The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Old Town and within walking distance from the sea. A 15-minute walk to one of the most picturesque beaches in Montenegro - Mogren. The views from the window are superb! The room itself is wonderful, well-equipped, very beautiful! It should be borne in mind that the assembly of the building is under construction (we did not hear much noise and did not notice any dust, but perhaps in the summer this will be a problem). The hotel staff are simply wonderful, they help with any request and with any question. The buffet did not seem very tasty to us, but there are many cafes and restaurants around, the best ice cream and croissants in Budva are a minute's walk away. We would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the old town, the promenade, and various restaurants. The rooms were clean and had balconies with a great view of the sea. The staff was polite and attentive, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious.

I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in on New Year's Eve. It has one bedroom and one living room, with a sofa and coffee table, which is suitable for drinking with many people. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the steak for the New Year's Eve dinner is very large. The location is also very good, there is a large supermarket nearby, and it is very close to the old town of Budva. The breakfast is also delicious. I must praise it.

The service staff are very enthusiastic and make me feel very happy. The location is very good. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the pier and 5 or 6 minutes to reach the old town. The breakfast is quite rich and the uncle in the restaurant is also very kind. The only problem is that the soundproofing of the room is too poor. The sound of the kettle boiling water upstairs can be heard very clearly, and the voices of the neighbors talking can also be heard. They are not very noisy. I am a light sleeper and need to wear earplugs to sleep well.

Our stay at Fontana Hotel & Gastronomy has been more than amazing from the time we checked-in, all the way to check out (and even after check out). We received the best room orientation that I have ever experienced in my entire life. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Everytime we get back to the hotel from a day's adventure, the room is always reset to its clean and tidy check-in look (feels like we are given a brand new room everytime). Staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful as well - from the lady who welcomed us and gave the room orientation during check-in, to the staff assisting us during our daily breakfast, to the housekeeping staff, and the very pleasant lady at check out. I actually asked her if we can continue using the parking after checkout for about an hour more and with all smiles, the reply I got was "feel free to use the parking as long as you need to." I was so pleased with the response. I will surely put a good word to all people I know who are planning to visit Montenegro, to stay at Fontana. Oh by the way... Value for Money??? Definitely. 100%. Very reasonable prices. The entire experience was all worth it. To be honest, I already miss being in this hotel. Finishing a few more days of our holiday trip here in Podgorica.

A good hotel in the very center of Budva. The hotel is quite new. 1 minute to the sea. 5-7 minutes to the old town on foot. Two-room apartments. Very clean, cozy.

Positive
comfortable, well-appointed rooms, the room in which we lived was perfect for 3 people.
- excellent location with sea views and direct access to the marina and the Old Town.
- Parking for hotel guests (right next to the hotel).
- very friendly staff
- cleanliness in the room.

Cons:
- a bit of a strange system: in order for wifi to work in the room, we must have the TV on, it's inconvenient and most importantly, it's not clear why this was done.
