Loved the hotel. Reasonably convenient to local transportation. Cheaper than city center hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is quite close to the city center, but the room is small, with a terrace but the hygiene situation is average, the previous hand cigarette butts are still on the terrace, not cleaned can only be said to be very average hotel

Facilities: The hotel room is quite spacious, and it doesn't seem crowded even with a sofa bed. Service: Free tea and coffee are available at the front desk, which is a good comment. However, you need to tell the front desk separately about cleaning the room, and even after you tell them, they didn't clean it, they just changed the towels and bath towels.

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, rooms were tidy. Breakfast (included in our room cost) offered variety and a number of healthy options. Very good hotel at a reasonable rate. Only bummer was that one elevator was not working while we were there - and the one working elevator was quite small.

Cleqn and decent priced hotel with breakfast in the middle of Oslo. The fixtures are quiet tired There is no packet tea or coffee in the room though but there is plenty of coffeshops and supermarket in the vicinity.

Excellent breakfast, staff very helpful, and gave us a takeaway breakfast on the day of our departure as we left before breakfast was served. One tip, you key needs to be in the slot to work the lights while in the room. When you leave if you take the key out, it shuts off the power to the little fridge. The breakfast was great , the rooms small and clean No AC , outside looks a little rough but inside is nice and modern , bathroom was small , it was very cost effective, we where only at the hotel to sleep and get breakfast, UBER do not take Cabs !

Good strategic location . Despite we arrive late, the hotel receptionist are very welcoming and friendly. Room is a bit small can’t open 2 luggage bag fully . Bed is too soft , not really good for spine support. Other than this overall is good. Breakfast also very good.

Well located, it’s connected just next to the Oslo Central Station. You do not need to exit the building from the Train station to get to the hotel, it is located within the building block which also consists of a mall. Shops are plenty around the hotel and it is within walking distance to Karl Johans Gate, a popular shopping area in Oslo.

The room were decent, location was great, breakfast is average but sometimes I can hear kids above my floor running which could be improved.

Room is cheap. Space is abit tight. Easy for bag packer. No receptionist. Check in via tablet on the desk overall the process was easy.

Location was okay. Had some issues checking in as i went one day later and it was a self service check in. Room was cold but its clean.

The location is really good as it allows you to get to most of the sites of the city very easily and quickly. There's also a few convenient stores and supermarket nearby, it's not that difficult to find food, water or any other amenities easily.

The room was spacious, but you had to go to the second floor and take the elevator, which was inconvenient. The worst part was that the bathroom shower stall had no partitions, so the shower water would overflow.

The room was nice, and the location in the city center was suitable for business trips; however, the breakfast selection was not very extensive.

I stayed here on a business trip. We held a workshop in the hotel's conference room, and the accessibility to the room was excellent. I was satisfied. However, the exterior walls were currently undergoing renovations, so the view from the windows wasn't very impressive. The breakfast and gym were good.

A family of three stayed in a family room on the 5th floor. The room was a bit cramped, but its location on Karl Johans Gate was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. Breakfast was good, and if you couldn't make it to breakfast, the front desk would thoughtfully arrange a convenient breakfast for you to take away if informed in advance.

Pretty cool hotel on a great street. I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.

My meeting was in Nydalen, thereby a convenient location. The subway station is in the same building as the hotel. 45 minutes to the airport via the central station.

The hotel delayed check-in for no reason. I arrived before sunset.

The service was terrible. Even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, the waiter still entered without permission when we were out for fun. They refused to clean the room during our extended stay. The reason given by the front desk was that we had not checked in and out before 12 noon. This was ridiculous and did not meet the service standards of a 4-star hotel. Bad review.

Very unimpressed Had to lug our bags ups an awkward round staircase and then duck under low beams, doorways and a massive beam in the middle of the room .wouldn't stay there again and it was also very expensive. Reception and breakfast were nice but room was a disaster.

The tram stop is only 3 minutes away from the hotel. We are in the city center within 5 minutes. Vigelansaparken is a 15-minute walk away.

Fantastic way to spend time in Oslo! Everything is very clean and the style of the facility is very calming. The layout, check-in and amentities at the spa are wonderful. I did visit many Spas in Norway but this actually can call a SPA. Nice saunas, cold and hot pools, chilling places and very nice vibe. It gave me back hope that there are places in this country where you can relax and it doesn't smell like communism. Highly recommend 👌

The location is super convenient, right next to the train station, and the service was good. However, the hotel is quite large, the elevators felt a bit chaotic, and it was hard to navigate.

This place is really great. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's located in the city center, close to the National Museum and City Hall. It's also convenient for taking the VIE airport express. Okay hotel with okay location. Toilet was not very clean, very small bath. Hard to get in to the shower. Evening food and breakfast was good. Staff friendly but not so experienced on the area. Especially for car parking that is extremely expensive in Oslo. We finally found a long term parking close to the ferry docks by our own which was less expensive 550nok for 24h.

Great location for a getaway out of the city center, but transportation is an issue for tourists, and food choices are non-existent. The hotel serves the same food the entire week. When booking ******* wrongly mentioned it was close to the city center

The hotel is located outside of Oslo on top of a hill with amazing views. The parking is free. The breakfast is very diverse and served in a huge buffet style. The check-in was fast and efficient, too us 2 minutes to check in at reception. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The décor is not very modern but it looks aesthetically pleasant.

Nice hotel, bed was a Norwegian brand called Jensen, probably best bed I ever slept in. Surpriced that the pool was not free, parking cost money from September.

The hotel is located near the pier, so there aren't too many tourists, making for a relaxing environment. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and shopping is convenient even if you're not into luxury goods. There are also a few good restaurants nearby that I recommend trying; you can see them as soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance.
