This venue is functional and clean. The advantage for us was that our camping vehicles had secure parking. Most of the rooms open straight into the parking lot and people walk past your door all day. Our initial room #15 was next to the laundry with big industrial washers running all day. Our travel companions #18 were directly on Nelson Mandela Drive, a very busy, noisy main road, all day and night. We were moved to another room. It is hot here, but keeping doors and windows open means that people walk on the path in front of your door and look right in. Self catering means a small cupboard with crockery and cutlery for 2 people, a kettle and a microwave. No chopping board etc, no working surface, no wash up basin - had to wash dishes in bathroom basin. The venue is like a roadside motel feel. I do recommend for a one night stop over. Paige, the receptionist, is really helpful.

A lovely, tucked away guest house in Windhoek. Everything you need is close to hand, including a small pool. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice. And the rooms are really comfortable. 100% recommended!

Excellent accommodation Comfy beds Fridge in room Pool and bathing area clean and tidy. Breakfast just great. Good security with safe and ground staff. A really enjoyable experience

Room was clean, but directly next to a main street incl. some kind of a generator outside at the wall, starting at 5:30am(!) to work, does not help desk to this places to a pleasant accomodation.

We just had a BAD stay there, Main Bathroom face basin could not let the water out and the other bathroom shower door was leaking water onto the the bathroom floor, slippery when you get out of the shower. Bedrooms was not up to standard either.
