The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

What a special place! This hostel has such a homey vibe. Koko and the other volunteers are extremely welcoming and helpful. The hostel is very social and there is SO much to do in Ulcinj. From beaches, to hikes, to fortress sunsets, to movie nights, this place really has it all. I would love to come back during peak season and experience all Ulcinj has to offer.

Even tho it's been 2 years since I was there I still rave about this place, I recommend it to anyone going there. Amazing atmosphere, the owner and his dog and cat are the coolest (and crazy in a good way haha) and the activities are just WOW! Do not miss this place if you're going to the Balkans :)

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.

It's okay it did for one night's stay. Room quite small and basic. WiFi is non-existent in the upper floors. Had to sit in reception in order to connect. Convenient parking outside made easy by the hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay here and Anita was great with us, very friendly and willing to arrange taxis for some other visits. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

Location of the Sea Fort Hotel is very good, even it is a bit chalky to get there.
