Very nice apartment, clean and spacious, looks better than pictures. If you take sea view, you will be in a third floor, no elevator, but the view will be amasing. Very friendly hosts. I would come back again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected. From the top floor there are amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is right next door and there are restaurants where guests can have dinner. The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. We booked it through Airbnb, and the host was 15–20 minutes late for check-in, so we had to wait after a long and exhausting trip. We were 4 people, but when we arrived there was only one towel in the apartment. We had to ask for more. Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen and nice bathroom with a big shower. The bed was really comfy and we had a nice terrace. Parking place available at place - a must have in Budva; we were sure that our car is safe and sound there. Also, Wi-Fi was working flawlessly! In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

Some pros some cons A beautiful former hotel with great architecture and landscaping. Very difficult to find the property and parking without signs. The pool was green and unusable and the property was listed as being on the beach but was actually a ten minute walk the property also boasts a poolside bar, wine tasting room, dining, and a host of nearby attractions that so not exist.

This apart-hotel is wonderful: big rooms, great sea view, swimming-pools and of course - Ranka was the best host ever. You also need to know that this property is far from any stores so to buy food or go to the restaurant you must walk. If you are in a good physical shape, it will take about 20 -30 min. You will have to go down the hill and take a walk along the beach, through three tunnels and again...

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.
