Hotel Roemer in Amsterdam

The room is in the semi-basement:
The facilities are old and worn, the bathroom tiles are covered with mold, the hand shower cannot be used, and the refrigerator is broken and cannot be used! The window sill is full of dust and bugs, which looks disgusting! The laundry room opposite the room has very poor sound insulation. You can hear the sound of people walking in the lobby upstairs and bicycles, cars and motorcycles on the roadside. It feels like sleeping on the street. This hotel has a bad review! It does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel at all. I was deceived and fooled!
Service: When I asked to change the room, the front desk replied that there were no extra rooms and suggested that we cancel the room and stay somewhere else. It was around 11:50 at night. I was very speechless. The next day when we checked outthe front desk service said that they hoped we would notbook their hotel in the future (I guess it was because I complained to Ctrip in the middle of the night)!

Environment: The lobby of a four-star hotel is only about 18 square meters,there is a square antique "broken" tea machine next to it, and there is only one waiter at the service desk. The hotel facade is similar to a fastyouth hostel!
