There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at. The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel. Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.

After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. It was just average. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches. There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular.
