VisPas Hotel in Chisinau

Extremely noisy and disrespectful place. It is located in a normally quiet area, yet it seems to be the main source of constant noise and disturbance. The loud music, heavy bass, microphone shouting, and exaggerated yelling can be heard from far away, even inside nearby apartments.

Nothing stops them from keeping the music and noise inside their own building, but they deliberately choose to use outside speakers and turn the volume up, forcing the entire neighborhood to hear it.

They show no respect for the people living nearby and clearly do not care about breaking the peace and quiet around them. In my opinion, a business that behaves like this is either just as disrespectful toward their own customers, or it is being hypocritical by pretending to care about them while completely ignoring the residents affected by its noise.

This kind of business does not deserve the support of decent people if it continues to behave with such disregard for the surrounding community.

I spent 4 days with my daughter at the hotel. If I start from the beginning. Parking problem. Unfortunately, no one will provide you with a parking space, so you are dependent on random parking on the street. Sometimes it is a problem. Unfortunately, most of the receptionists do not speak English very well and it is difficult to communicate with them. No one explained anything to us upon arrival or pointed out anything. The room is clean and very nice and spacious. What I can really appreciate is the cleaning. Breakfast was very weak at the beginning. It had to be ordered from the menu card. The next days breakfast was Swedish style. For me, breakfast was weak. I would expect much more from a four-star hotel. The biggest problem of the hotel is their evening music events, which end well after 10 pm. They are so annoying that you cannot sleep at all. I had to really insist several times that they do something about the situation. In the end, we got 2 rooms so that I could sleep in another part of the hotel. However, the last day was a total fiasco. They had an event in the hotel somewhere on the ground floor, the noise was so loud that the whole hotel shook. I was about to call the police, they turned the music down. I even spoke to the manager and as an apology we got a basket of fruit. But the hotel is absolutely considerate of the guests who sleep in the hotel before mass events, which probably bring them more money. If you want silence to sleep, avoid the hotel. We will never, ever come to that hotel again.

The location is nice however the restaurant service could be improved. We ordered breakfast and waited 1h for it. Even though we said we want to have coffee first, it was brought in almost 10/15 minutes, with expired coffee cream. When I pointed this out to the waitress, not even a simple apology was said!
The food was good, but they really need to work on customer service!
