The rooms are spacious, and the staff are warm and friendly. There's also a restaurant at the hotel that serves all three meals. Overall, it was a pretty good experience

The room was quiet and clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the dinner set menu, which included a drink, salad (or soup), main course, and dessert, was also very nice

The room was very good, clean and with a nice look. The same for the bathroom, clean, spacious, and efficient. I consider the ratio quality/price very good in this case. The breakfast was ok, with some variety.

Arrived in the early morning hours and the reception checked me in promptly. Breakfast was good and value for money. Eggs can be fried to your choice of style. The room was sufficiently big and facilities were adequate

Know this is a 3 star hotel only. Would recommend to stay if on a budget. Sound proofing was not too good but I don't mind as most of the time I was out

House keeping was a little slower and we had to make several requests for coffee/creamer and or towels/toilet paper to be replenished. Overall a good stay and pretty central with good local amenities

We found the on-site restaurant had plenty of options and was very good, so would question the need to go off-site in the evenings, unless it is for something in particular. Breakfast was not as good as dinner, however

The hotel is excellent, boasting clean rooms and a professional, courteous staff. We were graciously permitted a late check-out, adding to the convenience of our stay

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is one of the few places in Nizwa to serve alcohol, and for Oman, prices are reasonable

Only gripe would be that the play area for children was out of commission, and looked to have been so for some time

Very nice place, relaxed and welcoming. Food was very good, service was excellent. Very impressed by our waiter on the evening. Only 1 small complaint, bathroom was not very clean. However, a great experience overall

Advantages: Excellent location, on the seaside road, close to the sea, overlooking the sea, with a swimming pool, free beach nearby, barbecue cart, children can kill time on the beach

How should I put it? It's not as good as the reviews I saw online

The sea view is truly beautiful, and the waterfront road in front of the hotel is quiet. The freshly made omelet and the fresh fruit in a glass were good

My wife and I stayed here three nights and it proved the perfect place to start our Oman vacation. The hotel is run by a German guy Oliver and staffed by a friendly team of Filipino ladies

The highlight of the day was grabbing buffet breakfast on the front terrace immediately after my morning run. The buffet was a simple healthy spread. A coffee and tea station was available all day

Since I didn't want to stay there, we were later given a different room. Also at the back, but acceptable. Of course, you have to consider the relatively low price. On our second stay, we got a lovely room facing the sea

The staff is very friendly and helpful, readily assisting with any questions or problems. They even prepared breakfast for us before our early departure at 6:00 AM. Unfortunately, we didn't meet the owner personally

Pretty beachfront accommodation which is amazing value. A bit hesitant to share as I feel like I found a gem! Very clean, well organised. Decent parking, excellent selection of things for breakfast

Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase

 Breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options, and the rooftop swimming pool with a nice view was a refreshing bonus

The hotel has a fantastic location in the Al Khuwair area of Muscat — it’s close to restaurants, shops, and malls, and easy to explore the city from here

The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water frequently while showering to let it drain

The food was delicious, and the restaurant experience was equally impressive — well-organized, pleasant, and enjoyable. What truly made our visit special was Hassan, the Valet Parking Supervisor, and his entire team

Frankly, it was a bad experience in terms of booking, but the rooms and facilities were excellent considering the price

It’s situated in Seeb and it is close to almost everything around Muscat!! Very clean and spacious - There is a cafe nearby and a supermarket where you can buy anything needed The service has been 10/10, all the staff members have been very helpful and very kind 🤗 Especially Farhan who always goes the extra mile! Food has also been delicious, they take extra care to make sure things are done just...

A great choice for business trips. The price is very reasonable and the room is spacious. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in town. It was a last-minute business trip booking, and I wasn't disappointed!

There is so much to commend about this accommodation; despite not being in central Muscat it has a nearby supermarket should you require anything, although there is very little anyone would require from outside, as the facilities and service are excellent

The food service again was very very good(excellent really). We had breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on occasion for dinner, and used room service on many occasions

Behly's Hotel is an amazing place, a hidden gem located in a very upscale residential neighbourhood and a two minute walk to the beach. The staff are incredible, and will make you a breakfast that is second to none

Just loved the Behlys Boutique Hotel when we stayed earlier in the year. The rooms are large and really comfortable (great bed linen!) - some with lovely balconies

Perfekt place to stay during Muscat and areas around visit. Very friendly and helpful stuff, cozy and clean rooms and everything. We were happy to stay there and for sure will choose it again!

We thought will get a room with 3 beds and it was an apartment with 2 bathrooms 2 rooms, living room, kitchen and big balcony. They could do better in cleaning. Around some restaurants and small shops.
