Great all round, staff couldn't have been better...a special thanks for Kaoutar, from Front Office, she is amazing !... Rooms are lovely and restaurants and bars were all great too. ...will definitely come back
The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The room is spacious and beautiful. Its location is good and close to many tourist attractions also. I will rebook it again once I have chance to back to Casablanca
Really nice looking hotel with a good view and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good👌
Nice hotel , good location, and they have spa and fittness option
The room is warm and cozy. Very recommended during winter season
The comfortable and spacious rooms. The proximity of the Tram is a very good point (to move in Casa), but this generates noise in the rooms on the street side

It's unclear why this happened, as I paid three weeks in advance. The next day, they saw the payment and returned the deposit. I think there was a misunderstanding, but it left a bad feeling
com and were asked for a $900 deposit, which is twice the total cost of our entire stay. When I asked about payment details, they said it was a weekend and couldn't confirm the details
Close to the tram station, easy access to any point in the city. The area is quiet and clean, away from city noise. Upon check-in, we didn't see our payment through Trip
Otherwise, no problems, I recommend it
I ordered cola because the food didn't suit me, but they charged extra for cola, and I wanted to drink coffee at night, so I went down to the information desk on the first floor and asked, but they didn't accept my request at all
Very welcoming and attentive staff.
Easy access from the tram.
Negative: The restaurant is average and lacks variety. The breakfast is poor quality and offers limited selection.
Room cleaning is limited.

However, there wasn’t much variety at breakfast—very limited choices. For a hotel rated five stars on Booking and TripAdvisor, I expected a much better breakfast. Instead, it felt more like a one-star hotel breakfast
I stayed at Barceló in a king-bed room. Overall, everything was good, and the room was well equipped with most of the amenities you need. The only missing items were toothbrushes and slippers
This was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center
Big room and services as expected. Clean and everything as expected. The location is nice as there are many good restaurants nearby.
We don't recommend it to married couples.
From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel

Very friendly people, helpful. All you needed is there
Good central location is a plus. Free breakfast is convenient but average. The 6th floor is sound proof from noisy bar downstairs but having some roof top water pump noise instead
Second time staying at this hotel. Room was better. Service was good. Lift was old and only can carry 3 people. Despite being a 4 star hotel there was no kettle or bottled water.
Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque.
Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!
The hotel itself was a bit old, but if you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep, it's a good option! I was able to get there from the station by tram and then a short walk
The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night, which made finding restaurants difficult. There's also a club right next door

Hotel close to my office, and also close enough to airport. There is McDonald in walking distance. Overall a good hotel with swimming pool and gym.
There's some road construction around the hotel, which was a bit disruptive. It's close to the airport, only a twenty-minute drive. The hotel's pool is really big, great for relaxing and swimming
Nice New Hotel, Out side the City. Has a very nice Restaurant just next door in the same building. Has Pool and Sun Roof. Practical and Good for Business. Between Airport and the City.
Hotel is stunning and super clean, location isn’t amazing as you cant really walk anywhere from here, no malls or markets close by but cab distance for sure plus only a 25 min drive to airport
Very good hotel in close proximity to the Airport. Good for a long layover stay.
Well maintained hotel with all amenities.
The language barrier causes some confusion with room service but staff were very friendly and apologetic

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of renovations were happening around the pool area.
Great stay at Azure!! Super pleasant staff that were very polite and helpful. Location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful views. Easy to get around and walk to Ain Diab beach for a swim
Tell local drivers the name of the hotel and most of them will know this one. There are McDonald's and many seafood restaurants opposite the hotel, which are very good
Very nice staff , they were able to reserve a taxi and waited for us at 3am to go to the airport.
Clean, nice, just like in the photo, ocean views, convenient location by the ocean and McDonald's, cheap price, good administrators, helped solve the problem with the reservation, I liked that there is a person at the entrance who helps with things, stayed for two days, was satisfied)
The staff was very friendly and professional ,my room was very nice and cozy ,it had beach view and it was near to a lot of restaurants , I highly recommend this hotel .

The junior suite was very spacious with a terrace perfect for sunset! The reception manager Aziz and porter Ousman were super professional, very friendly and made me feel right at home. Would love to stay here again
The family twin room has two queen beds. The room is not small and very comfortable. We, three girlfriends, stayed here for a night talk. It was quiet, the facilities were not too old, and the location was good.
Since I can't afford to stay at Four Seasons, I comfort myself that this is a cheap alternative to Four Seasons Hotel, haha. Agree to let me check out later at 2 o'clock, thumbs up
Exceptional staff. Comfortable rm, great bathroom. Street noise was bothersome for me. Had great meal at Cafe Bianca. Service was slow but food was good.
Not far from the Four Seasons Hotel, the facilities are good in all aspects, and there are also sea view rooms
Excellent location. Amazing staff. Good Resturants and coffee shops near by. Sea is so close.

breakfast fabulous room is very clean and very comfort
Highly recommended to all who want to visit casablanca
Price is Very reasonable
We visit 30Nov2025 and 02Dec2025
came to this hotel many times and i was never disapointed good and comfortable rooms with fair prices and nice breakfast , without forgetting the welcoming staff
The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was good, though the food could have been a bit warmer
The Seven Hotel is a great place to stay. While the street itself isn’t particularly inviting, everything inside more than makes up for it
Super friendly & excellent value. Not too far from centre nice walk in local areas
Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend it

Terrible Wi-Fi. Overall, it's nice. The free gym is closed on Sundays. The pool is deep, large, and clean. The staff is helpful.
The pool was lovely albeit not fully operational. Clearly not tourist season since a lot of things were not in full swing, including the restaurant. The staff made this stay so incredibly pleasant, super kind and helpful
Fortunately mine didn't have a cigarette odor. No restaurant, just a snack bar. Overall I recommend due to location, nice staff, clean, nice swimming pool, quiet, spacious room
I absolutely loved it and had a wonderful time!
It was a complete nice experience.
The hotel is located on the coast, with nice views and a decent exterior. However, the rooms are a bit dated and do not provide drinking water, which you have to buy at the bar

This was the starting hotel for an intrepid group tour. I went into this knowing it wasn’t a 5 star hotel and that was fine. It was clean, comfy beds, bathroom was big enough, and the location is great
The staff were so kind and friendly. There’s a small market next door and decent restaurants nearby. I walked around alone at night and it was completely safe
For what it was and what I was fearing given some reviews, it exceeded my expectations
Hotel is good. The room was clean and big. Perfect breakfast.
The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, however I had to change rooms due to a nonfunctioning ac. Overall my stay was good
There is no bottled water There is no minibar there is no room service There are not even signs for how to use the phone contact reception or even about the hotel Staff friendly but little information

We hired a guide and car to all the sights, but you can walk there if you prefer. Our room had a balcony, although small and the door didn't close. Buffet breakfast, a large selection of pastries and sweets
The hotel made a very pleasant impression. Not far from the railway station, from where trains to the airport depart. You can leave your suitcases after check-out. Everything worked without complaints
I stayed at the hotel in October 2024. The hotel is located near the railway station. It is very convenient to get from the airport by train. The city center, medina are within 1 km
Not for those who are too picky. Yes, it's a bit tired looking, but that only adds to its charm. Conveniently located—Casa Port is 5 minutes away, the medina is 10 minutes
Excellent hotel! Highly recommended. Located right next to the Medina and within walking distance of Casa Port. Casa Voyages is 50 decibels and a 5-minute taxi ride away
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Breakfasts are delicious; there's not much variety, but you're sure to find something tasty to eat

The rooms are beautiful, with all the amenities you could possibly expect - very comfortable! Most of all - the staff is amazing! The guys at reception and concierge are truly helpful and go out of their way to help
I would recommend Down Town Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Casablanca. The staff and management at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable
Staff at the hotel helped me to contact Air France, drove me to the airport to pick up my luggage when it arrived 3 days later, and helped me to stay calm
This was my first time in Morocco and my airline, Air France, lost both my carry on and suitcase
Thank you Lahasn, Amine, Omar, Manal, and Adnane, for your hospitality
Our recommendation is to include breakfast in the luxury rooms, fix the parking and elevator situation. Otherwise great place to stay. Thank you Mohammed Amin for making our stay pleasant

What an incredible hotel and experience. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. They are responsive, caring, and really care about your experience while staying at the New Hotel Piscine
To top it all off, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the amenities beyond outstanding. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone who is looking for accommodations in Casablanca!
Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast
Was nearly put off by bad reviews BUT I had a beautiful room and great walk in shower. Buffet selection fine but plates cold and hot food not always hot enough
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety.
Very good hotel , big room , nice lobby , near by the market 👍👍

Hotel de Casablanca is located at the City Centre directly opposite Manjur supermarket (a very standard supermarket that meets all your daily needs). The staff at the hotel are very polite and highly professional
However, if you don’t understand Arabic or French, you may not enjoy the channels on the satellite tv, if you only understand English, then BBC News would be your friend Lol!! That aside, the hotel is fairly standard and the room rates are fair
However, when I got to the hotel, I was shocked that the reviews I had earlier read were completely different from what I saw physically. I must openly confess, this hotel is well above average
The location is good. It is on the edge of the old city of Casablanca. There is a Great Wall Motors 4S store next to it. There are many Chinese restaurants in Delbaoma nearby. Life is good.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and always attentive, which makes the experience really enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped.
They were ready to assist me whenever the need arises. Infact one of the staff escorted me to get an item at a nearby shop because I did not understand Arabic or French

They have really beautiful facilities, including a pool that is just beautiful. The room was so nice, with amazing decorations. The staff was also nice, they offered us help all the time
If staying in Casablanca as a transit, this hotel is perfect, since it is close to the airport. The hotel is far away from the city center (medina), like half an hour by taxi
Very nice luxury house owned and operated by a very pleasant manager who lives on site. They serve VERY delicious meals for an additional cost but is totally worth it
The house is located in a suburb of Casablanca and nowhere close to downtown or the airport. Taxi from the airport cost approximately 300 dirham each way
Tip: We paid the taxi driver 100Dh for taking us there, but a cop told us we should have paid 50Dh, so don't accept more
The decoration, decor and overall feeling are a perfect combination of several Moroccan eras. One of a kind.

Exquisite Art Deco Experience
We came to Casablanca for an Art Deco tours, so it was wonderful to stay in Le Doge's modern, boutique take on the Art Deco experience. The surrounding neighborhood was also lovely
I was completely charmed by the stunning Art Deco architecture at Le Doge; it felt like stepping into a beautifully preserved 1930s dream
Le Doge
The hotel is clean, comfortable,
the staff is friendly and problem-solving,
the food is enjoyable and of good quality, and attention should be paid when entering and exiting the shower.
Dining experience was also excellent, as were the tips given for places to visit in the neighborhood. We only wish our stay had been longer and we look forward to returning sometime
Beyond the gorgeous design, the service was truly impeccable-warm, intuitive, and professional from start to finish. It’s the perfect, intimate sanctuary in the heart of the city
Because of their quick and thorough service we were able to adjust seamlessly to a last minute airline change, when they arranged an early morning shuttle to the airport

Room was very nice, great bed, pool, right by the beach
Nice hotel,nice location,awesome room service!!
The hotel is really a bit old style but the location is good, very close to the beach and has stores and restaurants nearby, very convenient. They have a own car parking area, quite safe to park the car in there
I can only be honest…Nice traditional Moroccan Hotel…clean & courteous,…YET it is better to rent onsite as the online price is 50% more than is to pay up front on site
The staffs are also very nice. Our room is a family room, space is good enough, just a bit noise for the car running during the midnight time
The hotel is very old, of course it needs renovation, but the view from the room is gorgeous, panoramic windows overlook the ocean.

The price is quite cheap for two people and the breakfast is very good
It's what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel and more, that's why I gave the four *, staff pleasant and friendly, rooms clean and tide that suits your needs, I checked in solo, my single bed room was nice and fitting, the placement in the city is a huge plus you can go wherever you please in Casablanca from there
And you can use all of the good places (F&B stores, markets etc) neighboring the Colisee Hotel
The room is relatively small and a bit cramped
I have been in Morocco for a month now, other hotels that looked worse than this didn't have any insect in them! They should refund me the money really
There were cockroaches in my bedroom and when I went downstairs to tell reception, an older guy asked me if I had left the window open

Well on the opposite of all the bad reviews, I had a pretty good experience with the staff, I called them when I took the high way from Marrakech and I arrived at midnight there and they remember my name and had a room for me, the guy on reception showed me where to park and even help me to pay ticket so as no one do the Sabo to my car, as well showed me good places to have breakfast tomorrow morning...
Conveniently located near the train station. Good for spending the night. You can get to the center by tram or taxi, inexpensive.
Very good. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for your warm service.
Friendly staff , clean and walkable distance from train station.
The room was clean and hot shower is plenty and WiFi is great
The decoration is traditional Morocco way but I feel like it’s not that clean especially toilet and those blankets are not washed feel a little bit dusty

We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer to experience more of the hotel’s services
Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included)
I love everything about the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The meals are yummy! The spa provides for relaxation. And the room is immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable
Although brief, my stay here was wonderful. I stayed for one night on my way back to the US from Marrakech. The service was great, and the room was wonderful. I enjoyed the layout, design and decor
Really wonderful hotel! Loved our stay there. Centrally located. The suite #103 is a dream. Book it if you can. It’s really spacious, got a little courtyard and two bathrooms.
Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes
