Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping, plus there's a supermarket and restaurants right outside the hotel. Loved it!

A historic building that's incredibly well-maintained, very clean and tidy. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. The breakfast was the best we had on our Norway trip – lots of variety and delicious! The service was excellent from check-in right through to luggage storage after check-out.

Fantastic breakfast and excellent service! The hotel itself is lovely, and the superb location makes getting around incredibly convenient.

It's considered one of the local five-star hotels, but it doesn't quite live up to the standards I'm accustomed to. While the location is good and it's clean, that's pretty much the extent of its appeal.

Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days.

The breakfast spread was good, if I could wish for more.. it's gonna be the coffee though, as they only have brewed coffee which tastes a bit bland. Also, during our stay, one of the elevators was under renovation so we only had one small elevator that could get very busy during morning...

The room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim. The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort. The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed. On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic. Had a decent stay at the hotel from 6 to 9 Dec. The hotel and the room looks new and is very comfortable. Room is pretty spacious. The pillows are a little too soft and there is no kettle, but there is water dispenser and coffee machine at the hotel lobby if you need hot water. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and is delicious! The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station...

To start with, I really appreciated the neat room and the hospitality of the employees. Everything about my stay was perfect but if I have to include a place for improvement, it’s the bluetooth connection with my phone. This was not possible. Except for this it was perfect.

The location is quite close to the city center, but the room is small, with a terrace but the hygiene situation is average, the previous hand cigarette butts are still on the terrace, not cleaned can only be said to be very average hotel

Facilities: The hotel room is quite spacious, and it doesn't seem crowded even with a sofa bed. Service: Free tea and coffee are available at the front desk, which is a good comment. However, you need to tell the front desk separately about cleaning the room, and even after you tell them, they didn't clean it, they just changed the towels and bath towels.

Great location, at Storgata where you can get to most places in Oslo. Close to Oslo S too, so easy to get to from Airport as well. The staff weren't particularly friendly and the luggage storage was at basement, so it was kind of troublesome because the lift only serves till level 1. Like other reviewers, also found some strands of hair on linen.

Automatic checki-in and out. It is located in the center and close to the Dom church. There are not many equipments in the room, but training gym, electronic pot, laundry machine, refrigerator, and microwave are available in the lounge. It is similar to the TAVINOS chain hotels in Japan, but the room is much larger.

The location and facilities were excellent, and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but do be prepared for an uphill climb. The room itself was spacious enough and very clean throughout. One minor point: there was some construction happening nearby during my stay.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

Well located, it’s connected just next to the Oslo Central Station. You do not need to exit the building from the Train station to get to the hotel, it is located within the building block which also consists of a mall. Shops are plenty around the hotel and it is within walking distance to Karl Johans Gate, a popular shopping area in Oslo.

The location is excellent. It's close to the commercial pedestrian street and cultural and historical sites. Overall, it's very convenient. We didn't spend much time in Oslo on this trip, so we just had a quick tour, but I had no regrets.

This hotel, supposedly where Obama stayed, has an amazing location—within walking distance of all the shops you want to visit! It's super well located, just 4 minutes from the central station. You can do self-check-in, and if you check in early, it's 16€. The room is quite large and comfortable.

It is a good place as it is located near the train station. But I would not recommend more than 1 night as it is expensive ($150 a night). But the bed is comfortable and quiet. The people at the reception is nice. In the morning, they can provide breakfast but it is expensive($10)

Hotel is located just 2 mins walk to Oslo Central Stn. Also close to city centre, shopping mall and cafes nearby. Room and bed are comfortable. Spacious enough to fit my big luggage and hang my jackets. I like how the bathroom floor is heated so I don't feel cold walking on it at night. Nice hotel in a good location. The breakfast is amazing. 2 things we didn't like. - the cleaners tried to come in our room 2 days in a row, without knocking. This isn't acceptable. We only stayed 2 days. You don't need cleaners. - we weren't told you can brings beers into the hotel. A blonde kid on the evening shift rudely spoke to us about this. I had to bite my tongue and not take him outside...

Perfect Location. You can be in the midst of it all but still have a quiet ambiance. Service overall had been fantastic. I will definitely come and stay upon my return to Oslo. My home away from home.

The hotel is located near the pier, so there aren't too many tourists, making for a relaxing environment. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and shopping is convenient even if you're not into luxury goods. There are also a few good restaurants nearby that I recommend trying; you can see them as soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance.
