I think the place is not new but it is very well maintained. Everything is simple but clean and in good condition. I liked their meals too, especially breakfasts

At first it seemed to me a bit weird, but later as I realized what good privacy it provided I loved it

There isn’t much to see around the hotel and, to be honest, the street on which it is located looks a bit scruffy. But the hotel’s inner yard is not that bad. The staff were welcoming and polite

The Plaza hotel is a great place for a quiet vacation. I did not expect much for the price I paid but was pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and spotless, with all the necessities

Besides there were very few people by the pool (except for one day out of seven), so I had a great time sunbathing and relaxing. The size of the pool is quite big too

There was not that much diversity for dinner and lunch, but still the food was delicious. The pool area is separated from the rest of the territory by a wall

Anyways, it is just a matter of improvement/ rectification. Staff: All the staff right from the Onboarding till Check-out were friendly, assisting us in the direction and supported with our requirements

Rooms: Clean and well maintained with timely service Swimming Pool: Slight disappointment due to the temp related issue where it was very chilled and not as per the weather

Hotel was quite and clean.. room service was fast and good. Breakfast fast was good

We had stayed at this hotel with family. I must say, the building, interiors are indeed well decorated complying with Omani and European architecture

The restaurant, Mr Abbas and his team was excellent in all the aspects like serving , quality and hospitality and very friendly too. Vaisakh , he was very kind and highly professional in the hospitality of guests

This is not one of the better hotels in Muscat. It's ok, the buffet diner and breakfast was good and you can choose to sit in or outside the restaurant. There is a reasonable size pool with a beach bar just beside it

My family and I have been here due to flight delays and we have really enjoyed ourselves! The staff are very friendly and the manager has been nothing but amazing! It has been really busy here due to the flight delays, however he has made sure to check in on us and others daily! I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Oman! Our stay exceeded expectations, especially as we were traveling with children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything easy. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

The atmosphere at the hotel is impressively relaxed, and this philosophy permeates the entire complex. The rooms are very nice, but perhaps don't choose the cheapest ones. Breakfast and dinner are of the highest standard

We must say that the hardest part of the trip is to say Good bye to wonderful hotel staffs. They created the friendliest and warmest at their best. We even had a Zootopia towel challenge haha

Al kuwair is the downtown of Muscat with lots of Turkish restaurants. We stayed 2 days , our room was good but basement parking space is very conjusted. After all that area parking is little tight

The hotel is in a good spot in the city. They have a free parking. The room was a a bit old and there was only one towel in the toilet. But for the price it was convenient

The food was good; we had half-board, and all-inclusive is also offered. You can swap dinners for lunches, which we did because we went on a desert excursion. The lunches even seemed tastier

For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized

The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The gym was fantastic - it had everything needed for a good workout As the equipment was new, fresh and in great condition. As for the breakfast it was really good and had a nice selection of items

I will also have to comment on the traffic noise you can hear - though not too bad it is noticeable. All in all a really good stay, would recommend this hotel for sure!

Know this is a 3 star hotel only. Would recommend to stay if on a budget. Sound proofing was not too good but I don't mind as most of the time I was out

It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Most of Muscat's interesting sights are no more than 20 minutes away by taxi. Oman Avenues Mall is within walking distance. The room was large, clean, and everything was new

The reception staff even assisted us in booking a taxi at a very low price; we got to the airport for less than 2 rials. On our checkout day, we left our luggage in storage and went exploring the city

Car rentals are also readily available. A large shopping mall with cafes is about a 20-minute walk away. Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is also nearby. Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression

Although the in-room facilities are a bit dated, it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's a peaceful spot right in the heart of the action

Small Hotel at Heart of Muscat, very near to the Grand mosque as well as other large shopping malls. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The price is extremely cheap compared to nearby hotels

Great hotel to stay in if you plan to walk to the Grand Mosque in the morning for a tourist visit. By walk, its just 15 mins from this hotel to the mosque. The rooms were very clean and spacious

I had done my reservation on booking. come There are eateries, atms and other shops around this hotel. There are also 2 big supermarkets in walking distance (Although no one walks in Oman :P )

Tv was not working, hot water available, drinking water not provided , u need to buy. one or two food shops and one grocery store , barber shops available nearby

Comfortable hotel, with mamy service like: a varied breakfast (sweet and savory), a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge bar, a good restaurant. The rooms are nice and quote large, with comfortable beds and a mini bar

Ultimate friendly and helpful staff. We had a flat tire, all shops were closed, but the manager fixed to get us up and running! We had a nice lunch so this kind of service deserves the best grade!

Ideal only for a short stay near the airport. Located in Seeb which is far from main Muscat. Difficult to get around unless you have your own Car. The best possible area nearby is Al Mouj adjacent to the Airport

Food (buffet for all meals) is good. Only downsides are that the large swimming pool was too cold to use, and the staff like to fill the restaurant with Frankincense smoke before every meal

Staff are helpful and we were impressed that a minor maintenance problem in our bathroom was spotted by cleaning staff and fixed while we were out before we had a chance to mention it to anyone

The breakfast is very good! The location is easily accessible and surrounded by supermarkets and hotels to have food! This hotel is attached to a Turkish restaurant where you can have yummy shwarma and Baklava! I recommend you to stay at this hotel if you come to muscat!
