Pros: The sea view from the room was magnificent, and the location was convenient. The room had everything we needed. Cons: The breakfast was very sparse, and there was no sign on the beach side, so it took us a while to find it.

The room we got was with the Best view. Great service. Breakfast was too good.. Only drawback was they did not offer us a heads up that hotel parking will cost us extra. We paid 10 EUR per day for parking. But in summer I think it would be 20 EUR per day. There is a short walk to a beautiful beach which was worth a visit! Beautiful, not crowded (maybe because we visited in december).. but anyway...

As a large family we stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 storey huge apartment, its size was impressive. Views from its 2 balconies were fantastic! I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and I did not want to leave! The room was fresh and clean. It was also cleaned daily. All the personal in this hotel made the visit super, the cleaners was very nice and sweet, and the guys who worked in the reception made our stay feel personal and we felt very welcome! We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. There was nobody at recyso I did the check in with the cleaning lady. The room was huge with a balcony. Bed was very comfy and so was the sofa.

It was a lovely experience. Just by the marine. Everywhere is five minutes walk away. Staff was very helpfull and all building has just been renovated. We were three and the room was spacious enough and well equipped.

The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures also the wifi only works on the first floor, we didn't get it in our room,we bought a local sim card to get internet. It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.
