I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

We stayed there November with my two children. . The hotel is at sea side, we walked everyone easily. the rooms are very comfortable. This small hotell really made our stay i Budva relaxing. It is such a lovely place, A bit withdrawn from the bigger streets, quiet surroundings and still just ten, fifteen minutes walk to the sea and Old Town. Five minutes to the main bus stop. Very good service, very touching. The front desk manager is super nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I accidentally broke a cup, and he crawled under the table to clean up the broken glass. I stayed here with my family in a corner apartment a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. The views alone will keep me coming back yearly. The apartment was large, with a full modern kitchen, beautiful white Italian furniture and a wrap around balcony with full beach and mountain views. I can’t wait to come back next year!

It's not a super style apartment but it is very usable, clean and with great views. The delivery of breakfast is a bonus. The traffic noise is a bit excessive early morning.

This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

Location is very good, 4 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is clean, ac is working, towels and sheets are changed by needs. Hotel is family owned and you can ask any question or make arrangement. Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel during the Easter holidays. The room was a living and bedroom combo with ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen in the living room, plus a spacious balcony.
