Good location in the old town and accessible price considering the holiday and summer season. Note that os located close to a loud bar and the music goes on passed midnight. The apartment is basic but contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner is attentive and tries his best to make the stay as nice as possible.

Perfect location to visit Kotor. Just be aware that it is just above a popular pub, so this won't suit to everyone. Very friendly host, he took time to discuss with us and provided good tips on what to do and visit in the area.

The place was nice staying at, the view is beautiful and not far from everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, they don’t like them and no new towels.

It is close to the old city but climbing the hill is very bad, that's why we did not like the location, even the taxi left us on the hill, it was difficult to walk up the hill to get to the old city, and unfortunately the cleaning was not enough.

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

I like to give 10 stars for Deus. The hosts are good and friendly. Deus in on great location there, beach is in front of property. The rooms are good, clean and with great balcony, and they are changing towels every day. Deus has a good and safe parking for their guests. For the price it is OK, not the cheapest, not the most expensive but you get the best for your money.

The restaurant is one of the best here. Very fast and efficient service. The food is delicious. I would recommend to everyone.

Very nice view from the balcony. The sea is not far, 10-15 minutes. The washing machine is of poor quality, it practically does not wash, there is no washing powder. The beds delivered are also bad. There is a working dishwasher and air conditioning.

A very nice hotel, we enjoyed the two weeks spent there. We would gladly choose it again. Everything is new, clean, plenty of space for the parking, has a pool, it is close to a supermarket and to a restaurant with woderful food and good prices.

We had 5 nights in Kotor which unfortunately coincided with my husband becoming very ill with bronchitis. The hotel has a perfect location. The reception man is very kind and helpful. Rooms are big enough, clean (except one small place on the rug where we find some dirt, but maid cleaned it in a few minutes from our call). Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were big and comfy. You can see that this is not the newest modern hotel, but it really has everything what you can need. I really like the place!

What a gem! Stunning views of the adriatic combined with premium rooms. We visited with 2 small kids and the pool area was amazing and safe. This is a family run hotel. Personnel made you feel like home and their level of service was excellent. We visited Montenegro for the past 10 years now and this level of hotel is pretty rare to find. We’ll be back :).

This is an amazing aparthotel in a picturesque location on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. Mrs. Vildana and her sons Gent and Buddy take care of the comfort and relaxation of the guests. We rested here in the first half of July. Every day, the apartments are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed. During my entire stay here the only thing I didn't like was the view, as they said there would be a sea view, but the rooms were clean, there was no smell from the pond, and the hosts were very welcoming.

The only downside was the steep road to the apartment and the clogged shower. Pretty sure it was noticed before our arrival; it'd be impossible to clean the bathroom without noticing the problem.

We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.

The cozy apartment is located inside of Kotor old town. It takes about 12 minutes between main bus station and apartment. It’s better to consider carefully if there are heavy luggage because of no elevator.
