There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

It's a shame that no alcohol is served after 11pm, but we were able to order beer and wine at the bar and drink them in our room.

The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier.

Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family. Have frequented other all inclusives in the area and this one is at the top of the list for a family vacation spot.

Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!

Beach front resort, isolated from the city. Need uber or taxi to get in and out. Excellent breakfast with ocean view, dinner need to make a reservation then you get full service, considering the volume of guests need to have dinners, don’t expect too much. But overall good experience.

The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel. Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.

This was our second stay at Moon Palace, and we noticed the food quality has dipped since our last visit eight years ago. While we appreciated the membership team sticking to their 90 minute limit, the vendors in the lobby were a different story. The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. It was just average. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches. There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular.

Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. Reception and activities staff were nice but all other staff were poorly trained and confused. Premium price for below avg quality.

It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.
