The stay was amazing. We were traveling with our 4 year old. The hotel was quiet and clean, the staff kind. The hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram stop and provided bikes ready to rent. We rented a standard bike and another with a back child seat and had a wonderful time exploring Amsterdam and the surroundings.

The hotel is very close to the train, tram and bus station. It also has a convenience store nearby if you need anything. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I would recommend it to everyone else.

Cozy Room Reservation I was initially assigned a loft-style room. It was pretty and cozy, but it was cold. So, I changed rooms. The one I was given was on the third floor, in the middle, so it was warm. The breakfast was amazing. It was incredibly delicious.

The overall cleanliness and environment were excellent. It's very close to the city center, with a great location; Chinatown and Chinese restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. The service was also very good, and clean water was provided in the rooms.

Excellent service! I stayed at Postillion from 31 Dec to 02 Jan. The service from the staff on the front desk was exceptional. Near to museum area which is just within 10mins walking distance . We get to checked in earlier around 1pm with no charges which is very nice to us , as long as the room is available. Tram stations just opposite the road very convenient.

Our room was not ready on time and the manager was very accommodating and did her best to make us comfortable including giving colouring and small teddies for the kids. Beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm.

The Sofitel Legend Hotel, while the building itself is old and of okay quality, suffers from subpar room decor and maintenance, making it unworthy of the price. Just for your reference!
