Great little guest house. Host is welcoming and genuine. Room is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and quiet.

The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean, and located in a good area close to all points of interest in the city. Thanks to Johnny for the friendly treatment and warm welcome he gave us upon our arrival, where he explained all the points of interest and areas to visit in Amsterdam. Host was nice,the area was lovely your only 10 mins from the main attractions,the stairs are dodgy as hell,the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything,if your a light sleeper this place ain't for you,there is lovely shops and coffee shops plus vintage shops as well

Very good location. Helpful and kind staff. Cleaning was okay. Nice little shared kitchen. Would have been nice if description said, very small stairs to 3. floor and no lift. Single quilts, instead of only doubles would have been nice. But worst was probably the church bells every 15 min during the day.

The place looked exactly as in the pictures. The owner, a great person; he left us both snacks and drinks included in the room price and was very flexible, allowing us to choose our time of checkout and to store our luggage until departure time. The guesthouse has central heating, a must-have in the cold season, when we visited. Would gladly stay here again next time I visit Amsterdam!

The environment is clean. No safe/ water bottle in room. The air con is controlled by central system. However, I requested an extra blanket but they didn’t give me.

The hotel is located very close to the RAI station, which is a 10-15 minute train ride from the airport, so it was very convenient. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the surrounding area is quiet and safe.

It is conveniently located right in front of the exhibition hall. It is also close to tram and subway stations, making it easy to get to the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly.

The transportation is convenient and the location is excellent. Although the hotel does not provide water, you can buy water and food at the supermarket opposite, which is very convenient.

This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. The hotel charged for tourist tax which is absolutely fine but the receptionist charged my hotel room again at the checkout while I had already prepaid on trip.com so they had to give refunds to me...

This hotel is walking distance from Rijks and Van Gogh and many other tourist places. It's far enough from all the business and yet, very close and continently located. Breakfasts are great and staff are very professional.

The surroundings were quiet and the view was amazing, which was great.

The breakfast was great, and so was the room with a magnificent view. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's easily manageable by renting a bike or an electric scooter. The staff was friendly, and having a bar open so late was a definite plus. I recommend it!

While the hotel itself is very new and modern, the actual building itself is shared with the Moxy (undisclosed) and the housekeeping department does little more than make the bed and replace towels. The floors, fridge and microwave were filthy, the couch had stains, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, exposed nails, and 3 lightbulbs were dead, leaving the room very dim.

Good place to stay away from all busy streets of Amsterdam. Good base location to explore regional places around Amsterdam

Loved the quiet neighbourhood. Room is small yet clean and cosy. Lancaster was a nice hotel outside of the city center in a quiet area. The quadruple room fit my family of 4, even though it was a little cramped. Stayed here for 3 nights, and the price of 200 euros a night still felt a bit expensive. The location is close to Amsterdam South Station, but far from the Central Station. It takes about half an hour to get to the Central Station by bus. There are free apples in the hotel lobby. The elevator is very small and narrow, and can only accommodate two people. Having a direct phone to the managers was terrific. I called regarding a problem with one of the appliances and the repair person was there within a few hours. Very nice space. The stairs are steep and narrow (this is Amsterdam) but there is also an elevator should that pose a problem. Overall excellent.

The room was well-equipped, even with a mini-bar, and overall clean and tidy. The front desk also had Chinese-speaking staff who were enthusiastic and efficient at resolving all sorts of issues. The location was excellent, with easy access to trams, supermarkets, restaurants, and museums.

Booked a suite as it advertised TV and fast internet. The TV did not allow you actually watch TV apparently this is a know issue with the suits. The TV would not allow you to cast even with the correct password the only option was to watch Netflix.
