Our stay was absolutely perfect! The booking and checkin was smooth as can be and the room was clean and comfortable. It's close to everything and the lounge with complimentary(!) drinks and snacks was a great surprise. The room had a built-in Bluetooth speaker system. The breakfast had everything from cold to hot food. I would recommend staying here for anyone!

The hotel location is 10/10. However! We checked in at a different hotel because we arrived in the evening (around 8:00 PM). City tax can only be paid by card (even though cash was indicated when booking). We're from Russia and don't have a foreign card. However, the senior manager allowed us to pay in cash, for which we're especially grateful.

Lovely boutique feel to this small trendy hotel in an excellent location with well appointed rooms (love the Bluetooth ceiling speakers), a 5 min walk from the station and the city centre streets, but on the side that’s also close to the quiet pretty Jordaan region. And right by the brilliant tram network for access all over the city.
Service from the staff was excellent, even when they did have to move us the first night due to an unlucky broken shower handle. She dealt with the urgent issue very well.
Breakfast was a fairly limited selection, but nicely done, and the wine/beer/hot drinks included in the rate was a lovely touch.

A really excellent hotel — the rooms are exceptionally beautiful and very well designed. The staff is genuinely outstanding: extremely friendly and helpful. We always had the employee Liza available and easy to reach, and every request was fulfilled.
There’s also a wonderful, small, cozy lobby with complimentary drinks (including wine, beer, and coffee). A perfect hotel experience.

The designs of rooms were so cool and unique. They were very clean and the beds were comfy. Obviously on the smaller side but when you’re in Amsterdam you don’t spend a ton of time in the room.

The location is perfect. You're at the center of all the buzz but since the hotel is in a small alley, foot traffic is low.
