We can’t fault this hotel. Tina was lovely in all our correspondence prior to arrival and should be paid more😎. Our room was beautiful with original beams, lovely decor, comfortable mattress, very good shower, and, yes, fluffy pillows. Dinner in the attached restaurant was superb. Breakfast is a delight, the dining room very grand and plenty of choice. The lovely Tina also doubles as the egg chef....

Very nice and clean, friendly staff, simple but varied and tasty breakfast, quiet place. Single bed rooms very compact, with large and comfortable beds. Gorgeous old main building. Candles, flowers and silver service creates a special coziness. This hotel have something, that other haven't. Only internet speed could be more stable and faster. All rest near to perfect. Enjoied to stay here.

Not sure what is “boutique” about No 13, found it rather spartan and basic, not living up to the description nor the advertised photos. Not great value for money, even paid 280 NOK more than on expedia for the same room.

Very comfortable hotel with a lovely room (terrific shower) and a very good breakfast selection. Its location is perfect with only minutes walk to the harbour attractions and the Fløibanen.

Good location but the room is very meh and service is kinda bad. Sliding doors with large gaps to the bathroom is odd and provide very little privacy. The hotel "reception" is the bar so you have to wait until they finish taking everyone's food and drink orders and some chatting before they would consider checking you in. They ran out of water and oat milk breakfast and never bothered to refill it...

LOVED. THIS. HOTEL. So gorgeous and a great location. The ceiling is spectacular. Really enjoyed our breakfast. The staff was so kind and very tourist friendly. Our balcony view was so much fun to see the Bergen promenade.

Really nice room, and polite receptionists. Breakfast til 1030, but the warm food was empty at 10. When I pointed it out, I got a snarky answer; "breakfast is soon over anyway" This pulls down the rating of a nice hotel

The Det Hanseatiske was a very nice hotel. The room was like a cozy cabin. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location makes for easy walking to all the local areas. I won't fault the hotel but please beware on Saturday night the music from the club next door can be very loud into the late hours of the night.

Absolutely perfect stay at Villa Bryggekanten! Emma at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful — and honestly, every staff member we interacted with was just as amazing. I had four nights at Canyon Hotell which proved to be the perfect base to explore the arctic. Aeventyr is based out of there which made it super convenient to pack in lots of adventures: snowshoeing, dog sledding, whale watching rib boat and snowmobiling. Refreshing to experience this hotel compared to the more traditional hotels in Alta. Friendly and international staff, great service. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my stay, hoeever not far to two excellent restaurants Erica and Nori, both highly recommended.

Driving from Tromso to Lofoten, this hotel is a great place to stop and rest after a long drive. Staff are nice and friendly. Good breakfast if compare to the price and the view is a bonus. We have got everything we need, great value for money.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Tromso from Lofoten. The hotel is a bit old, but it was very clean, with plenty of sockets in the room and breakfast included. However, we stayed on the second floor and had to carry our own suitcases, which was a bit inconvenient.

We loved Farsund Resort. Very good organised, wonderfully clean and with the best staff! They have all type of activities you can imagine! If you think coming here don’t think it twice this place is paradise.

A really nice resort. Nice crew and newly renovated cabins. The breakfast was also very good! We had a fantastic weekend here, and I highly recomend this place for long or short stays. They even have a floating Sauna which in combination with a refreshing dip in the fjord, was a perfect start of our relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was quite small with a poor view, which was not what I expected. What was most concerning, however, was my interaction with the front desk staff. Poor cofffee quality in such a high end hotel The breakfast coffee must improve. It is like brown water and even when you order a cappuccino it is still not a proper coffee but some kind of powder dissolved in hot water. Honestly do invest in a proper Italian coffee machine asap 🙏

Svalbard is a small town so naturally, accommodation is slightly scarcer. Scored this 2 bedroom apartment for 3 of us (extremely huge, big room can sleep 4 - with a bunk bed), huge shared spaces (dining/living), two toilets and all crockery provided for you to cook which was a blessing! Everything was clean as well. Only gripe was there’s no smart TV nor Chromecast so we were really staring into space...

The hotel faces the bay, and the scenery is decent. Since it was winter, but there was no snow, the winter atmosphere was a bit desolate. There are many restaurants nearby, with prices around 300 yuan per person. There are supermarkets, bus stops, a train station, and barbershops nearby.

Always stay at hotel Klubben. The receptionists were all wonderful and helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast is really sweet as well. My room was upgraded to a balcony room as I always stay at hotel Klubben and it is a lovely room with a fantastic view of the Brygge! Fantastic views from a hotel one mile from the madness that is Geiranger when the cruise ships arrive. The manager and his partner were gracious and accommodating, the hot tub felt great after a long day. Full bar, lovely restaurant, and the manage will take you into town as requested. Or, rent an electric Porsche and explore.

Really enjoyed our stay, room on 6th floor with great views of fjord. Room and bathroom although on the small side was functional. Dyson fan/heater helps keeps temperature in the room comfortable. We were during the shoulder season so Geiranger was kinda quiet, but parking at hotel did fill up pretty quick in the evening. Breakfast spread was one the better on this trip.

The hotel is located just outside the village of Geiranger, away from the busy center. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, making it easy to get around. There is possibly no better location than this. Every room faces the fjord. Balcony’s allow you to relax and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains and the Gerainger lights twinkle on. Service was immaculate too!

I have recently stayed here and found that the service here was excellent. I had made a telephone booking a few weeks before, as there was a glitch in the online booking process (now resolved). The booking was easily made by telephoning the hotel reception, without requiring any advance payment. I am fairly sure it was the same friendly receptionist who checked us in when our party of three arrived...

Great stay We had a great stay, beds are very comfortable, room adequate, bathroom compact, very good breakfast, free parking, located in town close to restaurants, highly recommended.

On the first day of my stay, I found there was dirt in the toilet bowl. The cleaning staff didn't do a good job. Other areas were clean and tidy. The room was nice, the view was beautiful, and the location was great. I liked that the bathroom floor had a heater. It was very warm. The service was good, and there was a free coffee maker. Overall, it was very good.

Excellent location, natural surroundings, and tranquility... There are several cabin sizes to suit different family sizes... It's best to leave the site cleanup after you leave to them... and negotiate this with them to avoid any disagreements later.

The place consists of lovely, stunning chalets overlooking the snowy mountain and the village. Next to the chalets, there's a clear stream flowing from the mountain... I loved this place.

Great hotel! The rooms are really big, well heated and insulated. The bathrooms have heated floors. The entrance is a bit hidden away, if you’re walking from Oslo S, it’s past the barber shop. The room i stayed in, 402, could do with a microwave.

We had a wonderful experience when we visited Ersfjordbotn. The unit came with a balcony that was literally above the Norwegian sea. The rooms and the living room were sufficiently heated. They also provided an extra heater. The unit also came with a furnished kitchen. The unit was clean and spacious. You get beautiful views of the Norwegian sea and the mountains. You can also get to see the reindeer...

Great place to stay outside the city. The unit was very nice, clean, and exactly as expected. Gorgeous views and a little hiking trail next to the property.
