It's OK, the location is OK, dinner is available, there is a supermarket and bus stop at the door, and the subway to the airport is 500 meters away.

The hotel is well located in an upscale neighborhood close to Ayer Brygge. We reserved a room with 2 beds and there was no mention in the description that one of the beds was a chair sofa bed that needed to be converted by the guests. Make sure you reserve in the upgraded side of the hotel. The other rooms are not updated and have no A/C (we were there when it was kind of hot). New rooms are pretty good but small. Breakfast was really good and everyone employee was very friendly. A family member had a problem with an old room and they upgraded them to the new ones right away. Great location

This property was beautiful, especially being right on the water. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The dinning room’s food was absolutely delicious! Downtown had a lot of empty store fronts, but overall, a very beautiful center.

Food and service Cleaning and food. I had 3 nights at the hotel. The food was not something I would call home and tell anyone about and not a single time through these days did the clean the room, make the bed or even changed towels.

This place is great! You can walk to the tram, train, and all public transport. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the service is super good. They even let me check in early without any extra charge. I really love it here!

This hotel has a lot of history. It's clean, old-fashioned, and boasts a traditional European style. There's complimentary drinking water, coffee, and tea available all day, and a simple gym. The room ceilings are very high, but it's a bit dim, giving you the feeling of stepping back in time.

Very cute hotel! Rooms were spacious and very relaxing. I liked that there were plenty of places to sit in the lobby. Breakfast starts at 8:00 on weekends. This is too late for those going for fjord sightseeing. I was very disappointed because I had to leave before 8:00. But I appreciate that they made breakfast bags for me.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Scandic Hotel in Haugesund. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was as expected and bed comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent! Such a variety and many fresh options! The area of town was plain, and for some reason there are multiple Thai massage businesses nearby, but easy to walk to the waterside and main shopping street. The family room is on the top floor and is very large, accommodating up to 6 people. The hotel is right by the port and very close to the city center. It is also convenient to go to the viewpoint.

I choose this hotel every time I go to Alesund

We were very satisfied. The location is great. When the weather is good you can eat on the terrace right by the sea with a great view. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The room is spacious and exactly like the pictures. You can walk to the center in 3 minutes

Not bad, it's quite close to the observation deck.

The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great with diff drink and food variety. Kirkenes is a very small city so there is only 1 small shopping mall 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not much to see and shop. Many restaurants closed at weekend and the hotel room itself is simple with no surprise.

we meet good reception, as we go king crab safari that we back hotel around 1pm, then we request late check out and hotel let us check out at 2pm. Appreciate their good service and friendly. The hotel in good location, good breakfast and facilities quite new. Recommended to stay.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The hotel view was also amazing; we even saw the Northern Lights on our first night. The breakfast offered a good variety too, with yogurt, bread, and even reindeer meat.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the fjord, with a waterfall right outside the window. The view of the fjord from the hotel's hot spring observation deck is fantastic! The hotel has a great seafood buffet for dinner!

There is plenty of parking, but the hotel itself can be quite busy because it accommodates tour groups. The location is excellent—right next to the hotel there is a small waterfall and a nature trail that leads directly down to the town. Both breakfast and dinner were good, and the room was decent.

Location is good. Breakfast was very good. Swimming pools and sauna in the morning were great. Standard room was not good with view to the street and we had to close the curtains for whole stay. The group travellers were too loud at the pool area and in the lobby.

Decent place. Super convenient to the airport. Some of the outdoor areas seem a little unkept. Breakfast was pretty good. Buffet is a little pricey, but the food was great (although it did seem like they were running out at the end of the 6p seating we were at). Desk staff was GREAT.

I'm quite satisfied with your hotel. The hygiene is good and the environment is nice. It's great that you offer both breakfast and dinner. However, I'm very angry that the glass door of the balcony can't be locked inside. I couldn't sleep well at night. We talked to the lady at the front desk, but she didn't solve this problem well. It's very regrettable.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located, staff very helpful. Clean and comfortable . Included meals , breakfast, afternoon tea and dinnner are outstanding value. Gave a 4 for amenities, only because the conditioner needed to be refilled and the sauna was not accessible the day I was there, very minor issues.

The hotel in Bergen is excellent, with a great location, good service, a generous breakfast, and delicious dinner. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of the fish market, Bryggen, and the mountain cable car station. Parking is a bit pricey if you're driving. Highly recommended!

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is excellent, right next to the airport bus station, and convenient for taking the light rail and transferring to buses. It's a 7-8 minute walk to the entrance to Mount Fløyen. It's a well-established hotel with a lot of character, and the rooftop terrace offers outstanding views. The food is average; breakfast and dinner are just so-so, but perhaps that's typical in Norway.

They offer free parking at their sister hotel nearby, and there's also a gift shop with reasonably priced souvenirs and postcards.

This is the only hotel in Svolvær that offers breakfast (only Thon hotels do), and the variety is excellent. However, my friend's room on the second floor didn't have an elevator, and our third-floor room had practically no view. The room wasn't very big either.

This hotel is much larger than the one I stayed at in Oslo. When I arrived in the evening, there was a long line for check-in, but it moved quickly. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The view from the hotel window, as shown in the picture, was also fantastic.

The environment is quite peaceful, suitable for people who enjoy saunas and swimming. The breakfast is also quite plentiful, so it's pretty good! It was raining when I arrived, so I didn't get a good look at the scenery outside.

The facilities are a bit old. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service and I had to carry my suitcase upstairs.

The room was absolutely tiny, there is no privacy in the bathroom as it's basically a box next to your bed. Had to carry our luggage up the stairs to get to the room. Adjacent restaurant took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and say they're fully booked. Historic building & good location but that's about it. Would not recommend.

Ok rom, fin utsikt, pent og rent bad! Tidlig og ikke helt tilfredsstillende frokost! Litt ufresh mat og stenger 10.30. Ting ble fort ryddet bort! Kun svart kaffe. Spesiell innsjekking, fikk beskjed om å sjekke ut 11 dagen etterpå mens i bestillingen var det 12. innsjekking pleier å være hyggeligere Pluss for at rommet var klart tidlig!

First of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. This price is much more comfortable than living in Japan.

We were given a room for folks with disabilities for our first night. The shower felt like a hospital bathroom. The shower curtain was stained. They did offer a regular room for the Sunday night and kindly moved our things for us. The staff were apologetic but unable to provide the proper room for the first night.

Central location is walkable to all the major attractions. The accommodations are overall comfortable. There was a heat wave when we were there and unfortunately, the hotel did not have enough fans for the guests. We were given a very weak vertical fan, which was better than nothing. Breakfast was really good!

Spent a night there in the July month. The room had good air at day, but at night it seems they turn down the air so we were sweating without the covers on in bed.

The hotel has a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the light rail station. Compared to other hotels in Thon, this one is right in Bergen city center, within 10 minutes of shopping, the boat dock, and Bryggen. The scones at the hotel breakfast were delicious! 😋

The skipass and ski rent can be done also in the hotel. But it is a very old hotel and the rooms are not the best for the category this hotel shows. Very old bathrooms. We stayed here one night on our way back from Bergen to Oslo. It is a big sprawling (in a nice way) hotel! Comforting, traditional ski lodge style feel but the room was modern and spacious with a balcony for me, my wife and 15yr old son. The bathroom was very snug though, but clean. Ok. The bathroom in my room had a terrible smell of sewerage. Hotel generally pretty tired. Otherwise ok as a stop off.

Very unique and intriguing building but obviously old so not everything worked well. Rooms are quite hot and no fans are available. Knob for starting shower fell off making it difficult to turn on the shower.
