another and then today's top hits maybe to make it fun for everyone and 3 channels like other resorts do but again I think still learning
The restaurants are on rotation currently assuming due to occupancy being lower as they are still renovating some of the areas. Food was good to excellent and again think it will improve more as new staff adjusts
I wish they had a brick oven pizza outdoors like Secrets Maroma. They had the best pizza there! The theater and sports bar areas is a great set up and the shows were great
The food is incredible! We did not have a bad meal and there was many options to chose from each night. The rooms were clean and we had no issue contacting housekeeping if we needed
Cancun, Paseo Kukulcan km 9, lotes 9 y 9A (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The only bad thing of this Resort, we did not like that the bars around the pool they all close at 6 pm
Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the food was superb. The room was very basic but clean, and the hotel, while small, was very practical
The only extremely negative part of our experience was an invitation we accepted for a 'beach membership' promotion. A short, bald man got very aggressive with me because I didn't take what he was offering
However, was only one elevator working our entire stay (5 days) and were times that we had to take the stairs instead (our room was at the 7 floor) our last day was several people checking out and using that one elevator that out of the sudden it stop working and had to take the stairs
They push you to make a decision on the spot, and we felt truly uncomfortable with the whole situation. It made for a very unpleasant moment
To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations
Cancun, Lote I-03 Manzana 12 Supermanzana 84 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Clean room, ocean golf course and pool view. Mini fridge was restocked when asked promptly. Very friendly and welcoming staff!
If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak
The 24-hour room service is very convenient. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious
The resort was GORGEOUS! The staff were super friendly and personable. Also, it’s very clean. Perfect for families who want the beauty of cancún.
I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Everyone was friendly, the food was decent, and I had a great time!
Overall, it is a good tourist resort. The beach is beautiful, the food is rich, and there are many activities. Of course, it is a little worse than Bali, Indonesia
The service was generally good, and the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The ocean is beautiful, and the food was decent. The only real drawback is how crowded it gets
If you're someone who dislikes busy environments, this hotel might not be for you. We even missed out on dining at the Italian restaurant due to the sheer number of people
This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths
Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages. The interior decor is a bit dated, which is understandable as the hotel has been around for decades
To sum up, if you're a first-time visitor to Cancun looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious hotel experience, this might not be the ideal choice
However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate
Cancun, Blvd Kukulcan Km 11.5 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool
I enjoyed how respectful and caring the staff were. All of the meals were amazing 😍. The activities and events at the resort were awesome, transportation access was on point. The tour to Isla mujeres was so much fun
Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction
The hotel is generally good, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping mall, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel
The only thing that I didn't like was the doors to the rooms. Otherwise my experience was a 5 out of 5
The hotel service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the food is good

There are slides / water park to keep kids busy from very young age to scary adult slides that would make any teenager happy
This time, we didn’t mean a single person that we thought was especially nice or helpful. Every single pool, whether at the resort or water park was unswimmable because they were so cold
If it's in your budget to shell out about $250 / day for a pergola at the water park that does make a workd of difference as seating is very limited around the water park
Sometimes there was a wait for shuttle to bring us back and forth from hotel part to the main lobby / water park (about a mile). Food: breakfast buffet awesome with tons of options
Lunch- great burgers, chicken sandwiches served to your chair at water park or go inside for big buffet with lots of healthy food options
Nickelodeon characters around for pictures several times per day, shows with games throughout the day at the water park
Cancun, Boulevard Kukulcan Km 18.5 (13 km from centre) 🧭 Map
if you have younger and older kids they would have to play in different areas, baby have one zone, kids another and for teens there are 3 bigger slides on another side of the building
On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water
The staff was extremely friendly at all times, the restaurants and buffet were delicious. The Seafood restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back again!
The buffet meals were good, but too crowded, especially at breakfast: queues to get in, queues to get served. The two outstanding restaurants were the steakhouse and the French restaurant
Everyone really work hard to keep up the place clean and nice. I really loved all the entertainment and service they provided
I was there with only 17months old baby, they had food for kids, daycare, kids pools and so much more! Great place for family. Will definitely come back next time

He also was around for pool volleyball! Jesus, Benjamin and Louis were also a fun time. Special “shoutout” to “Handsome Victor” our morning shuttle driver
My husband and I stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites for one week for our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely marvelous. We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations
A week’s vacation is not enough at this gorgeous resort!! We had a lovely time sitting and sunning (and drinking)! The food is fantastic and the activities crew is super nice and not too pushy! Today we made friendship bracelets with Alex
From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right away
In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip
So inorder to make sure your room doesn't sweat and cause water damage you have to keep the AC on between 17 C and 24 C which is very very cold

The view outside is stunning. Early check in when we arrived at 9:00am in the morning. Friendly staff. Good food. Spacious room.
The property and service are excellent. The only drawback is the lack of consistency in quality of food and drinks from day to day.
Could not say enough good things about Garza Blanca Cancun. Our butler Mario went above and beyond for our stay, Alex and Benjamin from the roof top pool area were fantastic our and everyone in between
During terrible Arctic Jet Stream 4 day nightmare, Garza Blanca staff and other guests made it fun. Great resort, food & company. I will be back.
The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well
Property overall is beautiful. Did not appreciate that even though I payed for all inclusive they are constantly trying to upgrade and sell non package items.

Very basic hotel. Perfect 4 one or 2 nights. Handicapped persons facilities. Nice pool. Extraordinary attention by the staff.
All in all nice experience. Breakfast is one of the 5 marked options + coffee. Room had a funny smell but not too bad. Also it's right at ADO busstop, so another +
Great location
Comfortable restaurant in A1 location if needing the ADO bus station. Good restaurants close by and an excellent pool area.
We stayed there the first and last night of our trip to Mexico to be close to the airport. The service was very good, very friendly people.
This place is great, right across the street from ADO, you can grab public transport to hotel zone for 9 pesos (2017), or find mercados and real Mexican cheap but good restaurants in this area, true Mexican people away from tourist zone, there is a park called palapas just a few blocks away which every weekend has some really cool shows, mainly amateur guys doing performance shows, acrobats, clowns...
Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind

For families
Great hotel for a family holiday. Nice beach and pool. A day at the pool, arranged a Latin dance. Go through the territory of the peacocks.
Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us
There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing timeshare scam
The drinks were the best in Cancun. Would recommend this for sure. Very family based though so make sure you realise it’s not adults only
Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room
Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up
The app never worked for us to make dining reservations
Evening shows were excellent
Getting a chair on the beach is hard work haha so get ready to wake up early for a good spot. Plenty of room though but once you have a spot you’re best of keeping it. Food was the best in Cancun that dinning was so good
