Close to the tram station, easy access to any point in the city. The area is quiet and clean, away from city noise.
Upon check-in, we didn't see our payment through Trip.com and were asked for a $900 deposit, which is twice the total cost of our entire stay. When I asked about payment details, they said it was a weekend and couldn't confirm the details. It's unclear why this happened, as I paid three weeks in advance. The next day, they saw the payment and returned the deposit. I think there was a misunderstanding, but it left a bad feeling.
Otherwise, no problems, I recommend it.

Staff is great, location is okay, Parking is underground bit complicated but alright. However room size s small, A/C in the room is noisy and does not cool the room, beds are very uncomfortable which makes it hard to sleep.

Very welcoming and attentive staff.
Easy access from the tram.

Negative: The restaurant is average and lacks variety. The breakfast is poor quality and offers limited selection.
Room cleaning is limited.

I booked a hotel to see my Moroccan girlfriend. The building was clean, but the room was not equipped with any soaps other than foam soap (fragrance perfume series), toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc., and there was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel restaurant on the first floor of the building was clean. I ordered cola because the food didn't suit me, but they charged extra for cola, and I wanted to drink coffee at night, so I went down to the information desk on the first floor and asked, but they didn't accept my request at all.

The location is relatively in the new development area, and the breakfast is quite rich. The hotel front desk is not very professional and not enthusiastic enough, which may be due to ethnic and religious differences. The room has a balcony, but opposite is a very ugly building, and there is no mood to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery

Very beautiful. The waiter is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich. Clean and hygienic. The location is excellent. It is very close to the exhibition hall. If I go to Morocco again, I will go there again. Beautiful hotel. They also helped me exchange foreign currency.
