De Kust Hotel

This is the worst hotel we have ever been to. The rooms weren’t clean at all (see pictures). There was long hair everywhere: in the bathroom, the sink, the closet... There was dust everywhere and the windows were so dirty that you could barely see through it. But the worst part was the bathroom. It had a musty smell and our bathroom smelt like poo all the time, leaving us with a nauseous feeling. There was a big hole in the corner of the damaged shower where mold grows. The isolation was extremely poor, we could hear every step and every sound of the stairs and other rooms. On top of that, the reception was closed and there are no breakfast options. The only positive thing is that it’s close to the sea, but that’s basically it. We didn’t expect much for this price, but we are very disappointed and disgusted by the poor hygiene of these rooms and the lack of facilities of this hotel.

Never go there again this place is a mess dirty like hell and from 17:00 til 10:00 there is no budy to take care of the place we had slept 1 night and leave this place the bed I slept was broke so I rolt the hole night to the middlel. This is not a hotel bud a cast.house the TV was 30 year old.,the give us money back for 1 night 66.50 euro but I paid 2 times 104.00 euro I am still handling whit Booking. Com bud the give no reaction atal.
So never ever book white Booking. Com and never ever book hotel de Kust zantvoort.
