We are truly grateful to the hotel management and staff for their exceptional kindness and support during our stay in Kotor. When my husband had to be hospitalized, every single staff member — from the reception and management to the restaurant team and housekeeping — went above and beyond to help us. They were always smiling, compassionate, and offered us every possible assistance, which meant so much to us in a difficult time. The hotel itself is wonderful, with spacious and comfortable rooms, a delicious and varied breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere. We deeply appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend this hotel.

Your hotel is very new, the hotel room is fully equipment, but there is dont have Kettle.

She is wonderful, she help me at alls ( Change Room, Call me before we check in... )

But the dinner is terrible, the staff at the restaurant name: Amina. She is terrible, we have many old people just need hot water, she dont give, but the hot water machine is right next to her.
Amina She is upset just because of a cup of hot water, we do not want to eat anymore and many people have left.
She is a very Bad staff. She makes things complicated.
Her attitude is the problem

The hotel was well decorated and clean. However, the hotel was a construction site. We listened to the sound of construction for two days with a big noise at 8 a.m. Also, the water was cut off in the hotel. When we wanted to leave the hotel, they told us that we could leave without a refund and we had to stay sleepless. It is a big mistake to make renovations while there are customers in the hotel. Accommodation should be stopped on those dates. Also, breakfast did not start at breakfast time.

We arrived at the hotel a bit late and we weren't able to eat dinner prior. Sandra helped us to call restaurants and recommend as well. They call taxi too as when we need it. Unfortunately, their restaurants are not open 24H due to winter time schedule and the room doesn't have kettle upon arrival but you can ask at the reception. They can arrange an airport transport as well which made it a lot easier for us. There is a near grocery store which is 200m away but be careful during dark hours since it's highway outside the hotel, very risky for pedestrians. Our hotel room was exceptionally great, high ceiling, love the interior. The airconditioning works as a heating system as per the weather. The staff were very nice and accomodating. We really made a good choice of having a good hotel in case the weather's not getting along with our plans. It's like a staycation in a next level. Thank you again for welcoming us! ☺️

Good hotel with a cosy hospitality. The staffs so helpful and kind. They even call me ahead of time that there were storms and they waited us to arrive and help us to settle ourselves.
Nearby have some nice restaurants and a big supermarket too. So convenient. Parking also not an issue. Will be back
