Hotel Pasha in Budva

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days together with 2 families. It was recently built, the rooms look very good and it is close to the promenade, the central area and the citadel. But the bathroom smells bad from the sewage. The guy at the reception did not take into account the type of rooms booked, I booked king rooms with a double bed overlooking the city and initially received small rooms without a balcony overlooking the boulevard which were very noisy. Later I spoke to the agency and the rooms were changed.

Cleaning was only fulfilled after request. The carpets were likely never cleaned, seemingly attracting ants. Almost every morning I would wake up to a couple of ants on the bedside table, in spite of cleaning it repeatedly. We were staying in a room with an outer side wall which had a wet stain, leaving the wallpaper in terrible condition. The promised tea set included a kettle which you can only plug into the socket that is located very low and the glass cups without handles. Plastic and paper cups were provided eventually. The wardrobe only had two reachable spare shelves, which is unacceptable for a room that is supposed to accommodate two people. Soundproofing doesn't seem to be the best, the wardrobe door hits the top lights when it opens fully and there is a pile of tiles right at the end of the stairs near one of the exits which creates a tripping hazard if you aren’t careful. All in all, I do not recommend this place for a stay, especially a longer one.
