The service was good and the room was spacious. The location was in a back corner of an industrial estate. The room itself was okay, but the sanitary facilities were poorly installed and not tidy; for instance, there were cracks in the bathtub, the shower knobs were half-working, and the water from the rain shower came from the ceiling instead of the shower head. The room itself had seen better days...

Location is at the south , need walk around 15 min to the transport station. But if u drive car is really convenient.

This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. The hotel charged for tourist tax which is absolutely fine but the receptionist charged my hotel room again at the checkout while I had already prepaid on trip.com so they had to give refunds to me...

Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport. Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself. Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better...

Abit too far out from tram station. Price is high, facilities are reasonable.

The room was great, clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked dinner all three nights we stayed there, buying groceries from Lidl and Aldi. The downstairs laundry facilities (washer and dryer) were free; you just needed to get a token from the front desk. Parking is on basement level -1. Amazing hotel with great value. The room was massive with kitchen to cook your own meal, and the staff was the friendliest we’ve encountered during our europe trip. The cons maybe the location is not so near city center, but the train was plenty and reliable so no concern there. Very recommended to stay!

The counter staffs are very nice and helpful. The place a very safe and clean. The room are spacious we actually book this immediately because the hotel elsewhere is abit slum. The hotel is very near to train and tram and just 1 station away to amsterdam.

Location is very good, it is near to the train station which is only one station to Amsterdam Centraal. The apartment does not provide any room slippers, so you need to bring them on your own if you need them.

The surroundings were quiet and the view was amazing, which was great.

The breakfast was great, and so was the room with a magnificent view. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's easily manageable by renting a bike or an electric scooter. The staff was friendly, and having a bar open so late was a definite plus. I recommend it!

While the hotel itself is very new and modern, the actual building itself is shared with the Moxy (undisclosed) and the housekeeping department does little more than make the bed and replace towels. The floors, fridge and microwave were filthy, the couch had stains, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, exposed nails, and 3 lightbulbs were dead, leaving the room very dim.

Good place to stay away from all busy streets of Amsterdam. Good base location to explore regional places around Amsterdam

We found our stay a very pleasant time there. Staff was very kind and helpful in every request from us. Booked a suite as it advertised TV and fast internet. The TV did not allow you actually watch TV apparently this is a know issue with the suits. The TV would not allow you to cast even with the correct password the only option was to watch Netflix. I would recommend the rooms add information on how to connect to the internet rather than having to call reception. Beside that clean hotel, great value...

Having a direct phone to the managers was terrific. I called regarding a problem with one of the appliances and the repair person was there within a few hours. Very nice space. The stairs are steep and narrow (this is Amsterdam) but there is also an elevator should that pose a problem. Overall excellent.

Staff were helpful and responsive. The location is excellent for art museums and the the world famous concert hall. On the practical side, the grocery store was nearby which definitely helped keep eating expenses down. A very pleasant location and room. Thank you.

Really a great solution for a short stay in Amsterdam! Easy reachable location, walking distance. Nice and easy check in procedure, and we had no problem at all using the digital key system. The building was silent although there were many people staying! The overall room experience was perfect: very relaxing, warm, with every basic thing one might need during their stay. Great apartment in top location! The apartment was exactly what we needed for a nice holiday, despite the weather. It was clean, cozy and really warm. Great view just across the Nemo museum and 10 minutes walking to Red light district. It was a self check-in apartment and everything went smooth exactly as described. I would come here back anytime!

It was nice service apartment with full of amenities. Location was good, very close to central station. Online Check-in and checkout option was easy and convenient. Digital key concept was good which is easy to use. However, the room was not cleaned at least every other day. It will be cleaned only after 7 days of days which is not convenient for a guest who stay 4 or 5 days. That should be improved

Tisja was more than helpful! We had the most perfect stay, close to central- just 2 trams away. The double bed and sofa bed were comfy and we got a great couple nights sleep. Everything was perfect!

An amazing landlord goes out of his way to help, close to the tram station, the room is nice and clean, the bedroom is upstairs, we were treated to fruit and coffee.

Perfect in every details!..you feel at home..very confortable and romantic..and you have also two bike to move to the city in 15 minutes..i like everithing of this house, and the owners are really really gentle, funny and nice person!
