The room was neglected, smelled bad, and was unclean. The bathroom was cramped and very dated. An unpleasant experience due to the airline's choice to accommodate us for the night.

Disgusting and utterly terrifying and filthy. The staff is one man who will die sitting there on his chair. The toilet and bed has been used and not cleaned. Breakfast was atrocious and cups had coffee stains as they were not washed. Made for poor African travellers.

It desperately needs renovation. The silicone in the bathrooms is black, the towels aren't completely white, there are stains on the carpet, the bathroom fixtures are broken, and there's nowhere to hang the towels. The air conditioning either didn't work or they didn't want to install it to save money; we had to sleep with a fan that only circulated the hot air. And to top it all off, there were cockroaches on the stairs and some of the walls. It's far from everything. In short, a complete disaster; I wouldn't stay there again.

Horrible hotel we had a long layover in casablanca and were given this hotel by royal air maroc. The rooms were okay, but the air conditioning.was not functioning which was difficult because the temperature outside on that day was over 40c. The worst was the food and service in the dining room since we had vouchers. The rice they brought us was half cooked. None in our group could eat it and the dining staff was completely indifferent. They left a bad image of royal air maroc. The only positive thing was that it was downtown Casablanca allowing us to see the city a bit.

I wonder why Royal Air Maroc is forcing us to stay at this hotel. There were more than a dozen of us who refused it at the accommodation desk, but the man claiming to be in charge left us no choice. Not only are we being made to miss our flight and waste our time, but we're being put up in one of the most disgusting hotels imaginable. This hotel reflects very poorly on Royal Air Maroc. Please, have pity on us.

Royal Air Maroc put me up here during my layover. Let me tell you right now, this is not worthy of being called a hotel. It's a pigsty. I've never seen a hotel as disgusting as this one. God willing, this will be the last time with RAM.

Royal Air Maroc brought me to this hotel due to a long layover. I wish I had stayed at the airport. The room that I was given, had been previously occupied and not clean. There was no towel. I raised this with receptionist who was fully indifferent, not understanding what my problem was. I do speak French, and I have no issues communicating. My room was facing the main road outside and was extremely noisy. The airline provided a food voucher, and food is equally appealing. They do not ask what you want simply bring you a plate and expect you to eat it. while I am uncertain of the cost of this hotel, unless it is at the very bottom of the budget Hotel spectrum, I would avoid.

We were assigned this hotel by the airline due to a flight cancellation. It was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The amount of cigarette smoke floating through the air is most certainly hazardous to your health. The rooms were dirty, with stained sheets and mold in the showers. We also were provided "meals"; however, they were barely edible. Do not book this hotel.

If there was an option for negative stars it would be NEGATIVE! This is an absolutely horrid hotel. The house of horrors. From check in the staff is not friendly at all. Once we got to the room there was no working A/C, everything and I mean everything was dirty. The beds had hair all on them, the rug was covered in stuff to where it looked like it had never been cleaned. I mean really you can easily shake off the debris from the rug or even sweep it if you don't have a vacuum. The towels are paper thin and dingy. We didn't even want to sit down. Even the lamp was disgustingly dirty. We were sent here by Royal Air Maroc as a layover hotel on a 15 hour layover. THANK GOD we planned a day trip and ended up only having to be at this hotel for about 4 hours. Frankly 4 hours was too much! I have travelled all over the world and even stayed in a tent in India without hot water and it was a better experience then staying here. The airline told us we need to checkout and catch the shuttle at 8. They called at 7:15 saying the shuttle is leaving and checkout was at 7. Save yourself the time and trouble and stay FAR FAR away from this place. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!! This was literal hell!

I aint the one who usually complains, but with this hotel I had to. From the moment I arrived, I had issues with the hotel. I paid for 2 triple and 2 double. They gave me twin rooms instead of Double, they changed 1 twin on first day and 2nd twin room the next day. The lights on one of the triple rooms did not work so they changed that room too. Funny thing was that every time they changed our rooms, there was always a new issue. The AC did not work, the bidet did not work, some rooms had fridges some didn't, but those who had a fridge, it did not work. No tea or coffees in the rooms (I think this is standard for this hotel), The bathroom locks did not work on 2 rooms. They fixed that the day before we checked out. The card reader for the door stopped working so we had to use another room to access our room and then the following day we were changed to another room. All this moving to one room to another caused a lot of inconvenience. I just wonder how this is a 4 star hotel. The receptionist staff Maryam and Amina were great, serving with a smile, but nonetheless those smiles did not fix the problem. They did try but there is only so much they can do. Swimming pool is extremely cold and has no heating. Also it is next to the massage rooms so no talking or splashing allowed. Re the Restaurant, we did not eat there , so cannot give much feedback on that. But it looked empty and deadPositive is that there is a 24 hour shop opposite the hotel and there is a market 5 minutes walk from the hotel towards the left. to conclude: Not a place I would recommend.
