The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor
The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself.
The hotel is very poor. I booked two rooms, one with a broken phone, one with dirty sheets, and the service was mediocre. It took 40 minutes to get someone to get a toothbrush because the hotel is so big. The staff rarely asked for directions and couldn't ask... Hotel It’s so huge that you have to walk everywhere to get a golf cart. The hotel environment is featureless. The rooms are all the same....
It is the best place for a vacation with family.
Great resort and close to the airport. Nice swimming pool and i like the cocktails. It is close to the beach.
I've been a member of the palace resorts, palace premier and palace elite programs for a number of years and overall feel like I've gotten a decent value. I originally booked a room at the Moon Palace Grand and moved the second day to the Nizuc area of the resort due to the beds, view and location of our room at the Grand (They didn't have any King size beds as requested and the double beds were a...

Good location , swimming pool and beach are very nice but the hotel room alit small. Food was ok
It's a shame that no alcohol is served after 11pm, but we were able to order beer and wine at the bar and drink them in our room.
Great hotel with friendly hotel staff who go above and beyond to accommodate our needs! High recommend staying here.
Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back! I'll be back with my family next time!
The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient.
Booked ocean front on Ctrip The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️ 🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter. Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. The water was cold. We couldn’t quit midway. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black...

It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.
I was disappointed that they no longer have bottle service in the rooms, only one bottle now and not really what we wanted (Jack Daniel’s), but the service was very good and entertainment was excellent!! That Queen impersonators were amazing.
There are two prices for 66 square meters. The main difference is the floor. One is 10-19 and the other is 21-27. Pay special attention. The 10th floor of the hotel room is equivalent to the second floor. The room is very large and there is no place to hang clothes. The power socket at the head of the bed is unreasonable and very low. The cabinet must be moved. All-inclusive price. The food is better...
We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future
We love this hotel. It’s clean and it offered a variety of restaurants choices from bar to cafe and fine dining. You can see the beautiful view of the ocean right outside of the swimming pool. We recommend this hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard...
Amazing staff and fantastic service. Loved the hotel and variety of restaurants. Great entertainment to.

This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!
Really enjoyed the property. Great food, staff, and location. Only thing I will say is check your room and make sure nothing is broken when you first check in. Report it immediately if so. I got charged $160 usd for the closest door that was already broken. We didn’t even use the closest during our stay. So we didn’t know to report anything. We opened the door to enter the room & it bumped the closest...
Had a great time spending a week long vacation at Paradisus Cancun. The interior of the hotel and the food was better than we were anticipating. Staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Anabel at Flora was an exceptional waitress. The food was fresh, light, and delicious. Abraham and Carina from Ginger were excellent. The Tequila and Mezcal tasting were top notch and I learned a lot about...
The only thing I didn’t like was the room service. They stole our wine bottle or they took it back.
The Reserve was excellent- included 2 days of daybed reservations by the pool and concierge that booked all excursions and dinner reservations nightly. Food was better than other all inclusive resorts that I’ve stayed at in Cancun. However, some of the steaks at Sal’s weren’t edible (Top Sirloin). The shortrib was great. The nightly entertainment shows were 6/10. The last bar (Ginger) closes at ...
Loved the location. The Reserve adults only building was perfect for our needs. The resort is absolutely beautiful, can’t wait to see it after the remodel.

Review of Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun Our group of 14 had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun! The resort exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we made some wonderful memories during our four-day stay. The food was a major highlight—we dined at nearly all the restaurants, and every meal was delicious. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant, followed closely by the...
Location is far from main area. Pools are shallow and not large enough to accommodate the size of the hotel. Food was not great - especially Sunan - inedible. Service was not friendly - a cold was to to staff. Didn’t really feel like a Hilton property. Can do better for same money.
Amazing! Everyone enjoyed. Variety of foods to choose from. safety was very important to us. Everyone felt comfortable, secure & safe. Would visit again !
Check in was 2 hours at the reception All dinner restaurant need reservation and reservation closed at 5pm checked in so late so we missed first night for dinner have to go buffet every meal till second night We can’t make reservations for the restaurant we want, because nothing available and only time available is 9.30pm and another night 10pm for dinner. My main complaints are for the service and instruction I experienced during my stay. We were told it is peak season (a week after Easter vacation) so they were being busy. After we checked in, no guideline/instruction were given. We did not know which restaurants require a reservation, how to do room service, the location of the activities. Therefore we missed a lot of chance to receive the 'ALL...

OMG!! Best resort I ever stayed, costumer service , food , activities 100%. The staff was extremely friendly. No complaints . Tip , dont miss the breakfast at Riviera Maya , unique experience of Mayan cuisine, ask for Emilio , best service I ever had..
Staff here is very helpful and friendly. The resort is pretty clean for the most part, although I feel that housekeeping can do a better job cleaning. The food options were great, and the buffet was our go to place for breakfast and lunch. The one thing I can complain about this resort has to be the smell of the sea. We booked an oceanfront room which had a beautiful view, but the smell of rotten eggs...
We enjoyed the All Inclusive, but the resort didn’t have a lots of restaurant options that were open and most of the food was only so-so, especially the Indian food, it had a great ocean view but the food was subpar! Jean was our instructor. She was so fun and friendly. The class was a competition and I won! How fun? Btw, I came with me 8 year old daughter and she had a blast too.
Such a good experience with Jean at guacamole class. Interactive , fun and kept us drinking lol. Got some good tips on preserving the guacamole from oxidation
Excellent Mexican shows! Such Talented dancers! A must see! The costumes were gorgeous! Looking forward to the next show! Great for all ages!

I rarely write reviews, but after so many people encouraged me to share my experiences, I’ve decided to start — and this resort deserves it. This is my 6th stay at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres in 5 years, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. Wonderful hotel, staff, accommodation, food and entertainment all set in lush beach surroundings. Felt like 6* . An amazing holiday. However, Would like to see more large visible no/ smoking banners unless in designated areas and no vaping (everyone travelling to Mexico must be aware this is illegal). Liliana was the best! She served us every morning and lunch and she always made sure we had everything we needed. She was so good with our baby too! We will miss her
I have just returned from a one week stay at the RIU Palace Costa Mujeres, having had a relaxing stay. The hotel, whilst large, has an attentive staff who are willing to help at any given moment. There is also shared children’s pool with the neighboring RIU Dunamar along with the splash...
Our experience at this resort was truly wonderful. From the very first day, the staff made us feel like family—always attentive and welcoming with a smile. Everything went well. The only thing was there were a lot of people.
Compare with 2 years ago. The quality of food and services are lower than before. Probably will go somewhere next time.
Hotel was nice but is a bit dated with some areas like the mini golf course needing a bit of work. The restaurants were very nice but the dinner buffet left a lot to be desired. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
Convenient to go anywhere, good location. The hotel felt quite old. The jet bath in the bath is broken and cannot be used... On the day we arrived, the hotel had a power outage for several hours, making it inconvenient to have no electricity or air conditioning. There were many guests with children. It would be nice if you could make a reservation at the restaurant, but the buffet was not very good
Everyone really work hard to keep up the place clean and nice. I really loved all the entertainment and service they provided. I was there with only 17months old baby, they had food for kids, daycare, kids pools and so much more! Great place for family. Will definitely come back next time.
Cleanliness: They simply forgot to clean it for us the next day. We also lost a piece of white clothing in the hotel, which was probably taken away by the waiter when collecting the sheets. Service: The milk in the cafeteria is watered down and the service is very slow. The Japanese restaurant is the fakest. It doesn’t have any distinctive Japanese food. It’s just a low-end version of fake Chinese...

This hotel is wonderful — the elegance, the food, and the overall service were excellent. Our butler, Rafael, made our stay even more comfortable by always being attentive to our needs. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to friends and family.
Our butler Michelle, she was outstanding and marvelous like no other. My wife and I felt Michelle made our trip, each day SPECIAL, and we appreciate how attentive she was with us EVERY DAY, we meant it every day. She was looking for best interest all the time, every day. If you plan a stay at this awesome hotel, if possible, ask for her.
Every night I get made tacos and buffalo wings every night since I got here and they are so amazing and cheese burger is so amazing and the fries too. Guadalupe chef is the master
This was my 2nd trip with my lady and we are very happy that we came back! Our butler Rene was very helpful and assisted in anything that we needed. The best restaurants were the Hibachi and Italian, and out favorite shows are the Micheal Jackson and Queen. There is plenty to do here on sight, our plunge pool with ocean view was great and the spa is 5 stars

Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact. Pros: The food is delicious. The sea water is very clear. Victor at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free.
Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on...
The service is perfect! ! Everyone's service is super good. There is child care, and there are child care next to several restaurants where you eat, full marks! The sea view is super beautiful, the sea water is very clear, and the beach is white. The sanitation is also very clean. The room is a bit old, but it does not affect the beautiful scenery at all. Recommended!
Facing the sea, with pleasant scenery, attentive service, and the pier to Women's Island is right next to it.
The hotel is in a great location and has very good facilities. The food is good, and some of the waiters are friendly and enthusiastic. But I have to say a few things. The damp walls of the hotel are all water-stained, and the bedding is damp. It is recommended not to wash clothes during your stay, and dry clothes cannot be taken out, as they will get wet. This should be because it is near the sea...
The rooms are large, have balconies, and all have sea views. The all-inclusive service is very relaxing, and it is very convenient to order meals. Good service. The food left me wanting a lot. We had to wait over two hours for the restaurants. The sushi was delicious, and the steakhouse was also delicious after a long wait. I didn't like anything else. The beach was very pretty, and it was always a red flag. The view was very nice. I saw the sunrise from the room. The price/quality ratio is just okay.
It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.
The hotel is quite big and better than expected. There are also many hotel options.
There were a lot of things that couldn't be helped and they did they best they could, but they had to move us from a room on the 11th floor to a room on the 2nd floor because there were unexpected issues, there was loud construction most of the day (we were there during the off season), and some things that were listed as "included" on their website were only included if you listen to a one hour presentation...

The Royal Caribbean is the 3rd built of the Royal Resorts group time shares in Cancun. It was built in 1988 and in October of 2018 will be for sale. There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good.
