I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The photos online make it look beautiful, and the reception area appears impressive when you first enter. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. At check-in, you must pay the entire amount upfront – and they have a strict no-refund policy, even if you are completely dissatisfied. The rooms are located on the 11th to 15th floors. We stayed in room 133. It was large and spacious, but in very poor condition. The walls were dirty and greasy, the sofa in the living room was filthy and heavily stained, the kitchen was huge but almost empty (only two plates, two spoons, two forks, two small knives, and two glasses). The stove top was broken, one of the tiles was cracked, and the table was scratched and dented. The bathroom mirror was damaged, the cabinet under the sink was swollen from water damage, and the shower was broken. In the bedroom, there was no TV, and the light didn’t work. The fan coils were extremely old, yellow from age, with warped and peeling displays – when turned on, they filled the room with a strong dusty smell. The restaurant was very disappointing. The buffet was set up in a small, hot room (about 4 x 2.5 meters) with very limited food choices. To fill empty spaces, they used brown curtains as decoration. It looked cheap and uninviting and dirty. When I tried to check out the next morning due to my dissatisfaction, I was told that no money would be refunded – not even partially. Warning to future guests: This hotel is not as advertised. The photos online are misleading, the rooms are dirty and poorly maintained, the facilities are outdated, and the service is unhelpful. Once you pay, you will not get your money back. In one word: the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

For this price per night, this is for sure my the worst experience ever. No hot water when we arrived at accommodation. Trash can was not empty from the previous guest. "The kitchen" had no tools at all. I saw only one plate, two forks, two knifes and ONE spoon. There was only 2 glasses for wines and thats it. When we wanted to go to the spa, saunas were not working, temperature in the swimming pool was to low and they gave us 2 bath coats that were really old and torn apart.
