A truly terrible staying experience. The service was poor, and the room was severely outdated. It felt like stepping back into the 1980s.

All good for a budget stay

It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast
Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean and everything was in working order. I was very pleased to meet and speak with the manager who was having breakfast at the same time as me. Very nice person, felt like a valued customer.

Great location close to the beaches and old city. The host was very helpful and they provided a great breakfast. Unfortunately, it is on the main road thru town and noisy all day and evening.

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel is on the main Kotor-Tivat road. It is very easy to reach the Old Town and any part of the city by walking. Official Mr. Ömer is caring and very polite. The breakfast was quite sufficient. Parking was available and easy. I was satisfied. When I entered the room I could smell the detergent.

We stayed in villa beatrix which is owned by vila lux. Omar was really friendly and helpful and helped us park our car. Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go.
