Incredible dirty hotel room, with hairs, dust and strange stains on the wall and sheaths. Exact as I saw in the TV programm from Omroep MAX. The location is ok. Very noisy because the shops/ horeca need new products early in the morning. Airco and breakfast are ok. But it is overall a sleezy hotel where even a backpacker like me would not like to stay.

Clean comfy room. Reception staff helpful, near the station and all main canals and attractions. Room small but more than adequate, good shower. Lift good as stairs steep. Ideal if you are out and about in Amsterdam and need a clean, comfy, safe place to stay.

Please, please do not go to this place, it is dirty, from the main entrance all the way in, broken sockets, peeling wall paper all at first sight. Staff on reception have no care or interest in what they do, either they were on their phone, at the main entrance smoking or entertaining their friends. The room was small, with a double bed that you couldn't get around, there was stain on the sheets and the staff could not be bothered to put them on correctly as they were inside out, the window could not close properly so there was a draft, the shower was ridiculous, and the sink didn't flow, the door handle for the toilet was almost off. Please do not ask to use the toilet downstairs, this is a health harzard, there were black bags of rubbish, spilling over, the carpets throughout the place was badly stained and tatty, I could go on but I was glad our stay was only for one night but I write this review in anger as I can not believe that a place like this is allowed to operate.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Appalling hygiene. The room and the bedsheets were very dirty and not suitable to be slept in. We were given towels with brown and orange stains on them from god only knows what. The room was far too small. The bed was awfully uncomfortable and had no support. Not good for bad backs. The shower was so small it was unusable for us. There was no wardrobe and no where to put suitcases to keep them out of the way. We couldn't sleep due to the noise outside and our window had a horrible draft coming in all night. We checked out after only one night here as we couldn't bear to stay any longer. Basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a bare minimum in any accommodation, let alone a hotel.
There was rats in the alley outside also. I would recommend to avoid the place at all costs. We were refused a refund after all of this and left to a much nicer hotel nearby who thankfully saved our holiday to Amsterdam.

Most unsafe/dirtiest hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Booked this hotel to stay with my boyfriend for the week and it almost ruined our trip. To begin with it had the narrowest stairway to our room, moving on the bed sheets had multiple kinds of stains and hairs all over the beds, and stains in the toilet and when leaving to complain we also found that the door was openable without any keycard! After complaining and switching rooms multiple times without any kind of apology or sympathy from a woman working at reception we decided to stay one night as it was very late by this point, couldn’t sleep one minute because of how uncomfortable and scared I was, we slept with jumpers over our heads and socks on still because we did not trust the cleanliness of the beds had to book a new hotel first thing in the morning with no refund!

Don’t stay at this hotel, the bed of the room was not clean and the sheets were dirty. With hair and stains. The toilet was also left with previous customers traces. I don’t recommend at all!!

Avoid like the absolute PLAGUE, the plague that is of course the whole place is infested with bed bugs.

We booked two members of staff into this hotel for a work trip. They couldn’t get any sleep and were traumatised as both rooms they were moved to were infested with bed bugs. There was dirty footprint on a pillow. Hair in the bed. Blood stains.. sick on the side of a toilet. Unlocked doors and drunk residents lay in the hallway. Unbelievably disgusting place. Looks nothing like the photos! Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Gave them opportunities to rectify us with a refund and they’re still ignoring. No management on site ever apparently! Rotten

Lovely clean room in the heart of Amsterdam.
The recipient was very nice and helpful .
Ans the most important point is they have elevator to get in the right floor of your room.

This hotel was fairly disappointing, it was really dirty, on arrival I was desperate to use the toilet to find hairs and urine on the seat, our sheets were made but dirty, with stains and looked as if it had been dragged across a dirty floor, we asked at the desk for the sheets to be changed but she gave us the sheets and left us to change them and the said the cleaners rush the cleaning, I felt I couldn’t take my shoes off the whole time I was walking in my room, made me feel very uncomfortable, beds mattress were very uneven to sleep on they were so soft and tipped you if you moved. Breakfast wasn’t great, plates unclean and kitchen area didn’t look to clean either as you can see where they could, so I decided to just eat a boiled egg as it was still in the shell, for the price your defiantly paying Amsterdam prices, the rooms are understandably small but it’s Amsterdam buildings but the least you expect is a clean room with a half decent bed to sleep on this hotel doesn’t even provide that, I will definitely stay at the hotel I stayed in last time and won’t be returning to this hotel.
