Everything was perfect. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and you could call them at any time to have your room cleaned.

*Location of the hotel is excellent. *The lady and the gentleman at the reception were very helpful. *We were highly disappointed with the breakfast as there were bare minimum and repeated options for vegetarians

The hotel grounds are stunning! The staff is friendly. The waiters work hard, remembering your favorite drinks and bringing them without reminders. The food is varied and delicious. There's always plenty of fruit

We had a good chat on the places to visit and history of the town. The room and sea view was beautiful. We will surely really recommend this hotel resort for any first comers in town

With good service, a clean room and a handful of restaurants in proximity, my experience was always satisfying. Enjoyed my room: enjoyed the spacious room, television and working desk with a view on the road

Main downside is that there's no breakfast, but there are good coffee shots in town. Great base if you want to explore Wadi Bani Awf, Wakan etc

Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shops

Very comfortable - huge room and bathroom. It's across from a Lulu hypermarket and next to a good Indian restaurant - not the most glamorous location (as often in Oman), but it's very convenient

The pool is good size and most of the time don't have a people. You can have very calm stay there with your family. Near this area have 2 amazing calm beaches just 15 minets away by car

Old hotel with old furnicher but very calm and nice. The Restourant is small but very charm. The atmosphere is romantic and there sound wonderfull calm music everywhere

We were greeted with very good hospitality by mr Emad and Mr Suhail. They took the time and efforts to show us the property. Rooms were spacious and neat at a good monthly rate

A great place with spacious apartments. All its fittings are in good condition as its a newer hotel apartment. Apartment includes fridge, microwave and a kettle. It lacks a washing machine and restaurant

Stayed here for one night and found the resort quite relaxing. Derrel at the front desk answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable about the property and the island

This hotel is simple and beautiful. Located on the north east side of the island it has stunning views across the Arabian Sea. The staff are nothing but perfection

Surprised by the looks of the room and the price, the combination exceeded my expectations. Cozy warm and very clean. Compared to the charge I paid, it is a very good deal. I will sure come back again.

Room is good and comfortable. But shower head is not good, no proper floor mat which can absorb water. And finally 2 of the towel were torn, which made very disappointing.

There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel

Only to care a little bit of big waves who's not a good swimmer, no need to go so deep into the water. Definitely planning to visit again and recommend to others

The walk along the beach is also great during winters. There is enough for the family and kids to look forward to. The friendly pool staff were excellent. The restaurant, however, leaves a lot to be desired

Special thanks to Mustafa and Humaid from the hotel, who made our border crossing easier. As they arranged border passes earlier, so went smoothly at the border. Very warm welcoming when we arrived at the hotel

56 roomed hotel masive rooms, aircon, pool, bar, restaurant, access to the beach, parking and free wifi. Walking distance from the boarder cross at Dibba. Welcoming place , cant fault it nice freindly staff

We spent the rest of the day on the beach, water is so clean and beach is natural, nothing has been modified by human. It is so nice, and mountains around gives a special vibe to all of that, so relaxing

The sea view is truly beautiful, and the waterfront road in front of the hotel is quiet. The freshly made omelet and the fresh fruit in a glass were good

My wife and I stayed here three nights and it proved the perfect place to start our Oman vacation. The hotel is run by a German guy Oliver and staffed by a friendly team of Filipino ladies

The highlight of the day was grabbing buffet breakfast on the front terrace immediately after my morning run. The buffet was a simple healthy spread. A coffee and tea station was available all day

Since I didn't want to stay there, we were later given a different room. Also at the back, but acceptable. Of course, you have to consider the relatively low price. On our second stay, we got a lovely room facing the sea

The staff is very friendly and helpful, readily assisting with any questions or problems. They even prepared breakfast for us before our early departure at 6:00 AM. Unfortunately, we didn't meet the owner personally

Pretty beachfront accommodation which is amazing value. A bit hesitant to share as I feel like I found a gem! Very clean, well organised. Decent parking, excellent selection of things for breakfast

Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase

 The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities like coffee/tea facilities, good storage space, and a large TV

 Breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options, and the rooftop swimming pool with a nice view was a refreshing bonus

The hotel has a fantastic location in the Al Khuwair area of Muscat — it’s close to restaurants, shops, and malls, and easy to explore the city from here

I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at reception and housekeeping; they made check-in smooth and were always ready to assist

The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water frequently while showering to let it drain

The food was delicious, and the restaurant experience was equally impressive — well-organized, pleasant, and enjoyable. What truly made our visit special was Hassan, the Valet Parking Supervisor, and his entire team

Just later in the day there is too much shade so it is a bit cool to swim. The location of the hotel only makes sense if you have a car. It is outside the city, ca 20 min by car from the airport

A great choice for business trips. The price is very reasonable and the room is spacious. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in town. It was a last-minute business trip booking, and I wasn't disappointed!

There is so much to commend about this accommodation; despite not being in central Muscat it has a nearby supermarket should you require anything, although there is very little anyone would require from outside, as the facilities and service are excellent

The food service again was very very good(excellent really). We had breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on occasion for dinner, and used room service on many occasions

The shuttle service was excellent!

Behly's Hotel is an amazing place, a hidden gem located in a very upscale residential neighbourhood and a two minute walk to the beach. The staff are incredible, and will make you a breakfast that is second to none

Just loved the Behlys Boutique Hotel when we stayed earlier in the year. The rooms are large and really comfortable (great bed linen!) - some with lovely balconies

Perfekt place to stay during Muscat and areas around visit. Very friendly and helpful stuff, cozy and clean rooms and everything. We were happy to stay there and for sure will choose it again!

It's also in a good location, close to Matrah Souq, Shangri-la and Bustan Palace, which are all good tourist attractions

You will get a room in an apartment building, room is small with a queen bed, TV and a small fridge. Rooms are very old and run down, there is a srilankan restaurant below which serves good food

I am one of the very early guests of them, and gave many reference business also. Calm, cultured and reasonable. This facility at a very comfortable location. Only problem, we have to eat outside

It is now a furnished apartment complex consisting of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. It's only given on monthly rent and not daily rent. You need to pay for water and electricity separately

Not bad at all for the price you pay. Friendly staff, and location is key. Easy to get in and out of your hotel to main attractions. At least for me, the size was great for a big family

Located in a nice area if wadi kabir in Muscat. Very clean and modern facilities at economic prices. Ample parking around the hotel but can get busy at night
