I stayed here during my trip through Namibia and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient and feels safe, with easy access to the main points of interest. The room offered comfortable beds and good sleep quality.
Service was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The food was correct and consistent, and both the WiFi and MTC mobile coverage worked reliably, which was very convenient.
The property is clean and has a charming, well-thought-out design. Parking is included, which is useful for travellers driving through Namibia. I did not have the chance to try the amenities, but the overall experience was positive and comfortable.

I do not recommend this place. The photos have nothing to do with reality! We booked the Luxury Suite for 2 nights, and if this is “luxury”, I don’t even want to see the standard room!!!
The cleaning was poorly done. Many things were broken or in bad condition. There was too much facing other rooms/buildings, and some curtains were missing, so privacy was not good. The sofa bed looked like it had been scratched by an animal 😩.
The stairs were in very bad condition; it felt like they could break at any moment! The maintenance of the place is really low quality.

We mentioned that we were coming with a baby. When we arrived, there was no baby crib in our suite. We went to reception to ask for one, and the lady said, “OK.”
Our stay ended, and there was still no crib.

A nice place to stay for a night. Charming property and a good breakfast.
Downside: the room wasn’t clean, and the bedding had some stains and a few hairs.

Lovely place. Can't comment on location as we were only here overnight with pick up and drop off, so I'm not sure what was nearby. Lovely room, very good, inexpensive food and drink at the restaurant. Staff were very helpful.

It was a delightful end to our Namibian adventure.
This charming hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Windhoek. We stayed in one of the luxury suites, equipped with air-conditioning, a comfortable king-sized bed, a mini fridge , beautiful bathroom w a luxurious bathtub, and a refreshing shower.
Breakfast, included in the rate, was a treat.
We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Namibia.
