I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially when I opened my bathroom and found a stunning bathtub! Located right on the edge of the red light district my canal view room was surprisingly quiet and I was never bothered by any noise.

Beware, you may get lost inside, the old building has many twists, turns, and staircases and at times you have to go up to go down, but there is good signage.

A fairly easy quick walk to Amsterdam central station makes this hotel perfect if you are relying on public transit. Everything else is in walking distance!

Lovely clean room,comfy bed, plenty of hot water and a great shower. I had a great view of the canal and the pleasure boats from my window. You could also see the Train station which is only a 5-10 minute walk.
The reception staff are very helpful.
I've had an enjoyable stay here.

Hotel CC managed to accommodate my request of a room at midnight. And within 20 minutes of booking it online (after a cancelled flight) I was there and in bed. I went for a single room, which is INCREDIBLY small, but is perfect if you literally need a sleep and place to shower. Incredibly convenient location, staff are to the point and easy to converse with, and the €100 damage fee was paid back at 5pm like they said. No hassle hotel, would 100% recommend and will be staying with them again when I come back to Amsterdam! :)

1. Location is good. It is close to the Amsterdam Central train station, about 10 mins walk.
2. There's a desk and clothes hanging area in the room.
3. It's clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable.
4. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
5. There's lift. But still with a few stairs in different areas.

Great place for exploring Amsterdam. Perfect for crashing. Very close to the station and perfect street in Amsterdam where there are tons of cafe, shops. Dama square was only 6 mins and all shopping was around it. Great value for money. Rooms were clean and shower was hot as well

There was no entrance door to the shower box, so when I showered, water would spray out toward the entrance, and the floor would get wet, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Although it is close to the train station, it is not worth the price of a 3-star hotel. I've stayed in older hotels in A'an, but the soundproofing was not as bad as this one. There are many restaurants nearby, so you have to accept the street dirt and the sound of garbage collection every morning.
There is no refrigerator in the room, so be careful if you want to drink cold drinks

The location is excellent, only 10 minutes away from the Central Station, and there are many shops near the hotel. It only takes a few minutes to walk to different attractions.

Although the hotel is small, it has complete water pressure and shower equipment, and there is no problem with hygiene. The air conditioning in the room is also good, and the TV is also large with YouTube and Netflix 👍🏻

As always Prins Hendrick is the best place to stop for a beer and some people watching 😉 Good beer, good food and very friendly staff who will remember you from one year to the next! We have also stayed in the hotel ( not this time) and the friendly good service runs the same plus a very excellent breakfast 😘

You get a decent room for a reasonable price at the heart of Amsterdam. The rooms are clean but the interior is a bit used. The staff was very child friendly. The breakfast is simple, but good.
