Where to stay with pets in Tivat

Unfortunately, the location and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The resort is a remote, purpose built, still under construction, soulless, ghost town

Meticulously manicured but not quite attractive, with slightly unsettling utopia vibes. We felt like we were in The Sims computer game, waving at the camera for something to do

Great hotel by the sea with a beautiful interior, especially the lobby and pool. The hotel offers a private beach with a beach bar right next to it. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty breakfast meals

Beautiful interiors, spacious modern bedroom, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities (gym, spa, pool table) and friendly staff

We had use of the facilities almost to ourselves and a complimentary room upgrade with views of the marina which was very kind. The hotel itself is certainly 5 stars and we had a peaceful and comfortable stay

Their professionalism is discreet and never intrusive, yet consistently present. The food is fantastic, both in quality of ingredients and presentation, fully aligned with the hotel’s category

The food is outstanding, both in quality and variety. The location is perfect, with everything easily accessible, and the entire property is spotless and beautifully maintained

A stunning hotel in a wonderful location with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing inside. Thank you so much to the staff for their service and attentive attitude

The rooms are incredibly comfortable yet elegant, and the spa is absolutely relaxing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast; the food quality was wonderful and so was the service

They easily helped me with all my questions, calling a taxi, ordering food, and an early checkout. I felt especially cared for and welcomed

But most of all, I was captivated by the breakfasts and the incredibly delicious pastries 🤍 I'll be dreaming about those croissants and can't wait to return!

The Regent Porto Montenegro is the ultimate choice for a perfect couple's vacation. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic, they truly make you feel great

The location is idyllic - tucked away in a corner of Tivat right on the edge of the sea in a picture-perfect village. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, Punto Crudo, which was delicious

We stayed in this charming hotel after our flight was cancelled and the airline booked us to stay here. It was the perfect place to find ourselves after the stress of unexpected travel disruption

We appreciated the warm welcome and support in ensuring accommodation was secured within their complex of September hotels for the duration of our stay

We also chose to dine there in the evenings and on warmer days, there is the option to eat outside on the terrace with magnificent views of the bay

The hotel has a sauna for guests, which can be booked in advance and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. We met a couple staying at the hotel who return here every year and I can see why

We went for a breakfast to enjoy the view. Very nice terrace on the water. The breakfast is very good (and only 10e pp) and the staff is nice and gentle.

However, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful, featuring stunning beaches, picturesque viewing spots, and an ancient fortress

The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening

One of the best view of sunset in Boka Kotorska👍Very friendly staff, free parking place, nice swiming pool, free wi fi, definitly perfect place for family summer stay in Montenegro riviera

The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom

HOWEVER The service was not 5 star, not even 3, if we booked a boat or a taxi it was always late and the staff never delivered on the service after saying they would, for example we asked to book a boat for 6:30 but we waited till 7 and turns out it wasn’t booked and there were events that night which meant we had to find different plans, overall just felt rude

Also the location is awful, nothing is around, except porto by boat. There are no shops and the water provided is limited, so if you want a bottle you have to buy a €7 bottle from the hotel

The bed is the most comfiest thing ever and the rooms are all so amazing even in the cheapest room. The spa was also lovely with a large pool and a jacuzzi, the massagers were amazing and worth the prize in my opinion

The views are amazing and the hotel offer free boat rides to Porto if you go to one of their restaurants which was also lovely, also the beach and pools were 100% 5 star worthy they were so clean, never too crowded

The other staff were not attentive at all and quite rude (especially reception) not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel at all. Also bear in mind that the hotel is very far from the towns of Kotor and Tivat

A taxi is around €30 each way and nowhere is walkable. All food and drink in the hotel is very overpriced for what it is but it is expensive to go anywhere else

We stayed here for one night before flying home from Tivat airport. Was ok for one night but quite basic really. Location is next to main road but close to airport so probably good choice if flying next day

The location was convenient, within a pleasant easy walk of Tivat and with a nice bakery just down the road. Best of all was the customer service

Looked clean but terrible stains on corridor carpet. Artwork on the walls unnecessarily grim. Breakfast the least nice in two weeks in Montenegro

All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and bent over backwards to try to make our visit as good as possible. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation

The shower was hot and easy to operate, and the breakfast was tasty and so nice the first morning that we had the same thing every morning! It was good to be able to eat it outdoors

Spent one night here , this is a very comfortable hotel. Great bed , room clean and tidy. Fantastic shower, lots of hot water. Reception staff helpful and friendly

I got a better room than the one I booked - with a balcony and sea view, and it was outstanding! The room was extremely clean, the bed nice and comfy, the TV had Netflix, and the location of the hotel was simply perfect! If I find myself in Tivat again, this is the hotel where I will stay!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location - a very short walk from the marina area. Easy for the airport.

Unfortunately the food in the restaurant wasn't as hot as it should be. I appreciate they are catering for lots of people but the fish we tried was drier than dry

This place is fine. I had a nice room. The staff were very helpful. Food was good.

Great staff and great service. Rooms could be better. But decent in condition.

You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was great 8

Great location, hospitable staff, very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, big shower, excellent breakfast.

Great Location. Very friendly staff. Nice place.

Great lication Great location. Breakfast was great and everyone very friendly. Walkable to the beach.

Great staff, very helpfull. Close to the beach. It has it's own private beach and Red Lobster beach front next to it. Highly recommending

Great value for money. Close to the city, in a quite lovely neighborhood, by the beach. Could not be more perfect ✨

Got a large room at second floor with a huge balcony. The bath was a little bit small but still enough. The also have a restaurant with good food and decent prices. The hotel is close to a beach-walking distance

Highly recommend for a memorable stay! The highlight of our stay were recepcionist Mauro(the best one) and Petar(the side kick)

Fabulous hotel with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the Franca Hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean

We had a great time at the pool, where there were always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Would highly recommend Franca Hotel to anyone

It is a shame that the freezer bit of the minibar did not freeze ( and so the ice cream that we bought at the Supermarket down the road defrosted!) Downstairs, the lounge/ reception area was spacious and comfortable

The pool was lovely and pretty empty and quiet. Not right in the center of the city, close to a beach and park. A big Supermarket is 100 meters away. Walking into the center of Tivat takes about 10-15 minutes

The dining room was also spacious and clean. All meals had plenty of food, both variety and quantity. A bit small, but enough for the orthodox people who were there when we were

Amazing location in the nicest part of Tivat and unbelievable views from the front facing balconies. Reception staff are very accommodating The rooms are adequate. Having a balcony facing the sea is definitely worth it

Modern hotel with elements of retro charm. Located in the strict city center, extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean, well maintained. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view

This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

It's a very nice and clean hotel. We had a walk around and stopped for coffee. Cheesecake was wow as well as Dubai cake. We were served by Ivan Jeremić who were amazing went beyond to make sure we are happy

Wonderful little hotel with gorgeous views of the bay ! I spent one very comfortable night here, staff was super lovely, and breakfast which was included - tasty, and gorgeous!!! I highly recommend !

Great location, big space for complex, peaceful places, villas are in the park surrounded by old trees.

What a wonderful characteristic building from the 70ies, I appreciate it is still there and honored, room 231 view towards the sea and to see a magnificent sunset, man from reception so friendly, hotel right at the beach, breakfast good to get strength for the day

There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city

A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar

The staff was friendly, facilities were clean, and breakfast was good. The coastal view from the balcony was a highlight

It was serious hotel. Need to be refurbished.

(there weren't any window sensors which could've been the issue) The only reason for me service is a 2/5 and not a 1/5 is because the cleaning lady was nice and we had great chats with her during our 3 night stay

Good service, nice location, clean rooms.

That guy kept coming back and forth and when he saw our terrace window is open because it's hotter outside than it is inside he started yelling too explaining how do we want the ac to work when the window is open

The receptionist was talking to us in Serbo-Montenegrin because she assumed we could understand her since we're Bulgarians. She was yelling all the time and didn't answer our questions

Later when we complained to her about our not working ac in December, using an unpolite yelling tone, told us someone is coming to fix it

We looked for a simple room near the beach that breakfast and parking is included. It stastifed us, the beach is realy near by, and the centre is 10 min walk. The service was really good For us it was good

We stopped by this restaurant for lunch after spending a few hours at Forte Rose Beach first. The restaurant has a picturesque location

Beautifully renovated, and located in the picturesque stone Village of Rose. The views across the bay over to Herceg Novi are spectacular

His kindness, friendliness, and professionalism were exceptional. Thanks to Bojan and the wonderful experience we had, we’ve already decided that we’ll be staying at Forte Rose during our next visit to Montenegro

The dishes were well thought out and exceptionally well executed. It was an absolute pleasure to have lunch here, and I would say it was the best restaurant experience we had during our week in Montenegro

The prices at this restaurant are higher than average. However, in return, you get friendlier and better service than elsewhere. The food matches the price and does not disappoint in any way

The meal i ate was probably one of the best I've ever tried. You can tell they pay attention to detail, both in how the food is prepared and how it's presented

Great location. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Comprehensive facilities and ideally located for Tivat Airport.

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

Very friendly personnel, beach is near and food served in hotel restaurant is great. Only few minutes away from Porto Montenegro, Old Park (Large Park) and Tivat downtown.

Excellent food, wonderful staff and inovative approach to a traditional tourism

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

The gate is opened with a key, which is not very practical if one of you stays back in the room. The walls seem to be thin - when there were guests in the adjacent room we could hear them. Though they were noisy, indeed

The apartment is good, clean, has good Wi-Fi (the name and the code were on the table), air-conditioning, even bed-heating. There was hot water in the bathroom all the time

There is a modest kitchenette with a small fridge, a microwave oven and basic cutlery, but without a tap and a sink. The host Dimitriy was discreet, quiet and good-natured

When we arrived we were shown another room on the same floor and we did not like it. The building has its own garden with two seaters and a table

The building itself appeared to be one of the original buildings in what is now the old harbour area Its location is excellent, with a quick ten-minute walk to the new marina in one direction and the beach and non-commercial restaurants in the other

We spent four days in the room on the first floor, one of the two rooms with a big balcony overlooking mainly the nearby marina

Magnolia delivers what if offers. The price is good value for the location, size of rooms and breakfast. Rooms could be cleaner - found several items from previous guests lying around.

Clean and spacious room (studio with terrace) with ammenities a 4* hotel should have. (slippers, bathrobes, clean and new sheets ). The room smelled good, breakfast was tasty. The receptionist is a nice lady

Magnolia Place – Tivat, Montenegro Great location in the center of Tivat. Very clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice breakfast. What really made my first feedback special was the staff

There were a couple of unexpected situations — the power went out and there was no water in Tiewat — but the team handled everything with such kindness and professionalism, making sure we were taken care of

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit

A special thanks to Marina at the reception for her warm welcome and excellent support

The breakfasts are tasty and filling (even better if it were a buffet), but there's a small drawback – the menu doesn't indicate if a dish contains onions, and they can't remove them (it's best to ask beforehand if you have an allergy)

The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, air conditioning, shampoo, hand cream, soap, a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. The room itself is quite spacious and cozy

The hotel is in a great location in a quiet environment, within walking distance of the center of Tivat and Porto Montenegro. The hotel has its own parking lot, which we were not charged for, which is great

A pleasant, fresh hotel with a good location. The beach is small, so it might be inconvenient for swimming during peak season

The hotel is located near the sea. It's clean and the staff are always smiling. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

And if you don't need cleaning, they won't just give you water; they'll suggest you go to the restaurant. There's a delicious restaurant downstairs with good service. You can ask for wine glasses for your room there

Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area

Swam in Adriatic daily. A great place for those who enjoy walking. Conveniently located to Bus Station and store. Can walk to restaurants in Tivat/Porto Montenegro

Excellent service. Great location. Comfortable rooms.

The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes

We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony

The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned

Spent 5 nights at this fantastic boutique hotel, with great location and VIP service!

Boutique La Roche is the best Hotel that i have ever visited. I have visited thousands of international Hotels all over the world, and i can confidently say that La Roche is the best in all aspects

They even upgraded our room )) maybe for my birthday, or simply because they could 😄 Either way, it was such a nice touch! The rooms were fresh, spacious, and spotless, with cleaning done super carefully and comfortably

Breakfast à la carte was delicious. beautifully served and full of flavor. The hotel itself is stunning, located right in the heart of Porto, with everything within walking distance. We also loved the spa and hammam

Excellent hotel, great location just a short walk from the main area, yet far enough to be a peaceful location

The location of La Roche Hotel is simply stunning. Overlooking the bay and just minutes from Port Montenegro, it’s perfectly situated for those looking to enjoy shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery

spent 1 night in this beautiful hotel. Located close to the Marina and the Sea. Very friendly staff and recently renovated rooms. Air conditioning was working very well. Good recommendation for your stay in Tivat

Such a charming boutique hotel with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect — just a short stroll to the waterfront and lovely local restaurants

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and just what I needed to relax after a long day. Everything worked perfectly and the view was beautiful

It’s right next to the beach in a quiet spot, but still just a short walk to the center and Porto Montenegro. Breakfast was simple but did the job, and we loved the little gift of house wine

My room was small but wonderfully cozy — perfect for a comfortable night’s rest after a full day exploring — and it even had a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to unwind

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is freshly renovated, clean, and the rooms are big and comfortable. They even upgraded us, and the view was amazing
