There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

It's a shame that no alcohol is served after 11pm, but we were able to order beer and wine at the bar and drink them in our room.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained; the room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony. The beach is gorgeous and great for walking. The activities were enjoyable. The staff was friendly. I disliked the loud music that was piped in everywhere except the beach. While it’s an all inclusive resort make sure to bring plenty of small bills for tips.

Overall everything was decent! Food was decent but very kid friendly. Definitely not a couple trip but more of a family. Maria was texting us through WhatsApp and made life much easier for our group! She was the best!! 10/10 for her service!

The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming.
