The location was great. Staff and service provided were excellent. Rooms were small in size and the cleaning of the room were ok. 

Al kuwair is the downtown of Muscat with lots of Turkish restaurants. We stayed 2 days , our room was good but basement parking space is very conjusted. After all that area parking is little tight

The underground parking is important and one of the good service here is..

Beautiful hotel in Muscat with an awesome design and a very comfortable room. The space felt cozy and welcoming even without a view, I was really happy staying there

The hotel is in a good spot in the city. They have a free parking. The room was a a bit old and there was only one towel in the toilet. But for the price it was convenient

It was quiet, and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There's a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer in the room, and they provided an iron upon request

In our room, the TV tuner wasn't working, and the refrigerator and TV outlets were swapped (the fridge would turn off during the day when I left the room, I only noticed in the evening that it hadn't been working all day)

I arrived a bit earlier than my friend for breakfast, gave room number 415, and mentioned that my friend would join me in 5 minutes. When my friend arrived, the staff member asked for his room number

The room is spacious, and the breakfast menu changes daily. The hotel's location is excellent, with free parking downstairs

Although the in-room facilities are a bit dated, it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's a peaceful spot right in the heart of the action

You have to go around to the back, and even then, there were only 8 parking spaces. But overall, everything else was good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Plaza Hotel and Resort in Salalah, Oman, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations

Although I would like to point out that the toilet emanated bad sewer smell that can be fixed by adding an air refresher, also when I checked out one of the staff made a mistake with the amount given to me but later they contacted me and fixed the problem and apologized for the hassle

The hotel is on the Green Mountain. You need a four-wheel drive to go up the mountain. The room you check in is facing north and there is no sun☀. I don’t know if it is discrimination or something else

It may also be because it is not a direct partner hotel of Ctrip but an agent hotel. Be careful in choosing in the future. The hotel environment is still very beautiful, but it is too cold🥶

Great location- 5-10min walk to cafes/restaurants (some local shops next to the car park). I relaxed around the pool everyday in the winter sun

I stayed here from Boxing Day to New year's Eve- they had a decorated an Xmas tree inside & outside the hotel, how fabulous! 😊 Great effort

Breakfast -had a huge variety, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, omletes, pastries, etc I would recommend this hotel (&would stay here again)

Ideal only for a short stay near the airport. Located in Seeb which is far from main Muscat. Difficult to get around unless you have your own Car. The best possible area nearby is Al Mouj adjacent to the Airport

The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The gym was fantastic - it had everything needed for a good workout As the equipment was new, fresh and in great condition. As for the breakfast it was really good and had a nice selection of items

I will also have to comment on the traffic noise you can hear - though not too bad it is noticeable. All in all a really good stay, would recommend this hotel for sure!

Very near Salalah International Airport. Cost of rooms are moderate and affordable. Breakfast served, healthy food. Really a good place to stay for a short or long visit. Rooms are good.

Very good reviews and close to the airport. But did not expect how good the hotel is. For such prices you can take three times more. In the morning we still managed to swim in the pool on the roof

The breakfast is very good! The location is easily accessible and surrounded by supermarkets and hotels to have food! This hotel is attached to a Turkish restaurant where you can have yummy shwarma and Baklava! I recommend you to stay at this hotel if you come to muscat!

Great Place, Warm Host, Excellent Food (One of the best I have ever had in Desert Camps), Great rooms. Rooms were clean and everything was perfect. The 4WD ride was awesome, they have some good activities

The desert scenery was stunning, and the service was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were both quite good, and there were lively activities after dinner, including stargazing later in the evening

I would thoroughly recommend booking these activities, especially the dune bashing with Zuher. There was an excellent selection of food and I cannot fault anything. We will definitely be back next time we are in Oman

Staff is very co-operative: 4.5 Star , Cleanliness: 5 Star, Seems Little expensive because of Location, Even it is not in the main city of Oman even then they are charging OMR 21 without breakfast.

At check-in we asked for breakfast but it was not offered, neither was the wellness option mentioned - hence the rating as an average (btw, all TV channels seem to be Pakistani)

Located near the expressway and Barka street, across the LuLu hypermarket, this hotel is suitable for a stopover to see the square Fort or explore the fish market

The pool is good size and most of the time don't have a people. You can have very calm stay there with your family. Near this area have 2 amazing calm beaches just 15 minets away by car
