It was a lovely stay. Very city center and walkable to everywhere from the hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Would like to thank to Lisa, she was so nice. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip.
The staff always helped me whenever I wanted some recommendations and they’re respectful and nice.
Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. Friendly staff, fresh Continental breakfast and proximity to sights and transit made this hotel the perfect base camp for our visit.
Lack of an elevator, air conditioning and mattresses that could use an update are the only reasons for 4 stars.
Centrally located hotel within walking distance to major attractions. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was clean and tastefully decorated but could use a paint refresh throughout the hotel. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. This wasn’t an issue for us given our trip was in early October, but could be an issue on hot days. There was a fan in the room that could...
Hotel location is very good. Near many landmarks. Room size is OK. Breakfast is satisfactory. The downside is - the building is old, stairs are narrow and there is no elevator. Obviously if you are with children or with a large suitcase, or if you have difficulty climbing stairs, this hotel is not for you.
We loved how centrally located the hotel was. Steps away from great food and shopping options. Very close to public transportation making traveling within the area even easier without a car. The hotel was very welcoming, clean and quiet. Cannot beat the hospitality of the staff or the breakfast/cafe offerings. All made for a wonderful experience.

Everything was wonderful, especially the happy hour, a very nicely thought-out gesture. I give it a 10 out of 10.
Hotel was clean and tidy and in a good position in the city. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Overall, very pleased with the stay at the hotel. One small issue was a broken toilet seat which was reported on Sunday but not fixed before we left on Wednesday.
Location is not too bad, but amenities are alright
Absolutely charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Incredible view!
Although the hotel lobby is a bit small, the staff are very friendly and helpful!! The rooms are also very clean. The only drawback is that the room was ba***** and the hot water was very hot and could not be adjusted (maybe I didn't know how to adjust it). Otherwise, everything was fine.
Very clean and convenient, the front desk staff were also very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful. This area is very convenient, very close to the museum and the boat tour; I highly recommend staying here. It's truly excellent value for money.
This room type has two rooms, and this extra small room even has another bed, which was a pleasant surprise.

So happy I booked The Bank Hotel. Location of the hotel is amazing. Lots of shops and cafes on the street and canals of course.
Staff at hotel fantastic, room was great too. Nice and big, lovely toiletries and great shower. Bed firm and comfy.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
The room was very clean. Breakfast location was beautiful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great central location.
Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and service are great
My go to hotel when i want to stay near Amsterdam Centraal. Close enough, but far enough from the station on Harleemstraat that you feel truly in the mix of the local life
The Bank is a boutique hotel, the rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Haarlemmerstraat is a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our two stays here before and after our trip to Italy.
Our flight was cancelled and we had a lovely last minute stay here! Simon was super helpful and made our check-in very smooth, and the hotel is clean, in a super cute area, and overall very lovely. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We stayed here on a long layover. The location is great - right in the heart of downtown. The receptionists were friendly and helpful recommending food places. It’s just a place to sleep and we paid a little extra for the location.
Great location, right by a tram stop with plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the heating in the room was excellent. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit small, but everything else was good.
Nice hotel well located clean and staff very helpful.
We loved our stay. Well located, close to all the city's tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a short tram ride from Amsterdam Central Station, followed by about a 5-minute walk. It's also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum. Given the prices in this area, I don't think you'll find another hotel at this cost, so I'd definitely consider staying here again for a 2-night trip.
The building itself is old, and there was a strong musty...
We had a great time there, staff was very nice and polite, room was Value for money. Overall we had a very good stay there for the week we went for Holidays.
Very good location & staff are friendly & helpful! The room is clean and seems has been renovated recently. Has a tiny lift in the hotel. Good value for the money. Pleasant stay.
This is a nice budget, comfort hotel. Location is amazing literally 2 minutes from Van Gogh museum and there’s a tram 5 minutes walk just round the corner that will take you to central station and the dam. There’s also a supermarket and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Overall service was friendly. It’s quite an old style building old lift and quite steep stairs. My room was quite big...
Nice room with clean amenities and comfortable beds
The hotel is not far from the Eiffel Tower and is very safe. The rooms are air-conditioned and the front desk can store luggage for us. After we checked out on the last day, they still stored our luggage for the day.

A high-end boutique hotel, meticulously maintained, down to the last detail. Excellent service and a breakfast featuring fresh, quality ingredients.
We had a very great stay at Hotel 717. We picked this boutique hotel because they have a room with bunk beds for children INSIDE a closet, and our daughter was thrilled about the idea. She was so impressed with it, and enjoyed sleeping in it so much. We also enjoyed our stay so much as the hotel is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room is facing the courtyard, so it's nice...
The hotel is insanely beautiful, very well located, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are way bigger than the pictures
Though, breakfast choices are poor and no facilities are available a part from the living room and the terrace
I will definitely go back
The Little Prince is a bit too small. I don't recommend it. After paying for an upgrade, the room was much better. It's not a very small hotel. It's similar to a high-end B&B. The location is very good. There are many delicious foods around. The staff are enthusiastic. It's very good.
The hotel is an old building without an elevator, but the staff were willing to help with luggage. The service was excellent. The interior is a bit dated, with many items broken. The hotel is in a great location, but the breakfast options were limited, with only bread, no meat, and no cheese. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which we chose based on its high ratings and positive reviews.
During our two-night stay with my family, we were shocked to experience a theft of our entire luggage from our BMW X7, parked right outside your hotel, on the night of April 17th to 18th. The security footage clearly shows...

Great budget hotel! Friendly staff and super helpful. We were upgraded for free when we arrived at 10.30pm no problem. Bit of a trek from the city centre but if you're reading this you already know that. Perfect water pressure in our 3rd floor room.
Nice little hotel. Very clean. Balcony with chairs to view the garden. Bathroom configuration a bit tricky but works. Convenient to Amstel Station and markets.
Basic and functional clean room. Good aircon. Excellent location. Theres a grovery store in the same building and several tram stops near by.
The bad: the bed was hard as a rock and several small things were broken in the room, such as lights and holes in the bathroom door. Also the floors were extremely squeaky and you could sense and hear every footstep taken in the hotel.

One room was too noisy. Another was too warm. A/c didn’t work properly. Bed coverings were made for very cold temperatures. Hotel did not have any blankets to replace the heavy quilt. Staff was excellent. Jesse was a super help and taking care of us.

The room was amazing and staff so friendly.
I thought the hotel was very well located because it had a lot of transport links around and you can easily walk to the city centre. the light in the bathroom comes on automatically but then turns off in the next 15 seconds which can be inconvenient. also, in the bathroom, it says that if we leave the towels hanging then we will keep them for the next day. This property was lovely, clean and a great location. The owners went above and beyond to make our 5 night stay excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
Not only was the property lovely and just as advertised, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Also, as we had several rooms for our large party and two small children, they gave our son, wife...

Nice hotel. I mostly noted how quiet is was inside the room: no road noise. Amsterdam is very busy, but seems to be quite aware of noise-mitigation to improve quality of life. The nearby trams 26 and 7 will get you around the city. No need to buy a ticket: tap any bank card once you get on the tram, make sure you also tap when you get off. In the local terminology you "check in" and "check out". This...
The rooms were very comfortable and nice overall, with friendly and helpful staff, so I did enjoy the stay. Parking was the main frustration: the hotel parking showed as out of order and suggested public garages, which were full, and only later we were told the hotel was sharing a garage in the building opposite. This should have been clearly mentioned upfront, and having to call reception every time...
Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was pretty good, not far from the train station.
The location is close to the Amsterdam centre just a few stops with the tram which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel to the tram stop. The bed comfortable. Amazing location, perfectly central for all sorts of walking around Amsterdam or getting a metro. Plenty of shops and nearby cafes.

The Dream Hotel is in a great central location in the old district, within easy walking distance of cafés, and restaurants. But the experience is very basic. What a wonderful location it was! 🥰
Staff were extremely kind, and helpful, especially as we did not speak much Dutch. Room was very cozy, the bedding was very comfortable and felt high quality. The room felt very clean and stayed warm during the snow. Great view of the canal. Bathroom was fine, a little outdated but no complaints functionality wise!
A friendly welcome, but the hygiene left much to be desired. Mold in the bathroom, and thick dust covering the furniture. The sheets seemed clean, but honestly, I don't want to know if they were. One night was more than enough.
Paid a lot of money for a dirty room!!!
Great location overlooking one of the canals, short walk to dining and attractions. Staff was awesome!

It was an amazing experience far from anything if ever seen. Having a room on top of a crane is not only extraordinary but additionally ads a wonderful view over the city Amsterdam. The room itself was really cozy and for some extra comfort there is a hot tub on the very top of the crane delivering the perfect atmosphere.
Best experience in Amsterdam. Only three suites on top of a monumental crane with fenomenale view. Halfway the crane is the incredible studio. Small, private -invites only. The venue for world leading DJs. Check your self who already played in this famous venue.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Faralda Crane Hotel. The NDSM wharf is Amsterdam’s answer to Williamsburg — creative, raw, and full of life. The hotel reflects this vibe perfectly, with stunning views over the IJ and a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Plus, the host was super friendly and flexible. A magical experience!
If you are searching for something unique and special, this is a really cool place and experience at the creative hart of Amsterdam. Nice restaurants nearby, amazing view on Amsterdam, cozy but industrial and with a very friendly staff.

Excellent hotel. The location is super. The staff is excellent. The room was on the 4th floor, but there is no elevator. Yes, on the 4th floor there is no private bath, but that's good, it's not humid in the room. The shared bathroom is very close to the room, I didn't feel the problem and the room was dry. It felt like an apartment. I'm happy with everything.
Except for the convenient shopping nearby, everything else is average
Excellent location, around 4 minutes walk to 'Overtoom' Tram station, and close by to Vondelpark etc.. Would recommend and stay again.
Note: There is no lift at this hotel.
The location is good. It's fine if you don't have a lot of luggage, but if you have a lot of luggage, the stairs are difficult. Especially the stairs to the upper rooms are narrow. The facilities are not sufficient, but it's fine if you're just staying overnight.

I used this hotel for my stay in Amsterdam. It's a bit far from the nearest station, and accessing trams or buses was a bit inconvenient, which was a minor drawback. Also, the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which was a bit of a challenge. The shower and toilet were fine, though.
The place is in the centre, working distance to a lot of places. I love the facilities such as hair drying area, bars (have parties on Friday night), and a small kitchen with stove and microwave. It would be nice to stay there for more than a few days. If you don’t like loud party crowd, avoid Friday.

If you're looking for an affordable stay in the city center, this is definitely the place! However, because it's a dormitory with many people in one room, there were some concerns. The hotel entrance has a bar, which creates a lovely, homey atmosphere.
